I typically order to go, but took my dad to dinner and decided to dine in... in today's restaurant industry, customer experience and service isnt the top priority; so I was pleasantly surprised when Dylan R. exceeded expectations. He was very friendly, always smiling, and attentive. I was shocked by how quickly our meals arrived. AND it was delicious!

Sandwiches are ok, but customer service sucks, prices are ridiculous, and they barely give you what you paid for. These are the "large fries" that we ordered. The bag wasn't even filled 1/4 of the way up!! Maybe a children's portion? Especially for $7!! (No, they didn't spill in the bag..) Ordered their funnel fries, never again. They were burnt to a crisp, and again, maybe a child's portion for $8. Couldn't even eat them they were so crunchy and burnt. Then when you call to order, if you ask for them to give you some ketchup, they always say "just tell them when you get here" Like, what?! What the hell, I'm literally asking you now, are you that lazy you can't write that down and include it?? This place probably needs someone who cares to manage it better, because so many of my hospital co workers have said it's been going downhill, and I'm starting to think they're right!!

Absolutely fabulous all around. Friendly service from folks that like being there. Food that is superb and comforting. Great atmosphere if you wanna grab a booth or they’ll well pack it if you wanna take it and bounce. I’ve tried every part of the menu and it’s all amazing. Wanna a surprise slap in the kisser: try the spaghetti sauce.

I usually dine in but I got take out tonight. Well the fries were under cooked and flavorless. The grilled hoagie was floppy and needed love. Idk if it's because it was a take out 30 min to close and they were rushing or what. Usually everything is delicious dining in.

LOVEEEE this place!! Staff are super nice, fast service and the food is NEVER bad. I have to eat here at least once when we come to Pueblo and that's been for 30+ years! Y'all don't miss out on this amazing place!

I had a slopper with fries. Absolutely delicious!

Updated to add: uploaded some more pictures after another visit. I swear we never have a bad experience at this place! Always wonderful food and service. Original review: Both before but especially after the remodel this restaurant is a Pueblo staple. This place is almost always busy! While my husband is a huge fan of the classic "super", I absolutely love the cheeseburgers and mozzarella sticks. I don't think we've ever had something bad here. The service is always great too. Every employee always has a smile, even on days that are insanely busy. The servers love their job and make sure everyone is having a good experience. Don't miss this one =)

I called in an order and got a half special with extra lettuce. The girl at the window as rude and when I go home my sandwich was so full of lettuce I literally had to pull most of the lettuce out to eat it. That was NOT. OK. I usually get great service but today not good at all.
