The Pandemic Didn’t Stop Major Food Group From Opening New Restaurants | Eater

"A casual, fast-casual take on Italian-American comfort food brought into a high-end outlet setting, this location places classic sandwiches and dishes alongside mall staples and is part of a broader strategy to put approachable, branded restaurants into major retail hubs. It sits within an outlet center known for luxury brands, giving shoppers an upscale-but-accessible dining option amid the retail environment." - Monica Burton

Went here with my girlfriends during a day of shopping and it was the perfect choice. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it such a fun spot to relax and catch up. The food was beyond delicious—especially the homemade pasta. The spicy rigatoni was absolutely outstanding, full of flavor with just the right amount of heat. Every dish tasted so fresh and authentic. The service was equally impressive—attentive, kind, and made us feel really taken care of without ever being rushed. And whatever you do, don’t leave without trying the homemade cannoli—it was the perfect sweet ending to an amazing meal. Can’t wait to come back!

The food was amazing! The fried calamari and the mozzarella sticks were delicious. The baked ziti was perfect in my opinion. The chicken parm hero, the bread was toasted to perfection and made the sandwich that much better!

Wow. This place is amazing. The staff is so hospitable, the entire restaurant is immaculate and the food is insanely good. The spicy rigatoni was my favorite and the mozzarella as well as the mozzarella sticks were perfection. Perfect cheese pull.

Food was just okay. We ordered the family style meal for four, which came with garlic knots, salad, choice of pasta with non-protein sauce, and eggplant parmagian or chicken parmesan, for $75. I think the biggest disappointment were the garlic knots. They were thin and on the hard side. They should be addictive, but they weren't. You can get better from a mom n' pop pizzeria, any fast food chain, like Dominos, or the Olive Garden. The rest of the food passable, but nothing I would want to return for.

The food here actually was decent. The rigatoni carbone is actually quite nice. The chicken parm is decent but far from spectacular as it is a little bit on the tough side. The reason I cannot give more than 3 stars is the overaggressive waiter Manuel. He asked if we wanted drinks and we responded that we were fine with water. He then came to take the order and asked if we wanted appetizers and I mentioned that we just had wanted to have 2 entrees. Manuel, ever persistent was unfazed, as he then proceeded to ask me if I wanted "garlic bread for the table" as he walked away to put in our order. Said garlic bread was $8. Very sneaky of you Manuel!

For lunch on our girls’s trip, my sister, daughter, and niece and I took a break from shopping to eat at Parm. There was a slight problem with getting our order but they made it right! No fuss, no muss. And when we did get our food it was delicious!! Definitely a must try! And if you see Ceasar, tell him we sent ya!

It is obvious that General Manager Cesar and Manager Josh have a good understanding of how to run a successful restaurant by leading with great customer service. My wife and I had a very enjoyable time. Very welcoming staff who know the menu and are able to make great meal recommendations. Food was fresh, hot and made with love. Overall great experience. If you visit Parm and don't order the meatballs you are making a mistake. Can't wait to return. Evan
