most recent story:
i bought a big jar of acacia honey, opened it, tasted, and found out that it’s 80%, and maybe 20% of actual honey added (my uncle is a beekeeper, i know what i'm talking about). i brought it back, they refused to take it coz it’s open.
the same happened to my mom, who found mold in their sour cream, no return coz it’s open.
how the hell are we supposed to know you sold us fake or spoiled product without opening it?? or how do you expect us to use it? for us it’s not just the shelf decoration, it’s the actual food.
every once in a while they sell spoiled or bad produce, and refuse to take the responsibility.
they have lots of really great products too, that’s what makes us come back.
but every story like this is a fly in the ointment.
