Attended a birthday party at this restaurant and man was I blown away by the amazing food, service and attention we all received. These people make you feel like your part of their family and always checking on you to make sure everything is 100% satisfactory. The food was off the hook amazing, fresh, colorful and so flavorful. I will not forget this place and will say thank you very much for the amazing job everyone in the place did.

Authentic Italian with unique atmosphere and ambiance. Great place for special occasions. The lasagna was great, definitely authentic and unlike anything I’ve had before.

It’s a beautiful spot in northern Fresno. We had the quail salad, it was good but I think it had something missing. Their pasta and risotto were good. Chardonnay house wine is highly recommended if you’re a wine lover. Helena the owner she is very hospitable and generous and her team are very friendly and lovely people

This was an interesting restaurant to visit due to how innocuous it appears from its exterior. It could easily be missed if one isn’t informed- however it would be grand disservice to steer folks here. The interior, while aged, is upheld by the fantastic service and superior dishes. Notable standouts were the lasagna and gnocchi. The duck pasta wasn’t out favorite despite being duck lovers given that the pasta was surprisingly crunchy. We asked for a replacement dish which was promptly supplied with no haggling; this level of customer service is seldom seen, which elevated this seemingly nice experience into an extraordinary one. The creme brûlée was magical, although some vanilla bean would truly elevate this dish. They also offer corkage for an additional fee of $20. Thank you for all for a marvelous experience.

Fine dining does not get any better. This was close to absolute perfection. We arrived with reservations at their opening, and were promptly seated at my favorite location, a table in the back corner. A young man filled our water glasses without spilling a drop. Our server, Conner, recommended a wonderful Italian-produced Pino Grigio, which was light and fruity with a nice finish. There is not much better than a server who is like a sommelier. The wine list is quite diverse, and certainly adequate in reds, whites, and sparkles. We got warm, fresh bread, and breadsticks, while we contemplated the menu. The cuisine is strictly meat and pasta, no seafood, but there are many great choices. My wife got the outstanding Minestrone and the Lasagna Parmigian, our niece got the Ravioli de Radiccio, and I got the Escargot, and the Rack of Lamb. Pardon my lack of Italian language here. The escargot were large, in a tremendous traditional butter and garlic sauce, where the bread came in very handy. The lamb was perfectly cooked to order. I have never seen a lasagna presented like this before. All presentations were meticulous, as I am sure Chef Rafael demands. Dinner was nicely paced. While we were too stuffed to order off the homemade dessert menu, Conner did bring out some complimentary, lemony, wonderful Italian cookies. We were also greeted at our table by an elegant, gracious lady, Signora Mastro, who reminded me very much of Chef Andrea, former owner of the great New Orleans restaurant the bore his name for over 30 years. There is something about the Italian people, no matter where we go, that drives them to respect their tradition, and that seems to always make a difference. Signora Mastro is truly a culinary Maestro.

My husband and I went here for our anniversary. We ordered the antipasti app, I had the tortellini filled with ricotta and chard my husband had the porcini mushroom risotto. Our desserts were the creme brule and chocolate mouse. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was perfect for our anniversary celebration, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We will be returning guests.

Our first visit to the restaurant was delightful. We booked ahead but for a busy time on a Friday evening. Our table wasn't ready when we arrived but we were greeted warmly and were given seats at the bar for a strong cocktail. We enjoyed watching the chefs in the open kitchen do their thing. Our server seated us and helped us pick wine for our meals which we appreciated. The food was just what we expected and we enjoyed every bite! As a vegetarian I was happy to have options to choose from, so next time we go I will have something different to enjoy. The service was impeccable for the whole time we were there, very attentive and friendly. We look forward to our next visit!

Google
The restaurant is not bad, but there are a lot of old and worn out things that spoil the visual appearance of the restaurant, especially the old chairs looks cheep and ugly :( I recommend that the owners do some renovations, especially outside , because the place is really beautiful.

Yelp
Mm mmm mm!! I've been here a handful of times and it's such a nice ambiance and true Italian experience. The service is great and the owner does her best to greet each table. When I come I always order a sampler platter, pasta, wine and a sweet dessert. If you're looking for an authentic Italian restaurant, this spot is for you!

Yelp
Old Asian guy was rude. The sign said it opens at 5:30pm and reopening July 8th. it was 5:35 and we were standing outside the door in 96 degree weather. The guy came up to the door, looked at us, unlocked it and walked away. Not even a, "sorry we opened a bit late welcome in", "do you have reservations, how can I assist you?" We were dressed nice, ready to have a great time but felt ignored, and I felt that was unnecessary, I'm not spending my money there to be treated like that. Maybe you'll have better luck and try it out. This was my experience.

Yelp
Came here for dinner on Tuesday and it was delicious. Walked in at 6:00pm and we were instantly seated. We ordered a bottle of wine and each did the chefs course #2. I love the strawberry mousse and we also tried the lemon cheesecake. I do prefer the previous strawberry glaze on the dessert over the caramel, however it was still enjoyable. I never switch it up for the pasta as the gnocchi with Gorgonzola sauce is scrumptious! Scott was our waiter for the night. The wine he recommended went splendid with our meal and his service was great!

Yelp
My friend made a reservation for dinner and I literally cannot wait to come back!! I didn't get a good look inside, but the exterior dining area where we were was absolutely gorgeous, especially at night. Service is easily a 5/5. I didn't catch the name of our server, but everyone that came by our table was super friendly & welcoming! I got the Bolognese Gnocchi. Portion size wasn't that filling, but the pasta itself was excellent. Even plating looked great! For dessert, we got the mousse. It was on the thicker side and very rich and filling! We ordered two, but I think just one would've been enough for the three of us. I will say that so far, this is my favorite spot to get mousse in Fresno/Clovis!

Yelp
Pretty quiet on a Tuesday evening. We did not need a reservation. We loved that. The food came out so beautifully. And the owner came out to greet us and brought us our first course. I think it's best to come with a few people to a lot of people so you can get to try all the dishes. We ordered the risotto and spicy chicken. It was so darn delicious!

Yelp
It pains me to have to give this establishment such a bad review but if negative stars were possible there wouldn't be a number to describe just how horrible the service was, I had called to schedule a reservation for 7pm, upon arriving we were sat a table underneath their covered canopy patio in which we were then moved because they had a party of seven scheduled and they needed the extra space so we were seated right outside their glass door where we then waited an hour before they gave us the bread and bread sticks, one of the waiters who was waiting other tables approached us and asked if anyone's came to get our drinks to which my partner and i replied no he was very helpful and brought our glass of wine and took our order for our appetizers, however the group of "seven" that we were moved for turned out to be a white couple that was a party of two, upon receiving our appetizers we were swarmed by flies and they got into our food, the tables behind us where also seated and had gotten their food before we ever even got ours, it's crazy to think such a fine establishment could discriminate but it's not impossible for my partner and I have experienced what might be the worst service ever

Yelp
I've been going here for a while, I love the Asian guy, the woman who greets you the minute you walked in, and they're always busy! Parma offers a delicious taste of Northern Italy. I started with the escargot, served with toasted bread rich, buttery, and perfectly prepared. For the main course, I had the Tagliere di Parma, a generous platter for two with prosciutto, salami, mortadella, cooked Parma ham, Parmigiano cheese, and a mix of fried bread, grilled polenta, and focaccia. It was flavorful and beautifully presented. Great customer service, beautiful atmosphere, and they make you feel welcome.

Yelp
My bf called 3 weeks in advance for a reservation for Valentine's Day. The only time slots available were 8pm and 8:30pm and he reserved at 8pm. We arrived on time and it was busy as expected. We were seated in the back room and it was pretty tight. We sort of felt like sardines... like we could grab the food off the next table's plate, lol. We were provided table bread with butter. The butter was cold and hard to spread on the bread. We ordered the Antipasti Misti $34 for two to start. It was a wonderful array of appetizers from a spinach apple salad, 2 types of bruschetta, 2 types of quiche, a warm bean salad, caprese, and polenta. The tomato bruschetta was one of the best I've tasted! The tomatoes were flavorful, acidic, and the crostini was soft yet toasted perfectly on the outside. I loved the variety. We enjoyed some more than the others. Overall, it was a great start as we waited for our main entrees. It took awhile. We finished our appetizers and surprisingly, tables next to us, seated after us got their entrees before us. The boyfriend ordered the Filetto di Manzo $60, (filet mignon with potatoes and roasted vegetables). I ordered the Tagliolini $25 (fettuccine noodle w/ a spicy tomato sauce). My noodles felt a bit undercooked, it had more of a bite than al dente. The bf's potatoes were the highlight of his dish. I am not sure what they're called, but we were blown away at how it was made. It was like a block of thin accordion potatoes, topped with a sour cream dressing. The bf enjoyed his entree. The steak and veggies complimented each other well. Just a bit pricey overall. It felt like home style Italian cooking, with high end prices. They fell a little short on service. We're glad we got to try it given many rave reviews, yet it wasn't a hit for us given the price point for the quality of food and experience. We also learned that we're at the age where 8pm for dinner reservations after a long week of working is just too late for us, lol.

Yelp
We went for dinner on a weekday and it was pretty busy ! We were seated near the kitchen and it was considerably loud. Service was impeccable and personable. We enjoyed all of the appetizers and entrees. They have a good wine collection to pair with the classic Italian menu. However, I would not advise to customize the existing menu items too much. Special recommendations: Chicken parm Ambience: 3/5 Service: 5/5 *** Food: 4.5/5

Yelp
Service was incredible. Very friendly. The portions were very filling. My daughter and I could have definitely shared. Flavor was on point and tasted very authentic. (Lasagna was a little overcooked but flavor was really good) They didn't bring everything out all at once... My daughter got her pasta first, then I got my meal about 5 minutes later and my husband didn't get his entree until 10 mins. later. I got my lasagna then got my steak. I had to let them know when I was ready for my steak. The complimentary bread and butter was nice to have. The butter tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge uncovered for too long though. My husband and I shared my plate while he waited for his... Not sure if that's they how they normally bring it out. One meal per person at a time every few minutes at the same table.... I felt bad that he didn't get his dish at the same time as when my daughter and I got ours. We definitely didn't want my food to get cold while waiting for his food. I didn't like how the tables were placed. It felt really crowded. We were sitting right in front of the door that went out to the patio so I felt like I was just in the way of the servers. My husband called a few days ahead to reserve a table and that's the table we got :(

Marilyn M.

Yelp
Starting with Elijah and his wonderful service for our second time there. What a sweetheart and very attentive. The food was amazing again! I had the Gorgonzola Gnocchi and my husband the lamb with a side of spinach. Yummmmm.

Yelp
From the moment you enter Parma you are greeted by Elena the Chef and Owner that graciously goes to each table welcoming her guests and checking on your meals. She takes pride in her Northern Italy Parma region inspired menu and the house made pasta made from scratch daily! I have been coming here since it was at the first location almost 20 years ago. Parma opened in 1999. Tonight we started with Antipasti Misti ($34) Crostini, prosciutto melone (the cantaloupe was so fresh, sweet and juicy, not woody and hard), caprese, frittata, quiche, and Italian bean salad, eggplant medallions and spinach salad. Also tomato bruschetta and peach bruschetta (we thought they were yellow tomatoes at first but the peaches were so fresh and sweet!) absolutely delicious! For the main we had Insalate di Quaglia ($24)- Grilled quail with arugula and Pecorino cheese served with grilled polenta and balsamic reduction. Filet ($58)- served with duchess potatoes and spinach Parma style. Unfortunately the filet came out well done and not medium rare temperature as requested and also came with prosciutto wrapped, but we requested it to be plain and medium rare. We informed the waiter who immediately recognized the mistake and took it back to refire! It took a long time to come back so it was awkward that both meals weren't served at the same time. Elena came by to reassure that it was being corrected. The whipped potatoes that came with it were creamy and delicious. The spinach was also well seasoned and tasty. Special of the Month- Petto d' Aratra- Smoked Duck Breast For dessert: Bavarese al Frutti di Bosco ($11)- Wild Berry Bavarian mousse served with berry sauce Mousse al Cioccolato con Salsa Chantilly- Belgian chocolate mousse served with chantilly From the ambiance to the courteous well dressed staff to the incredible quality of everything on the menu, Parma Ristorante should be at the top of your list if you are looking for the ultimate spot for a Valentines Day dinner or any romantic date night. It's no wonder that Parma Ristorante has received ten California Restaurant Association awards, including "Best Italian Restaurant" and "Most Romantic".

Yelp
Beautiful lil restaurant! Came here as a party of 10 for a birthday dinner and it was a great experience! Service was great!!! Our waters were consistently refilled, our appetizer plates were switched out immediately, and they had great recommendations for wine! We weren't sure what wine to get so they let us taste a lil bit to see if we liked it, which was so gracious. We even brought our own cake and they lit up candles and cute the cake into slices for us! So thoughtful. We were started off with a charcuterie board of different appetizers: bruschetta, italian bean salad, spinach salad, quiche, mozzarella and tomato, and a sausage (?) overtop some polenta. They were delicious! My personal favorite was the meat dish that I believe was sausage as well as the quiche! For the main entree, I got their Agnolotti di Vitello and it was pretty good. It didn't come out as hot as I was expecting, but the flavor was still good. My boyfriend got the Gnocchi di Patate with gorgonzola sauce and that was super tasty! It was piping hot, a great texture, and the cheese sauce was extremely decadent. My dad had got the lamb and that was incredibly flavorful and cooked perfectly! Though we brought our own birthday cake, our party couldn't help but dabble in their desserts. These were arguably the stars of the night! We got their Torta di Limone e Mascarpone (lemon cheesecake) and their Bavarese ai Frutti di Bosco (berry mousse) and both of these were to DIE FOR! The lemon cheesecake is easily the best cheesecake I've ever had and the berry mousse was incredible. Such a great experience!

Yelp
I came to Parma for an event with a large party. The service was attentive throughout the night. The array of food was fantastic especially the pasta dishes as the pasta is handmade and fresh. Memorable dishes for me include the tortelli di Zucca (pumpkin filled tortelli), tagliolini, and the pan-seared chicken. Everything was delicious!

Yelp
Finally got the chance to dine here and the most impactful feature of my experience was the service...from my entrance until I left..Top-notch. Excellent food, great ambiance, and overall one of my new favorites.

Yelp
Had an amazing time celebrating my best friend's son's graduation from college. Got together with their friends and family and enjoyed a wonderful time laughing, reminiscing, and enjoying great food, wine, and impeccable service! Always love coming here...the food is excellent!

Yelp
I love this place! Great food, nice ambiance and amazing service. My mentor teacher introduced this restaurant to me over 15 years ago and I have been coming here over the years. The pastas are made fresh and the owner is super sweet and friendly. She always makes her rounds to each table to welcome customers and make them feel at home.

Yelp
Out for a lovely holiday dinner with friends. Chef Elena and her staff are so friendly, welcoming and professional. We felt well taken care of. Full house on a Thursday in December, but we called in reservations. Very clean with tasteful bistro decor. We were served bread, butter and bread sticks as always. Ordered a nice bottle of Italian wine, Lumache alla Bourguignonne (escargot), Insalata do Spinaci, Lasagna alla Parmigiana and Pappardelle all' Anatra (duck). Each dish was delicious. Large portions... leftovers tonight! Thank you for a lovely evening.

Yelp
This little hidden gem is a treat if you want something different in Italian food. The owner is gracious and it's nice to see her go table to table greeting her diners through the night. The menu has some nice options. You have the usual appetizers, entrees but they also have chefs choices. There you can choose are able to have a nice sample of their appetizers, a pasta of your choice and you can also choose a dessert. I would recommend this if you have never been and you are what to choose. I went with the Tortellu di Zucca. This was pasta filled with pumpkin with a brown butter sage sauce. It was delicious and not over filling. Dessert was my favorite crème brulee. The restaurant is nice as it as a bar area and dining area and also an outside patio. Every nice place to get dressed up and celebrate an occasion or just simply have a drink or nice dinner. We had a very lovely dinner.

Ethan H.

Yelp
Amazing restaurant!! After coming back from a two week vacation in Italy, this place is as close as it gets to authentic Italian cuisine. First and foremost, the ambiance is amazing. We sat on the patio which is very romantic and the perfect choice for an anniversary. Second, the service was phenomenal. Our waiter Michael was flawless and checked up on us very often. The owner, Elenor, is so kind and sweet. She curated a special vegetarian appetizer for my wife which meant a lot to us. The food is delicious and overall, you can't go wrong coming here if you want a special, Italian meal.
google avatar

Pamela B.

Yelp
Service and food here are very good when done well, but they're hit and miss, imo... Too bad. This place could be outstanding. I like that they were brave and left pizza off the menu. I also like the authenticity of the dishes, which could be fabulous if consistently executed well. I'd like to see them cycle to a seasonal salad for winter rather than keep caprese on the menu year round. Tomatoes off season can be gross. I'd also like to see less focus on garnishing the plates and more focus on seasoning the dishes correctly. And please take the microwaved lasagna off the menu altogether.
google avatar

Erin B.

Yelp
Just celebrated my birthday and Parma is by far the best service and food we have had in a long time. Elena, the owner, had the most inviting presence and love of her handmade food. The patio had a calming and lovely ambiance. Our favorites were the veal ravioli, gnocchi and pesto pasta (you can add in the Italian names). We will definitely be back!
google avatar

Yelp
The service was incredibly personal. The owner was very involved in the customer experience. The food was absolutely delicious. Incredibly fresh and very handmade. I would absolutely recommend Parma and I will be coming back and hopefully bringing friends!!

Yelp
Treated my sister to her 80th birthday dinner for our first visit to Parma. I don't think we could have made a better choice. Great, friendly service. We were treated as if we were family. Delicious food, well prepared and lovingly presented. My sister loved it and so did we! Looking forward to returning someday.

Yelp
Love the little shopping center this place is in. All feels very cozy and high end. All the servers wear yellow shirts with blue ties, which is a nice touch. Our server was extremely attentive from the start, making sure we had our drinks filled and everything was good. I got the pumpkin tortellini and my boyfriend got the veal tortellini. Both came in a rich brown butter sauce, with mine being more sweet and his being more savory. Both were absolutely delicious. Only complaint was that we wanted more! The servings of the tortellini aren't huge, but it looked like some other dishes had bigger portions. We will definitely be back to try some other options for one of our date nights!

Yelp
Wonderful restaurant and ambiance! We were greeted upon entry- and you know it's a good sign when everyone is speaking Italian! The restaurant itself is large enough to host dinner parties as there is another back room with more tables. We were seated immediately after entering. The waiters and hosts were all so attentive and always walking by ready to refill drinks. Our waiter was knowledgeable and knew everything on the menu, what is most popular, and their personal recommendations. Upon being seated and ordering, we were given bread and butter. The food came by quite quickly after ordering and it was so delicious! We got the gnocchi with bolognese sauce and lasagna. It was probably the best lasagna I have ever had. After dinner, they bring out almond cookies that were also pretty good. Overall, had such a great experience at Parma. It's definitely a perfect space for special occasions.

Mark S.

Yelp
Wonderful meal, the owner greeted us and she is such a delightful person. We look forward to eating at your restaurant in the future.

Yelp
Quality Milanese chicken. Charcuterie board was huge with slices of mortadella, prosciutto, Parm ham and polenta, Pastas were fair but heavy. Great overall. Will be back. Dessert cookie was high quality as well.

Yelp
I attended a large group event in the back room at Parma. It was the perfect configuration for our group of about 48 people. The service was amazing and despite being a large group they were able to address dietary restrictions. We began with an unbelievable antipasto board and delicious bread. This was followed by pasta, risotto, gnocchi, and lasagna. The meal finished with 3 amazing dessert selections.

Yelp
Best Italian restaurant in the Central Valley by far!! We love the authentic Italian food Parma makes homemade daily! The service is always great. The owner goes above and beyond to make each customer feel like they are at home. Good outdoor patio seating with lighting and cute indoor bar. Go check this place out, you won't regret it

Yelp
Excellent service, great Italian wine, and wonderful entrees! The carpaccio was delicious as an appetizer and the veal ravioli was awesome! The steaks were perfectly cooked! The berry crepe was fun! Thanks for a wonderful evening for 2!

Yelp
I can honestly say I believe this is a new personal favorite Italian restaurant in Fresno and I can't believe it's taken me this long to visit. For starters, Service is AMAZING. So attentive, so polite. No complaints whatsoever. Food is AMAZING. I went with a fan fav, the tortellini di zucca and it was to die. No wonder it's one of the most popular dishes on the menu. My two friends did the gnocci, one did the Gorgonzola and the other bolognese, both were so delicious, I would forsure order in the future. Great general atmosphere, very intimate and cozy vibe. I had reservations for a Thursday night and it was very busy, which I love to see for a local business. Such a nice first experience l, definitely lived up to the hype, can't wait to be back.

Ray B.

Yelp
By far the best Italian restaurant in Fresno! Reminds me of my mamma's cooking. Love this place! Friendly staff and amazing food!!

Ashleigh H.

Yelp
I came here on a date with my girlfriend and everything about it was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the owner and seated immediately. The service was fabulous, our waiter came by several times and our water glasses were constantly filled. The food came out very quickly and both of our pasta dishes were some of the best we've ever had. The atmosphere was very laid back yet also fancy. We showed up in ripped jeans and were definitely not dressed for the occasion but we didn't even feel out of place or feel like we didn't belong. The owner also came by towards the end of our meal to ask how everything was and how we heard about them. This may have been both of our best restaurant experiences we've ever had, and we'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Overall my first experience was wonderful. The inside is well lit and feels like a fine dining restaurant in Italy, rather than the cookie cutter, dark lighting, dark tones everywhere as is most places in Fresno. With yellows and blues, and white table cloths, it was bright and refreshing. We had an extremely attentive server who helped with suggestions and when I asked between two plates he immediately offered to do half and half which was such a treat and very appreciated. My hands down favorite was the mushroom risotto. Wow! Cooked to perfection and so flavorful, would recommend to any mushroom lover. My friend I went with loved the gnocchi she ordered also. For dessert we had the crepe and the berry compote on top was tart and contrasted well with the sweet of the crepe and the cream inside. Overall it was an amazing first experience and I'm looking forward to going back!

Shirley E.

Yelp
Every Friday night I meet with 3 friends for dinner. Last Friday we chose Parma. What a special night. The food was delicious. The service impeccable. The owner is gracious and greets the diners. The restaurant is warm and comfortable. Hope you experience this gem, we sure did!

Yelp
The lasagna was terrible. It was presented looking like a brick, it was extremely dry and difficult to eat. Costco brand is way better and costs less. Service was very good and ambiance was good. Will never return and not recommend to friends.

Bruce S.

Yelp
Food was very delicious and the waiter was kind and very helpful. I asked for a recommendation of protein with the pasta dish I really wanted to taste. Both his food and wine recommendations with the dish were very favorable! The menu is limited but the quality is excellent! I shall return!

Yelp
Went back with friends and was little better than the last time around. Food and service were both ok, but nothing wowed me. The pasta was cooked fine but I wanted more flavor over all. The dessert was good. Overall same 3 star rating.

Lilly M.

Yelp
A very nice dining experience. The service was impeccable. Loved the ambiance. I will definitely come again.

Yelp
I called on a holiday and left a voicemail to book a party of 9 for a Friday evening that week. I received a call back the next morning confirming my reservation. The food was really delicious. I ordered the Choice #2 which was pasta of my choice, steak with potatoes and veggies then a dessert. I also had a glass of Mascato. My bill was about $62. Dinner for our table took about 2 hours total and that was appetizers to desserts. I wish we got patio seating actually because the patio had a really beautiful ambiance with Christmas tree lighting. Being a fall day, it would have been really nice weather for it. Service was good with friendly staff.

Yelp
My friends and I had a dinner here for the first time and we all enjoyed it. It was nice to go to an upscale place without the upscale dress code/attitude. The service was absolutely excellent and the food was great. We each had the Chef's Choice #2, which included a pasta, main, and dessert. My risotto was so creamy and flavorful. It was my favorite of the three. I had steak and vegetables as my main and it was good, but not phenomenal because I felt the veggies were under seasoned. The crepe was light and not too sweet, but it had a massive amount of berry sauce and I felt there could've been less of it. We all left stuffed and happy. It was a lovely experience.

Jordan W.

Yelp
My most favorite caprese salad and probably the best mushroom risotto you can get in the Central Valley. The service as always was so inviting and attentive. It's a perfect spot to meet with friends or have a nice meal with the family.

Yelp
A Co -worker recommend this place to me, I decided to take my boys and their Girlfriends for a quiet dinner, party of six, I invited my friend Alma, I didn't want to be a fifth wheel lol. I was grateful that they were able to accommodate us without a reservation, However I did call ahead to make sure they had a table for us. We ordered 2 chef's specials #1 and I got the lasagna, my son and gf that are vegan/vegetarian ordered the Kale ravioli with a spinach salad. Everything was tasty. The chefs choice is the way to go here, you get salad and assorted appetizers, then a surprise pasta and it also comes with a dessert. They also provide complimentary bread and butter and roasted polenta almond cookies. The service is very personal and polite, we had a wonderful experience.

Yelp
The food was very good and I had a very good time at this restaurant. The service was staff were very nice and helped us choose. The ambiance made me feel like as if I was in Italy. Overall this restaurant was good and I enjoyed this with my family and I.

Yelp
Good and service was amazing! I love the authenticity at Parma. The owner was so personable, caring, and sweet. We had reservations and were seated right away. This is my favorite restaurant in Fresno. The pasta was cooked perfectly. I ordered the 2nd option and had the steak, taglioni, and crepe. My husband had the gnocchi. I had been looking forward to trying this place for months (I was on prep for a competition). This was my husband's and I'd first date in months. I was so happy with our experience here. We will definitely be back again soon.

Yelp
The food was amazing, but the ambiance and service made this place such a sweet experience. Staff was attentive and the owner was so sweet and deeply cares about your experience and if you love what you're eating and drinking. A lovely place to spend my birthday!

Yelp
Definitely a great experience from the patio to the best service and absolute best quality of food. For being such a classy restaurant it wasn't extremely over priced either, appetizers, salad, entrees and 2 desserts were about $100
