Pasha Hotel (Temporarily Closed)

I had an absolutely fantastic experience! The rooms were not only neat and clean but also exuded a welcoming atmosphere, thanks to the incredibly cooperative staff. And let me tell you about the breakfast – it was truly amazing! I loved the option of enjoying a delicious desi paratha paired with a perfectly cooked omelette. What a delightful way to start the day!

Absolutely awful – felt unsafe and intimidated Do NOT stay here. My friend and I (two young women) booked Pasha Hotel Camberwell and had one of the most frightening hotel experiences of our lives. We were falsely accused of doing drugs, completely out of nowhere. The staff (three men) made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe – their behaviour gave us seriously creepy, predatory vibes, and we felt intimidated the entire time. One male staff member kept insisting on coming into our room, even after we told him we had our private women’s belongings out and were uncomfortable. He continued pushing until one of the managers had to tell him to stop, which says everything. Given how we were already being treated, this was terrifying. To make things worse, someone started banging loudly on our door around 2–3am, which was extremely scary. When we reported this, the staff were completely unhelpful and dismissive. They first claimed there was CCTV, then suddenly said they couldn’t see anything and acted like nothing happened, almost trying to make us feel like we were imagining it. They refused to properly investigate, wouldn’t show any footage, and gave us contradictory answers. It honestly felt like they were lying and gaslighting us. We left shortly after because we genuinely did not feel safe staying there. This place is horrible – unprofessional staff, zero sense of security, and no concern for guest safety. I would strongly warn anyone, especially women or young travellers, to stay far away.

I arrived yesterday after a long 10-hour drive, feeling really tired, and even though we didn’t have a booking, the receptionist or manager (I’m not sure who he was) made my partner and me feel so happy and welcomed. Honestly, I’ll definitely come back to this place!”

I had a very pleasant stay at this nice hotel. The location is excellent, with a bus stop right in front of the building, which makes it very convenient to get around London. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. The breakfast was also a highlight – fresh and tasty with plenty of fruit. A great choice if you’re looking for a cozy place with good service and a perfect location.

After a 3-night stay, we couldn’t wait to get home and wash our clothes. The bath towels and bed linen were clean, and the staff were very friendly, but the rest of the conditions were deplorable! The hotel smelled terrible, the stairs were narrow and difficult to access if you had bulky luggage, and the room had a dirty wall with a hole in it. The windows were stained and unclean, and there was mold on the bathroom tiles. The room looked nothing like what was shown on Booking. The hotel is old inside and in desperate need of a complete renovation. They keep claiming that renovations are underway, but we haven’t seen any changes. There are clearly no workers on site, despite the same excuse being repeated in response to every negative review. The hotel is located in a peripheral and dirty area, though the one good thing is that the bus stations are nearby. It is not worth wasting your time and money staying at this hotel, please look for something else!!!

Amazing stay! At first I had read some reviews that made me hesitate, but it was nothing like that. The room was excellent, very quiet, spotless clean, the staff was extremely friendly, and the breakfast was incredible! The hotel is right next to the bus that takes you to the city center, plus there’s a beautiful walk with great views of London. I’ll definitely come back on my next visit to London!

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Pasha! Traveling with a baby can be challenging, but the hotel made it so much easier for us. They provided a baby cot and high chair, which was a big help. The location is fantastic with great transport links and close to central London, making it very convenient for sightseeing.||The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The reception team was especially helpful and always available whenever we needed assistance — truly great customer service! The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the café staff were very attentive.||Overall, it was a comfortable and family-friendly stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting London!

Mixed bag hotel had a sewage smell in corridors think because the manholes are inside the building. Just remember there are about 5 trainlines that run behind the hotel so bye bye sleep. Comfortable room, no headboard on bed and breakfast was amazing. Personally I wouldn't stay here again but for the price in London not a bad deal.
