Staff was extra helpful and super friendly. Came for one thing, and bought six instead. The staff recommendations definitely helped me, and the prices here are why I bought more.

Second Review: 2023 Prices online do not reflect what you pay in the store, nor does it reflect what is available. My order online was less than $50, then I get an email stating that about half of what I wanted wasn't even available only to go to the store to pick up what I could and see the rest available on the shelves. Regarding the young ladies behind the counter, I've never heard someone talk so rudely to their manager while looking me dead in the face. It was the most awkward and uncomfortable position I've ever been in. I'd say stay away from this location, I paid more for the same thing I was supposed to get for less online and their customer services time and again, unprofessional. First Review: 2017 I spent way longer than I should have at Party City this morning. I would take ownership but it boils down to poor communication and or training. Stopped in to get three balloons. The young man took my order and asked me twice if that was all I needed today. I replied yes and he told me it would be 15 min as there was one person before me. This was ten till 9am. I walked around the store to waste the time and never heard my name so I decided to wait by the balloon counter. As I did I heard one do the associates working on the balloons give people picking up directions on how to care for the balloons as they took them home, and even heard one of them mentioned that they don’t make the balloons until they’re paid for. Well that would have been nice to know 40 min ago. So I paid for the balloons and 10 min later they were ready. No weight on them and no instructions for care.

We've been here many times and today, July 22nd, while attempting to buy a ton of stuff for birthday parties, there was very little small stuff to buy. They had some signs up about supplier shortages, but the empty shelves today was beyond belief and very disappointing. I guess we will have to go to Walmart.

The service was horrible they didn’t help me at all was so rude and disrespectful with me asking for an Exchange very unprofessional I will never go there again worst place I’ve been to I should give this a 0 star Review it was horrible the prices that are put out are not the same when you pay which is absolutely unacceptable I do not wanna get something knowing the price but seeing a different price that’s just Cruel

The staff is incompetent. They acted like I was trying to pull a fast one when I tried exchanging an item and they acted so smug about it like they caught a criminal. For a robe! Lol They sold me a mildewy robe and said they couldn't have sold it like that to me. Yea, you could have because your cashier didn't open it when I paid for it. Keep in mind, when I took it and came back it was all within 30 minutes. The manager had no thinking skills. First he said it was in perfect condition and just wet. Then I proceeded to tell him the robe was dirty and mildewy and his other employee even pointed it out. Then he says oh, well it could've fallen on the floor. Which is it?! Perfect or dirty? Wow. Then I asked if he smelled it and he said he can't smell it because of COVID. His excuse was in the camera it didn't look like that. SMH There was only one person in the whole front area who knew what he was doing. Please replace your current manager with him.

Two and a half weeks ago, I ordered this deluxe Mickey Birthday balloon bouquet at the last minute, the day of the party, and I think I only paid around 30 bucks. We were SHOCKED and thrilled at the massive amount we got, including several fancy mylars and a huge Mickey. They were ready on time and it was easy peasy. I don't know what the heck kind of super duper helium they use, but even the latex balloons lasted 2 full weeks, not drooping. I took this picture tonight of a couple that are still hanging out on my ceiling almost 3 weeks later. I'm going to have to give 5 stars to Party City on their balloon orders, because I've never in my mind 58 years seen balloons last so long! And for so cheap!

A good store with a ton of theme party supplies. There’s even good house decor for the season we are in. The price is to much though for the cheap materials everything is made with.

I've been coming to this location for all of my daughter's birthdays and this will be the fifth year but I will say today was the best experience. We came to browse around and get some balloons and the worker, Pam, was fantastic. We had a great conversation and she was busy! Working both balloons and the counter! The pricing was also not bad she showed me different packs that can save me some money which I appreciate! We ended up getting a balloon bundle pack and a number, then some candles as well. This will always be my go to place for party supplies.

Nice selection of party supplies and clearance items! Was looking for a disco ball and found a couple options. Table covers, balloons everything and short lines, friendly service.

Only giving a one star because you have to. Bought a fog machine they scanned it twice after telling me it was $25 charged me $50 a told him that I did no longer want that after all I had purchased it literally three minutes before they refused to give me my money back because they said it was electronics and that was their policy. I drove an hour to get it after being told that the fog machine was $25 after getting there, the place looked like it was being run by a bunch of people that did not know exactly what to do. PC is the birthday place to go, it always has been. I have come here many times, and walk out with what I need plus more. I was let down this last time. I went in for balloons to celebrate a coworkers 40th, and as I'm looking st the balloons an employee tells me they have a helium shortage, I could buy the balloons but I'd have to get them blown up elsewhere. I was in total shock, it's party city, how could they have a helium shortage. I didn't have time to go to another store to get balloons blown up. I also would like to point out a few days later I returned and a sign was posted, which I appreciate- if they can't blow up balloons, there should be communication. I had also just visited another Halloween stire, and I was very surprised that PC's costumes were a few dollars more than at the other place. For example- I bought my son Thor's hammer for 14.99- 20% coupon at the other place--/ here at PC the hammer was 17.99. Some of the costumes I spotted were the same and others were more here too. They didn't have a lot of Halloween decor, but they did have their big selections of costumes.

I in to get 4 balloons inflated with helium and hi-float. Worst customer service ever for $80 that I paid to inflate 4 balloons you would think they would pack it in a plastic bags for you to transport more easily, but the 2 young girls insisted they would not fit in a bag and did not want to bag it. So I asked for a bag so I can do it myself and what they fit fine. While in the process of bagging the last one it popped against a hook they had there. I asked to replace it since it was actually there job to pack it and not mine. They would not replace it since they did not bag it, and I said if they were doing their job I wouldn't be doing it for them. So I had to ditch out more money to inflate 1 more. Night manager Acadia was even worse to try to get the problem solved,she ignored everything that was being said to her and walked away. I held myself back to go off on them after I just spent $80 on 4 balloons. Now I know why party city is going bankrupt With customer service like that I would never go back and take my business to H‑E‑B where I know I'll be getting great service.

They don't have a big selection of pirate-themed party decorations and favors in-store. Even the ever-so-popular Jake and the Neverland Pirates! When I asked, the staff said it was there once but it was later removed from the store. Also, several items that I looked up online that should've been available in-store actually were not. So if you're looking for something in-store I'd suggest you call instead of looking online because it's likely incorrect. Other than that, they carry a huge selection of candy for any theme or color-coordination you may need. Tip: don't go in there with kids! You will have a hard time walking out, or you'll be walking out while lugging a crying kid that didn't get everything he laid his eyes on. This is seriously any kid's dream come true!

Great customer service ! Madi was a great cashier with excellent customer service gave me great ideas for balloons since i don't really decorate much and also answered all my questions.. they need more madis here that's for sure..!! she is AWESOME!!!!

This is my to-go to place for both of my kids party's. They have the cutest party favors at reasonable prices. Unfortunately they're out of helium.... Was really excited to get special balloons for my daughters 2nd Birthday. She loves balloons. How is Party City out of Helium?!!! Big let down. I guess basic HEB balloons will do... :(

This is a great place for getting everything you need to throw a party. We recently held a wedding reception, and the bride wanted everything to be the same color. No problem! They had everything we needed and more, and the prices were pretty good. The one thing I don't like about Party City is its return policy. If you don't have a receipt, they give you store credit. That's fairly standard, and most stores give you a gift card with the refund amount. But here you have to spend the money right then and there. So I walked around to put together an armload of things that I didn't really need so I wouldn't lose the money. I guess I'll learn to hold onto my receipts better in the future, but I think their policy is idiotic.

It was a great experience from the time I walked in until the time I left. I was looking for some Halloween items and guess what they were all there. I am now ready for this year's Halloween parties.

I've always gone to Party City for all my party necessities, but I will make it a point to find another establishment to visit from now on after the way I was treated. I (a Hispanic female) placed an order for 4 clusters of balloons (1 big balloon and 5 little balloons each). My order was $125. Was first in line to order balloons, and paid upfront. However, a lady (Caucasian) ordered after me and took her sweet time ordering. They didn't even begin blowing up my balloons until after she was done ordering, even though I was pressed for time. They then started her order before they started mine... even though I ordered and paid first. They rushed her order and delayed mine. I asked how long my order would be and they replied MY order was going to take long so I was more than welcome to wait somewhere else while they did it. The lady was given her order promptly while I waited over 45 minutes for mine. I've never been treated so badly or less than in my whole life. Definitely will look for another business to visit for party needs.

Came here for some balloons for my daughters first birthday. I picked out the balloons I wanted and waited almost an hour to get them filled. A lot of people were coming in complaining that they had orders to pick up and were still waiting to get them filled. One worker acted like he didn't know what he was supposed to be doing and kept looking around for the balloons that were right in front of him. All of the workers were moving slower than sloths and a lot of angry customers. I gave up after an hour and just got my money back.

The staff, especially Tyler (heavy set blonde girl), were incredibly rude. I know they were busy but she talked on the phone the whole time she checked me out and rudely asked to see my ID for a $30 purchase. I get her doing her job but it was not necessary to be so disrespectful.

Party City has EVERYTHING you could possibly need for any occasion! I am planning a 5K for the Lupus Foundation of America and needed purple and white... of course they have everything for every specific color! Right when we walked in, we were greeted and asked periodically if we needed assistance. The only downside is that it is a bit pricey.... BUT HEY.. if they have what you need, right?

Nope.. I will never step foot back into this place and this was my first time going to get costumes with my daughter! First of all we were watched the entire time from the time we stepped foot in the door! They literally followed us!!!! Then we finally pick out a costume because it was $14.99 went to go try on and the girl ran from front register to dressing room cause my daughter went inside and they are supposed s to check the bag I guess.. anyway I made her come out so she can do her job as she was told by the guy who followed us.. so we go pay (still following us) and it rung up $40 and not $14.99. So I go look to take a pic and guess what the tag was ripped clean off!!! I told my daughter nope we don't need it! Told them to have a great day!!! We will never and if asked about the store I will tell them my entire experience! A woman of color can shop without stealing we obviously had money because you had to come check the $100 bill!!!! Sad! I don't know how they stay In business

Great selection of party items at reasonable prices. Also a fantastic selection of Halloween costumes for young and old and they have the costume process down to a science.

During Halloween the staff was very helpful w getting our costumes ....but the cashier that helped us was a young man who's name I forgot...he was very rude...a real DIVA...!!!
