I placed an order through UberEats. I paid for extra pepperoni and spicy sauce on the side. I received neither and consider this stealing as there was absolutely no attempt made to provide the items I paid extra fees for. This is an occurrence experienced all too often and I’m starting to believe it’s done on purpose to make additional revenue.

We were strolling through Adams Morgan and decided to grab a quick bite at Pasato Pizza. We ordered two small slices, but the salesperson mistakenly added the larger size to our order. When we received the bill, we were surprised to see we were charged $20. While the pizza itself was ok, the experience was somewhat disappointing. The pricing felt a bit steep, especially considering the mix-up with the slice sizes.

Man! This pizza was soooo delicious and huge! The service was fast too! 3 stars because even though the food was good, the experience was below par. Not enough precautions taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19. I visited in late August. The Condiments need to be distributed in smaller packs or served by the server, not put out in large Containers and Help-yourself format where everyone will touch the jars and bottles. The restaurant and tables also needed cleaning between customers. The restaurant was empty when we visited and the tables had crumbs from previous customers. We had to clean our table before sitting down to eat. During our meal the owners stepped outside the front door, left the front door wide open and started smoking while the door was open. Horrible cigarette smell and smoke while dining. No bueno! Other than that the pizza was tasty. Better suited to takeout.

There many great places for everyone but for me was the jumbo slice pizza

I ordered a veggie thin crust pizza (16 inch) with no cheese, the toppings were fresh, had just the right amount of sauce , the crust was crispy and done just right. This is one of the best pizzas I ever had. Amazing

This is the best pizza in DC and I am a native NYer. My husband says this is best Philly cheesesteak he has ever had. The halal offerings look delicious, but I must have margarita pizza. The cashier is always very nice and accommodating.

They have really good gluten-free pizza, but there’s no option to order it from them on Uber eats. There’s no gluten free option, nor can you put it in the comments since there’s no text box. Please add it as a crust type on Uber eats!

They served pizza at my sons soccer event and it’s was so good , Ive been ordering every day since . It’s rare you find pizza this good . I cannot wait for more locations , until then this 30 min ride will have to do !

Pizza slice was giant and completely worth the price. Really hit the spot. The pizza wasn't the best pizza I've ever had, but for the price, size, and circumstance, it was so good and so worth it.

I was looking to grab a quick dinner after work, nothing fancy, and this place showed up on Groupon. They had an issue with my Groupon, but they were very flexible and said they would honor it and figure it out with Groupon Customer Support. The staff is great and attentive. Now, the food. They have great stuff on the menu to choose from and I decided to go for the chicken kabab platter. The chicken portions were huge and it was soft and juicy, with naan, salad, and chick peas. So it was not a 'quick dinner' as planned, but ended up being a proper tasty Halal meal. Highly recommend this place if you are near the DC Zoo, Adams Morgan area, or in DC, for that matter, and it's affordably priced!

For what it is, it gets the job done. Late night pizza cravings, this spot will come through for you. It's quick, it's greasy, and the crust is crisp which is a nice plus. Is it artisianal such and such? Nah. But if you're in need of food after a night of bad behavior in Admo, this spot is clutch.

Pizza reminded me of a less tasty papa johns. We ordered through Uber eats. $48 for a supreme pizza, mozzarella sticks, and a soda... not worth it. When you select the Coca Cola as the soda get ready to get a Pepsi. The food arrived pretty cold.

Ordered through GrubHub but received the wrong calzone. I called the restaurant as well at GH and the restaurant told GH they were sending me a new one and never did. I had GH call back and because I asked for a refund on the item they didn't send a new one. The WORST customer service. Utterly unacceptable.

Covidiots: Do NOT go here if you have any concerns about covid. Staff do not wear masks (nitted "hats" only covering mouth) no gloves either I left without buying anything...

There was misunderstanding on the uber eats menu and how it was set up and the pizza was not what I thought it would be. I called the store and they made the correct pizza and sent it over, no questions asked. The pizza is delicious and I will absolutely be back!

We ordered delivery: one small "the works" pizza with hand tossed crust for our late night drunk food. It was good! I don't know why all the reviews are so low. Our pizza was delivered in a timely manner and tasted like knock-off papa johns! Not the best pizza but I'd order delivery again if I needed a late night snack.

Barely mediocre pizza. Will not order again. Super soggy and arrive cold. Mozzarella sticks were fine- typical frozen to fried. Small salad had about 5 pieces of chopped romaine. The delivery person was rude and would not come inside the building.

I got this as take out in my hotel room after finding their menu, which had a $3 off first purchase coupon. I ordered the Mediterranean specialty pie, which was an interesting combination of traditionally-expected toppings but also strips of salami and ground beef. It was delivered promptly and had a good flavor. Bestolli gives a cup of garlic dipping butter sauce that adds another layer of flavor. Overall I enjoyed this pizza and would order from Bestolli again.

I don't like to complain. But I'm tired of being ripped off, and I can't hold back any longer. First, they were about 15 minutes past their specified delivery time. I wasn't upset at the time, since my daughter dug right into the spaghetti and meatballs. It was great. Opened the mushrooms, no sauce to dip but still fine. I'm not that picky. Then I opened the bag for the gyro, and found a single cigarette sitting next to the sandwich!! Seriously??!! Called and they offered to have someone come back and pick it up!! Does that really resolve the situation?! And the gyro meat, the main reason I ordered.... almost non existent in a huge pita filled with milky water that they consider tzatziki sauce. It figures they were recommended from a hotel that already disappointed us with their customer service.

This place should be called "worst-olli". We ordered on Seamless (one pizza, a calzone, a quesadilla, and a wrap). The pizza tasted ok initially as did the quesadilla, but the calzone and wrap were not as described. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken wrap that ended up tasting like a bad chicken parm sandwich (I was given a packet of ranch on the side but that did not save it). The calzone was mostly sauce and the cheese was chunky. All of us felt sick after eating, so unless you want to spend your evening laying on the floor and moaning in pain, steer clear.

The first time ordering from here was great the second time was horrible ! Cold food and a long string of hair was found in my food. I called the restaurant and they refunded me the price of my pizza. From looking at the reviews I think this place has a lot of work to do before someone calls the health department.

Absolutely horrible place, please forgo. I ordered pizza, confirmed twice and they just never showed up. Horrible is an understatement. Can't believe their lack of professionalism. The lady literally told me the driver is on the way, an hour and a half later, I realize they're never coming. Horrible; for my sake aka justice, do not ever go here.

Food was terrible. The pepperoni on my pizza wasn't even cooked or crispy. My boneless wings were like a chicken breast cut to squares. Would never eat there again. Mind you my total was $50 and we didn't even eat it.

Ordered via Slice. Arrived 20 minutes late. Ice cold. No response from anyone to solve the problem. Never again

Not sure how this place gets such a bad rap. I've never ordered anything other than slices at the counter but they're always great hot and fresh slices of pizza that are massive(I'm talking around a quarter of a 16 inch pizza per slice). That's about all I could ask for in a late night pizza spot in Adams Morgan.

First of all, this place is now called Pizza Boli's, so don't even bother looking for "Bestolli Pizza" on 18th Street. This is Pizza Boli's. NOW, the cheese pizza is delicious! I can't vouch for anything else, but in a city where there are a billion pizza places on each block and you just want a cheap, quality pie, this is a good choice! The medium cheese is $9.99, perfectly reasonable, and the ratio of cheese-to-crust is ooey-gooey delicious. Solid value for the money.

I give it two stars because I actually got my food and it was on time. Ordered vegetable calzone, which apparently means only broccoli. Food came out cold in the middle throughout. Garlic sauce was solid. Y'all need to seriously step it up.

I ordered delivery here, and they were able to deliver under an hour, which is cool (it said 30-40 minutes, but was closer to 50). Delivery driver was very nice. I ordered the small personal pie which was plentiful for a growing by like me. It was tasty... but kind of generic... felt like a Papa Johns and Dominos combined, although not as greasy; maybe generic is the word. All in all, I did enjoy it, and would order from here again.

So i ordered again from here. And they have delayed my order once again. 25-35 minutes turns into a 60 min wait.. not cool. I will not order from here anymore.

Bestolli Pizza is a local pizza joint that is a great way to satisfy your late night hungers from bar hopping on a weekend. However, before Besotlli's decided to discontinue their ongoing special for a large pepperoni pizza, this place got a solid 3 stars, now I am only giving it a two stars. That's as about as far as this place is worth in my opinion. -Ambiance- The decor of Bestolli is akin to what may you expect to find in an underwhelming food court in a mall. The place has a few laminate tables with chairs, and laminate benches with backs against the wall. All in all, the place seems clean enough to sell food and I guess that's really their main purpose since most people don't come to the place to sit down and have a meal; their clientele are typically those who are excessively inebriated and are meandering out of bars looking for a bite to eat at 1 am. -Quality - The pizza has a good ratio of cheese to sauce and has a substantive crust and dough that is to be expected from a pizza joint. The size of the extra large slice is quite fulfilling, roughly the equivalent of about 3 slices of pizza. The place also has tubs of red pepper flakes and kraft parmesan cheese to adorn the top of your humongous pizza slice. -Service- If you're looking to grab a slice quickly, Besotllis does a great job in getting that to you in about 2 mins. And if you're looking to buy a whole pizza, I say they do a reasonable job in getting that to you in about 10-15 minutes. I would like to note though, that most times I have paid and they didn't even offer/ask if I wanted a receipt, which they should do. -Price- The price of the extra large slice of pizza ranges from $6-8 depending on whether you get cheese/pepperoni or a supreme combination. A decent pricing point for the amount of pizza that you get. However, Bestolli's used to have an ongoing special for a large pepperoni pizza for just $8.99 - a fantastic deal worth waiting the 10-15 minutes for your pizza to be ready. This deal, however, has apparently been discontinued as my friends and I discovered the other day when we were shocked in horror that the price tag had doubled in cost ($15 + tax). This value was quite frankly the main reason why I returned to this place time and time again. Since Bestollis has now discontinued this, this pizza value is literally not valued anymore. There are many pizza places around Bestollis, including Mellow Mushroom, which serve a better quality pizza with various toppings for a similar price. For this reason, I won't be returning to buy it again.

A good late night alternative answer to Papa Johns. The guy who answered the phone was very friendly and on top of things even at midnight. Got a medium pizza last night which arrived quickly and steaming hot. He probably works at Jimmy Johns during the day cause he was that efficient. Don't expect some hipster emo pizza. This is a heavy duty, stick to your ribs, in your face, not getting into those skinny jeans tomorrow pizza that takes no prisoners. You ask for extra cheese, you got it. Piled so high and so hot it may send you to the burn unit. Amazingly, this pizza was way less greasy than other places which seems to defy logic. Would definitely order from them again.

I had never heard about this restaurant until a couple friends and I ordered food from it last week. The delivery was 20-30 minutes late, and they gave us a cheesecake instead of the cheese steak sandwich my friend ordered. When she made a very polite call to let them know about the mix up, the fellow she spoke with was obnoxious and aggressive, insisting cheesecake was what she ordered. Life is too short! Give this one a miss.

This place is totally GROSS! Maybe the pizza, pasta, or subs may be good, but they need to leave buffalo wings to the pros. I specifically said in bold print, FRIED HARD on Uber Eats app. I even called this place to reiterate that I wanted hard as hell, crispy wings. The guy who answered even repeated my Uber Eats instructions back to me. First of all, my wings were baked, not fried and the skin was really soft and slimy, like it could have been cooked more. I also asked for extra blue cheese and literally got ONE extra pack instead of 3 or 4. Yuk, yuk, yuk! Totally gross and Never EVER again! No wonder why their prices are so cheap. Ew

I ordered a cheese steak and soda! The cheese steak gave me an option of adding fries for 1.99.. so I ordered it, came to my house and my fries were not there. Just the sandwich and soda! Also asked for a side of mayonnaise never got that either

If you want typical american pizza (e.g. pizza hut, papa johns, dominos -- that style), then order from here instead. Pizza is much better than the normal big chains. It's not a "gourmet" pizza place like pizza paradiso or mellow mushroom -- it's like apples and oranges, really. This place *delivers late*, the staff is nice, delivery times are usually right on, plus they have a pretty big menu outside of just pizza. it's my go-to for late-night pizza delivery.

The sign outside says Pizza Boli (a mediocre local chain best avoided), but it's been Bestolli for a while, if indeed that's the legal name of the place. I really like this jumbo slice (with pepperoni, of course). Some folks won't because it's pretty greasy, but that's a particular style of pizza that appeals to me on occassion. The slices are recently made, unlike the joints down the street, and have the right amount of gooey goodness. It would be best if you waited a few minutes to let it cool down and harden slightly, but that's tough to do because it's so darned good. Might need a plastic fork and knife, which is what the finest pizzerias in Napoli require, so quit whining about not being able to fold it like a NYC slice that's a quarter of the size. Highly recommended if you like a hot steaming slice that'll prep your stomach nicely for an evening's worth of boozing. Only negative is that the place only has Pepsi products, which means Diet Pepsi, which means a soda with a bad aftertaste. Nick in Palm Springs

Jumbo meat slice is . One of the better jumbo slice spots in the Adams Morgan area. They've got some great specialty jumbo slices to choose from and the best imo is the meat slice. Lots of toppings and an enormous slice. When it gets to be about 2-3am the line will go out the door but service gets moving and you won't have to wait that long for your slice. During late night hours you won't be able to get a full pie and can only order jumbo slices. Come here to satisfy your jumbo needs when you get the cravings!

It's a real shame you can't give 0 stars. The Pizza: Pizza was lukewarm when delivered. We could overlook that for quality pizza. Crust/dough: you could tell it was frozen because of the aeration of the dough; dry and yet not crisp, it left you wanting to guzzle water to get the bad residual taste out of your mouth. Cheese: tasted like plastic; overwhelming amount of this bad cheese; very chewy/rubbery. Sauce: seemingly had no flavor, but hard to tell with the overwhelming, awful cheese. Toppings: Pepperoni was alright; Sausage lacked flavor; The pizza lacked enough of either. Overall: Pizza is hardly the word to describe this. I would sooner order from Domino's or Papa John's. In fact, I would sooner just not eat pizza. Describing this as NY-style is an insult to places like Spumoni Gardens and Full Moon Pizza in NYC. The Wings: Wings were cold. Chicken: Actually cooked properly; not rubbery, tough, or under-cooked. Coating: Thin, which let you taste the chicken. Flavor: Chicken really had no flavor unfortunately. Sauce: Tasted like store bought; too much sauce; seems the sauce was meant to be the main with chicken on the side. With the right seasoning/sauce, the wings could be really good. The cook managed to fry them just long enough. Need less sauce and more flavor from the chicken. Overall, I would not even accept free food from this "restaurant." The only real upside to this place: the delivery was 20 minutes early. Cheap and quick, and boy does the food reflect that. Do yourself a favor and eat anywhere else.

This service is absolutely horrible. I ordered their pizza at 9:00pm. I called at 10:20pm, and they answered saying that their fax machine was broken and to compensate for the time, they would include a complimentary ice cream. When the driver arrived, they did not include the ice cream that was agreed upon. When I called back, they denounced what we agreed upon, called me silly, and hung up the phone. Ridiculous.

Will never order from here again. Took my money and never delivered the service. I had a party of 12 people and they blew it. Going to have to work through my credit card to get the money back. $93 dollars... awful stuff.

Worst delivery service ever! Was told 30-40 minutes and 1 1/2 hours later I'm still waiting for one large cheese pizza! Called twice to inquire where my pizza is and was told the driver would be here in 10 minutes both times! Would give them a minus 5 rating if I could! Pizza finally arrived and was barely warm and not very tasty! Do not order from here!

The food is otherwise decent, but the chicken parmesan they use taste a lot like MOCK CHICKEN. Pretty dishonest if true. Would like to see if others can confirm.

If I could give a zero, I would. One and a half hours later and still waiting on an order. I am not holding out any hope that it will actually arrive. Every time I have called I have been told "the order is on the way," and " he will be there in 4 minutes." Five additional minutes later, you guessed it, not here. They will tell you absolutely anything to placate you while you wait forever on food that never arrives. Buyer beware. Order room service..save yourself the lies and the hassle.
