This place is the absolute best! Super knowledgeable & friendly staff who make you feel really welcome. I could come by and chat wine with the guy who runs the place for hours! Run don't walk to this neighborhood gem.

10 out of 10 — actually, more like 327 out of 327 if I'm being honest about how many bottles we're talking about — for recommendations; the staff have excellent memories for what my tastes are. A small but mighty selection, high quality at every price point.

Fantastic local shop with a great selection and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great natural and niche wines, that I haven't been able to find anywhere else.

Honestly, I never feel welcome here! :/ I've come a few times over the past two years because the selection is great, and I try to be super nice and make light conversation, but I'm always meet with disinterest. Meanwhile, other (Caucasian) customers are prioritized and treated with better service, even if I'm the first one in the store. Today, I walked in as the only person in the store, wasn't offered any help and asked two simple questions. I barely got a finger pointed in the direction I was looking for, and as soon as a white customer came in looking to buy, I was told "Ill be with you in a moment", my question lingering, while they waited for the other customer to collect their selections and checkout (i.e., they weren't even ready to check out yet, but I should wait). ... JUST saying. Won't be giving this place a second look anymore ✌🏾

I don’t get over here often but am always happy when I’m nearby and can stop in. Wonderful selection and the last time I was there I was so amazed at the recommendations made. Not sure if it was owner or a staff member but they seemed to know every single bottle on the shelf (you’d be amazed how rare this is at wine shops) and described wines so lovingly I wanted to buy them all. Seriously wish I lived closer (though probably best I don’t).

Parlour is great! They’ve been able to give me great recommendations for anything from cheap guzzling wine to nice gift bottles. They have some great niche selections too — some have become my home bar standards 👍🍷

Can't recommend this shop enough. 6+ visits Pro: Prices to fit every budget. Cute shop and great customer service. They will ask questions to be able to make the best recommendations. Always great wine suggestions that impress my more versed friends. I always feel welcomed despite not having a deep wallet nor knowing a damn thing about grapes. Natural wines galore. Small but curated liquor options. Always willing to help and teach. Give them your info so they can build a profile and track your purchases for future recommendations. Now delivering! Con: No location near me in Hell's Kitchen!

What a cute little gem. It's right in the heart of town so we stumbled right in. The few customers that came in while we shopped seemed very familiar with the place & the owner, a very handsome gentleman, seemed familiar with them. I like that. A real small town vibe in the heart of the big city. It's obviously family owned & operated as his small daughter was in the shop, "hiding" in the back office. It's nice to feel like you are supporting a real old school mom & pop shop. Great selection, and he was super knowledgeable and based on a few notes from my wife was able to recommend a gin she hadn't heard of. And it was fantastic. And for a small shop there was tons to look at. Cool little knick knacks and books all over. Great shop. Would recommend.

Giving my highest wine store recommendation to this small yet excellent spot. The selection is pretty much perfect and the staff is kind and knowledgeable. Also, I haven't been yet, but they have a back room tasting area that I hear is great too. Go check it out!

I just wanted to give a shout out to my favorite place that helped keep me sane during the last year. I am always so pleased with every order and pleasantly surprised with a beautiful organic red or a skin contact white. The delivery option is such a wonderful addition for a girl who loves to buy multiple bottles but also dreads walking the mile home carrying them. So thank you so much!!

Perfect location in Greenpoint between the neighborhoods and park. The owners are very knowledgable about the wine and spirits. Always offering a tasting of something interesting. We never feel rushed, they are engaged and helpful. The space is a perfect size (you dont get lost in aisles) and the selection is awesome a good mix between hard to find and familiar and nice price points. They are also very friendly and there's always someone popping in to say hi to them so the feeling is very "Neighborhood" which I love in the quickly growing Greenpoint/Williamsburg area.

Big fan of this shop. The guy in there is always very helpful, the selections are interesting but not too esoteric and the prices are reasonable. In contrast to Dandelion wines, which I find annoyingly precious, this has become my favorite spot.

Great neighborhood wine shop! Brendan is super knowledgeable and makes great recommendations. Most recently had an Anjou Blanc that he recommended - was perfect!

I love Parlour and am so glad they moved into the neighborhood recently (I think it's been about a year?). The staff there is really friendly and helpful, and not intimidating at all as can be the case in many wine stores--and they also won't hover if you just wanna check some stuff out on your own, which is great too. They have a good selection of affordable (under $20) white wines, but I'm mostly here for amaro, of which they have a fair number given how small the store itself is. This is a great shop for when you want to get something special and interesting without completely breaking the bank.

My favorite place to purchase wine. Cozy and inviting atmosphere, great prices, and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!
