30 Best Restaurants in Lisbon for Crispy Suckling Pig, Pastel de Natas, and Bifana Sandwiches | Condé Nast Traveler

"Intimate, dusky, and impossibly seductive, this wine-first bistro in Madragoa pairs low-intervention bottles with food that’s anything but an afterthought. Thyme-, lemon-, and bay-marinated olives set an unfussy tone, a refined stuffed stone crab nods to a Portuguese staple without the mess, and a finely cut beef tartare lands as elegant as it tastes; a standout brings slow-cooked, smoky Alentejan black pork with sharp endive and a glossy grape ketchup. The chocolate cake—gooey and warm, with house vanilla ice cream melting into olive oil—justifies saving room, and the 400-bottle list feels easy thanks to remarkably warm, guiding service." - Abigail Malbon

Chez creations are really amazing! The food is so tasty and texture of all the dishes are delicious. They have a great variety of wines to pair with the food. Can’t wait to come back to try more dishes of the menu. We had the 4 dishes menu + olives + anchovies. Everything was perfect!

This was a meal to remember! Every single dish we ordered we absolutely loved! Alentejan black pork and tartare were our favorites. Only two desserts on the menu but both incredible, must try’s! Great quality wine selection, we would return in a heartbeat! Thank you

The food here was phenomenal it was a great take on classic Portuguese dishes. The sommelier recommended some excellent Portuguese wine to pair with the food that we had ordered. The steak tatar is a must and the razor clams (which were a catch of the day) were perfect

Best food i’ve had in lisbon so far. The beef tartare, the tuna, really, all of it very tasty. Love the onion/cheese soup - nice wines. nice place to be. great service.

Overall, the experience was good but fell short of expectations, especially given the price point. We ordered the Beef Tartare, Pork Cheek Croquettes, Yellowtail with habanero and saltbush, a Tomahawk steak, and finished with the Chocolate Cake with olive oil. The Beef Tartare and Pork Cheek Croquettes were excellent, full of flavor and very well prepared. The Yellowtail, however, was disappointing, the marinade didn’t integrate with the fish, leaving the dish lacking in flavor unless you deliberately soaked each bite. The Tomahawk steak itself was very good, but the wait time between starters and the meat was over 40 minutes, which disrupted the flow of the meal and ultimately left us unable to finish the dish. Dessert was enjoyable and nicely executed. The wine was good, complementing the food well. The main drawback was the value for money. The bill came to €231 for 3 people (about €77 per person), which felt significantly overpriced considering the overall experience. Parra Wine Bistro has potential, especially with some standout dishes, but service pacing and pricing need to be reconsidered to match the dining experience.

We had a great evening at Parra! Top notch food, everything was very delicious, also got two great recommendations for a bottle of white and red, that we enjoyed a lot! Friendly and helpful staff!! Great mix of Portuguese as well as some hard to get French producers. A bit too long between some of the dishes and one dish forgotten. Would warmly recommend!

Came here with a local friend that's been meaning to check the place out. I was blown away by the quality of the food, the fresh razor clams they had on special were phenomenal, as were the ham croquetas. Wine selection was solid too. And the atmosphere was brilliant: intimate lighting, good tunes, and a super cute color scheme. Would absolutely recommend for a night out with friends or for a date night spot.
