"First impression? This bar is like a breath of fresh air. The decor, which mixes wood furniture and finishings with lots of greenery, blends indoors and out. A vertical garden, trees, exotic foliage and branches that climb up behind the bar and above it give the feeling of being in the woods. Cool. So who’s there? Like pretty much everywhere else in Palermo Soho, the crowd here is artsy and a nice mix of locals and tourists. How are the drinks? Drinks, fresh and floral, are inspired by parks from around the globe. Hyde Park, for example, is made with gin, peach, cucumber, tonic, and rosemary. Worth ordering something to eat, too? For how good the cocktails are, the food menu—burgers, fried chicken—is underwhelming. Did the staff do you right? What's the equivalent of a green thumb for bartending? Whatever it is, they have it.
