Parts and Labor Design

PLD is extremely talented. I have a number of owner/developer friends who loved working with them. As a collaborator/consultant they are a joy to work with.

BAD PAYER!!! FABRICATORS BEWARE!! Parts and Labor cons its clients and charges 30% or more above what the fabricator charges then complains with the fabricator because he does not want to pay them what they are charging / owed. THE DEPOSIT IS ALWAYS LATE AND THE OWNER OF PLDNYC COMPLAINS ABOUT THE PROJECT NOT BEING DONE ON TIME. THEN HE USES CONSTANT EXCUSES ON THE FINAL PAYMENT!!! He always blames his accountant for everything. I did not want to write this review but I recently found out that he has this same exact problem with multiple other companies. Watch out for this company. If you are a CLIENT working with Parts and Labor Design make sure you ask to deal directly with the fabricator to AVOID BEING OVERCHARGED.

Very well regarded firm in the design space. I recently did a lot of research as they were suggested for an upscale hospitality project a developer we are working on. They received multiple glowing recommendations for their design.

A phenomenal and talented team. Super communicative and organized. The designs are jaw-dropping, with a meticulous level of detail. Wonderful folks work here.

PLD is so awesome to work with!! Would absolutely work with them again
