Like pretty much everywhere else in Palermo Soho, the crowd here is artsy and a nice mix of locals and tourists. How are the drinks? Drinks, fresh and floral, are inspired by parks from around the globe. Hyde Park, for example, is made with gin, peach, cucumber, tonic, and rosemary. Worth ordering something to eat, too? For how good the cocktails are, the food menu—burgers, fried chicken—is underwhelming. Did the staff do you right? What's the equivalent of a green thumb for bartending? Whatever it is, they have it. Wrap it up: what are we coming here for? A great place to go on a warm summer's night. The garden in the back has swings and cool little tables. When it's cold, there are ponchos on hand to warm up.
