NYC’s New Restaurant Openings

"Sub-$10 walking pasta is having a moment in the East Village. First there was Gnocchi on 9th, and now, there’s Pasta De Pasta, which is designed for takeout, though they have a few tables as well. You can get fettuccine alfredo made in a big wheel of parm in front of you for $9.90. They also have a bunch of add ons for a couple extra bucks, like bolognese and pesto with sun-dried tomatoes, as well as arancini." - will hartman

A true hole in the wall. VERY simple menu and food prep concept. The space itself is narrow and not too long. There are about 10(?) two too tables and a short counter where customers can sit. You order at the front…fettuccine Alfredo plus various choices of protein(I had shrimp) and add shredded Parmesan cheese for an extra buck. Your order comes out in a large biodegradable cup with cover and disposable utensils. You can eat it at the table or simply take it with you. The pasta was creamy although there was no runny sauce (a good thing) and was not salty. The shrimp was salty which when added to the pasta, was perfect. The meal was inexpensive ($16), filling AND delicious. What more can you ask?

This place is SO good trust. It was my friends and I first time in nyc and our lunch here was the absolute best. The pasta and cannolis were bomb, prices are reasonable, and what caught our attention the most is the vibe and atmosphere of the place. There’s cute little artwork and murals everywhere, and they’ve got the most adorable courtyard in the back. There’s cute little staff was the sweetest she even gave our group free cannolis and tiramisu’s. 10/10 would totally come back if I’m ever in the city again.

Pasta Sole is a nice addition to the Chelsea Area! Really cute place that’s bright and airy inside with a great truffle smell wafting out the door before you even enter. Lively Italian musical playing and fast service despite a line that wrapped outside the building. I got the Alfredo with shrimp. My pasta was well cooked and tender but the sauce was quite dry. It really needed an extra bit of cream or pasta water. I also would have appreciated a bit more depth of flavor. Perhaps some more black pepper or Italian seasoning. The garlic shrimp were well seasoned and juicy. I really wanted to add broccoli but for some reason they only have cold broccoli. I think a hot steamed version would be nice. I would like to try the pesto next because my coworker really enjoyed her pasta.

Google
Absolutely loved the shrimp pasta at PastaSole. The dish was flavorful, fresh, and perfectly cooked — truly delicious. Prices are very reasonable, and the service was outstanding: friendly, fast, and welcoming. The outdoor terrace is a beautiful bonus — a great place to enjoy a meal on a nice day. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great pasta and a relaxed atmosphere!

Google
Opening day! Service was fantastic extremely fast and incredibly friendly! They make fresh authentic fettuccine with a variety of hearty toppings and they DO NOT skimp on portion per pricing! If you want a quick delicious bite with a fun Italian feel than this is your stop!

Google
It’s good, but I was definitely expecting more flavor or maybe my expectations were just too high based on the reviews I’d read and heard. I feel like it might be a bit overrated, but I still recommend it. Just a heads-up: the place gets crowded, and it’s so narrow that it can be uncomfortable to pay or wait surrounded by so many people. The spot has its own vibe, just like the neighborhood.

Google
Was looking forward to trying it out since there were long lines every time I would pass the store. I guess it was when it just opened, today there wasn’t a line. Convenient in ordering ourselves on the tablet. The noodle is al dente so if you wait too long it’ll be too hard to eat. My personal option is that it could be more flavorful or more generous on the Alfredo sauce. The shrimp was flavorful but if you take a bite without the shrimp it’s not tasty enough since they don’t give enough sauce in my opinion. ((I ordered Alfredo with garlic shrimp—$9.90+$4.00+tax=$15.13 as of June 2025)). Give it a try! Oh they have lunch special til 3pm for just if I remember correctly $12.90, comes with drink.

Google
If you want cheap and easy pasta. This is ur place. The space is small and cute. Great little back patio area. Service is smooth and helpful. Inside seating is lacking but just go out back All the pastas we got were great. I got what the cashier recommend which had mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes. I wouldn’t go out of my way to go here. But I would go if I need food and in the area and want a cheap pasta option If I lived in the area I would prob order for delivery often. It’s cheap simple and easy . The lasagne wss kinda small and my least fav option for the same price as the rest

Yelp
I saw this place on tik tok and was eager to try it! I came all the way from Houston and it was worth it! The dessert was so good! I'm not a big chocolate dessert person but this was just the right amount of chocolate to my liking! first time here and felt welcomed! definitely will come back if I visit NY again!

Yelp
Pasta Sole was a great experience for me and my friends! We went to celebrate a birthday, and by 5 PM, the place was already packed--a great sign. Right by the front window, you can watch them make the pasta, which adds a fresh and fun touch to the overall vibe. I had the fettuccine alfredo with mixed veggies and smoked salmon bits, and it was very tasty. One of my friends ordered the fried rice balls and shared them with the group. They were so savory that after one bite, I couldn't resist finishing the rest. The restaurant is small, so it gets crowded quickly. If you prefer more space to eat and chat, taking your food to go might be a better option. That said, the cozy atmosphere didn't bother us, and we all loved our meals. Totally worth it and we'd love to go again!

Yelp
I let the hype about this place really hype me up! The inside is very small and they aren't friendly at all. I spoke to the cashier and she didn't speak back. I proceeded to place my order. They do have a spot for people to dine in my again it is very tight!. The pasta had some flavor to it but I was a little disappointed that my broccoli was cold and the pasta was luck warm. I didn't eat all of it and decided to warm it up for lunch the next day and it was an epic fail. I wasted 19.03 on this bowl of pasta. The food came out pretty fast!

Yelp
Pasta in a cheese wheel? Yes, please! You start by getting in line, choosing your toppings and sauce for the pasta, and then the magic starts. They drop the hot pasta into a huge cheese wheel, swirling and smothering it until it's coated in creamy melted cheese. Everyone was in awe watching the process. The pasta itself was tender, rich, and creamy. I could've easily gone for a second round. If you're a fan of pasta and cheese, this is definitely worth trying. The spot does have seating, but it's a small space. You can also expect to wait a bit since its popular.
google avatar

Yelp
This is a fast casual restaurant that has appeared in viral Instagram posts because of their "cheese wheel". Though they do have some seating, most of their business is from takeout orders. If you are expecting high quality pasta, this is not the place. Their "cheese wheel" is just a big wheel of parmesan cheese where they will mix your pasta in. This is done at the front window and was a great marketing ploy to go viral. You get to choose the type of meat and toppings you want in your order. A bowl of pasta here is about $16. The portion is very filling and is a reasonable price for a takeout meal of this size. The food is not authentic and most of the ingredients have been prepackaged and frozen.

Yelp
Have been dying to try some pasta fresh from a cheese wheel and "Pasta de Pasta" (apparently now called "Pasta Sole") popped up in my search. All pastas start with the fettuccine Alfredo base then you can add proteins and other toppings. It was small and crowded in there and we had to wait 10 minutes or so for our orders but was happy to do so since the pasta was so hot and fresh! The pesto was the star of the show and the portion size was good for the price!

Yelp
I'm not gon even lie, the food was good. I was put on game to this place from Instagram, so you because of that, you already know I was skeptical. The place is tight, in terms of walkability etc, but its cool I guess; get in, order what you need & go lol. I don't recommend dining in, just too small & tight for me. Now, let's get to that food. I'm surprised. I don't too much care for the pricing, but the food is good, but $30 for one person. I'm fat, but I don't know if I'll be back anytime soon lol. The service was okay. The guy taking my order, I didn't too much care for him. I felt as tho he wasn't listening because when tlkn, there was literally no type of response back to affirm you was listening, so I would stop and ask, "you got that?" because you just didn't know. But overall, the place/food gets a big thumbs up from me.

Cristian P.

Yelp
From the outside this place looks quite enticing as a staff member spins what looks like fresh pasta into a large cheese wheel; all viewable from the street and drawing customers like me right in. But unfortunately, that's where the magic stops as the toppings include prepackaged cold smoked salmon and frozen vegetables. They might of been able to get away with this low budget concept if they properly warmed the veggies first but they are instead placed quite cold thereby practically ruining the dish! The loud screech of a staff member carelessly shoving all the stools under the empty tables with their feet also doesn't help the vibe much!

Yelp
Came here on a weekday day with a friend after seeing the many viral videos on social media. Thankfully there was only a short line and it moved pretty quickly. Loved that all of the fresh pastas noodles get tossed in the cheese wheel and you're able to pick additional sauce and toppings. I ordered the pasta with arrabbiata sauce and Parmesan. It came quickly and had olives as well. Pasta was cooked perfectly and fresh. Sauce didn't have a ton of spice for an arrabbiata, but was still tasty. The restaurant feels like a hole in the wall but had a decent amount of seating. There's also an outdoor seating space on the back. Overall decent pasta and a good casual eat. I'd come back!
google avatar

Yelp
I ordered the pasta Alfredo with garlic shrimp. Very tasty! They lost stars bc the guy next to me ordered the exact same thing and his bowl was nearly full and mine was half full! Give the same portion, particularly since it's something as cheap as pasta!
google avatar

Alice Z.

Yelp
Food: 4/5 | Service: 4/5 | Experience: 3.5/5 This hole in the wall does not have much seating. It's meant to be more of a takeout. It was a bit odd to have the pasta being cooked in front of the line behind the register, but it was interesting to have that look. I got the fettucine alfredo (base for every pasta) and added the bolognese on top. I also got the arancini. Food is very fresh, and the portion size for the pasta is generous. I really liked the arancini too as it was fresh, hot, and cheesy. For what I paid, I felt it was well worth. I'd come again perhaps when the line is not too long outside.

Yelp
Wife found this place on Tik Tok and with free Saturdays now, we decided to try something new. The only somewhat semi negative thing of the place is that there is barely a place to sit at but it's a testament of how good the food is with so many people getting a bite. Wife had the chicken fettuccine with Alfredo sauce and Parmesan which she said was very good but chicken needed a little more seasoning. I had the shrimp fettuccine with red sauce and it was soooo tasty - left me wanting more. When you first get the food it looks small but it's deceiving - weighted a lot and the portions they give you felt like they poured the food in. We even tried the Aritini balls and I really enjoyed those. Nice place for a bite before a date. Good food. Great busy atmosphere. Fresh hot food. And parking in the area was not as bad.

Yelp
I saw this place on IG and got so excited because I had went to a similar place when I was in Venice. I had such high hopes in coming here. The noodles were cooked al dente but I was a little disappointed. Even though the noodles were in the cheese wheel, they were not that cheesy and was honestly lacking in flavor. We opted for the bolognese and that didn't really help either It was missing some salt and the creaminess factor. How it works is that the noodles are cooked in a big batch, then put into the cheese wheel and spin around in it. After, the noodles are all taken out and put in separate bowls. Then, toppings are added as per order and they will call out your name Idk if I will be coming back here again

Yelp
Found this place from a viral IG post so I was pretty hyped to try it. I knew this was a budget pasta place so I didn't expect much in terms of the space. I actually figured it's take out only since the food is served in paper containers. They have 1 main dish on the menu that serves as the base- chicken Alfredo. Then you can add sauces, meats, and other toppings on top for an additional charge. My pasta dish ended up being $16 with the toppings added. First they cook the pasta on the pan, then bring it to the storefront where someone mixes it in a cheese barrel. It looked delicious when they mixed it in that barrel but man looks are deceiving. The pasta that I got was very bland. I'm not sure where the cheese flavor went? I went with 3 other friends and we all only had a few bites before we couldn't eat anymore. I tried my pasta soon after I got it and it wasn't even hot.. I still think it's weird that they mix white sauce with red sauce. Definitely not authentic. I also ordered Arancini and they forgot it. The person taking my order was nice but to be honest none of the staff looked like they wanted to be there. Also not a single Italian person in the kitchen. That should say something about this place.. Do not come here looking for good pasta.
google avatar

Cassidy H.

Yelp
Nothing special. Definitely have had better elsewhere. For the line and hype of this place would expect the chicken to be less dry. Flavor of the arrabbiata sauce was good, but fettuccine alfredo lacked salt. Pasta noodles were fine but a bit too soft, expected chewier and more al dente. For the price point and hype, this place is alright but prob wouldn't come back necessarily.
google avatar

Yelp
Pasta de Pasta has been trending online recently and I think it's worth the hype! We came on a Sunday afternoon around 1 pm and there was no line. The premise of this place is they serve fettuccine made fresh daily with a base sauce (Alfredo) that costs $9.90, and you can pay to customize your pasta with additional toppings such as sauces, meats, and cheese. You order at the front and pick up your pasta and then go find seating. There's plenty of tables between their smaller indoor space and large back patio, but it did get quite hot if you're not under the shade. They also have a restroom. I got the original fettuccine Alfredo ($9.90) with no add-ons, but was able to try a bite of my friend's pasta with pesto and sundried tomatoes. The original pasta was super comforting, rich and had a nice bite. While I preferred the classic, the pesto and tomatoes definitely added more flavor. I also tried the fried Arancini (delicious and so cheesy!). I am a huge pasta lover, and think Pasta de Pasta's concept is amazing. I would 100% come back if I'm in the area to try some of their other toppings or if I'm just craving a cheap, tasty plate of pasta!
google avatar

Isabella B.

Yelp
This was a TikTok recommended spot and was worth the 30 min bike ride to get there plus waiting time to order then sit down. It's your classic cheese wheel pasta with choice of toppings and sauce to make it a casual spot to chill with friends or pick me up spot during your lunch break. Do be mindful that there is a bit of a line and hype over this new pasta location in the East Village. And please do be respectful of the work space when taking pictures since they have an open window with the cheese wheel and toppings. Everything is sorted and has a clean system when cooking the pasta and prepping each order. Orders do get backed (sometimes) so be patient but attentive when they call out your name to assure you pick up your order. Do try this place if you love pasta and adding all the toppings (which are an additional cost) you want onto it
google avatar

Ryan W.

Yelp
The spot itself is nice. Staff is friendly. Cozy seating in the back. Try to get there early. Line does gather quickly. Found this place on IG. So I went for the hype. Pasta is decent. Is not enjoyable until you have either salt or parmesan cheese on the pasta to give it taste.
google avatar

Maria M.

Yelp
This place is really overhyped- I had seen alot of insta publicity for it before trying so maybe i had higher expectations. Yes the ambiance of pasta being made infront of you is nice but the long lines and price doesnot justify what you get out of it. The 3rd star is just for the really nice backyard seating area( YES there is one and you have to find it all the way in back). The pasta as described by other reviews is really dry and so is the meat you ask for. I got Chicken and dried tomatoes for toppings because each topping costs you extra dollars ranging from a dollar to 4. So a regular serving with no sauce and just two toppings cost me around 17/18 bucks which is alot for pasta in a box honestly. The pasta was just not dry it wasnt even cooked properly. Also the time our orders were being made there was chaos going on between the staff related to some alfredo sauce delay which could be the reason it was rushed. Overall staff seemed little frazzled too. Another good thing is their fried arancini- they were great.
google avatar

Adrian P.

Yelp
This place looked very nice & smelled great from the moment you walk in. Service was amazing as well, would definitely recommend!
google avatar

Gloria Z.

Yelp
The pasta was alright. Especially with toppings and sauces costing extra, it actually gets pretty expensive in order for it to taste good. The garden area in the back is very cute tho. This place does not live up to the hype though unfortunately.
google avatar

Sukhmani K.

Yelp
Visited Pastasole after seeing the TikTok craze, but it was a big letdown. The food was cold and lacked flavor. Wouldn't recommend--definitely not worth the hype.
google avatar

Jasmine S.

Yelp
I got the chicken, mushroom + onion, and pesto add ons. It's very delicious. The food is prepared right in front of you, so it took a couple of minutes for my food to be ready. They have a decent amount of seating inside. It is a tad bit greasy tho.
google avatar

Pratima M.

Yelp
A trendy, hole-in-the-wall spot serving up build-your-own pastas with an alfredo base -- they don't have too much seating, so would recommend grabbing to-go. Think they offer great value for the amount of pasta versus the price, and the staff is very friendly! We stopped by for a Monday evening dinner and they ran out of pesto -- they were nice enough to swap it for something else, but that was a bit of a bummer in the build-your-own spot. The pasta itself was fresh and filling, but not sure it's worth the TikTok hype.
google avatar

Phyoe T.

Yelp
Me and my friends arrived the place before the opening hour and waited for a few mins. We ordered Fettuccine with shrimps and broccoli, caramelized chicken and broccoli. We had to wait for a few mins for the food to be ready and the pasta was a little bit bland. I wasn't sure if that was intentional cuz they do provide salt and pepper at the utensils area. The red sauce of the shrimp was pretty good. One of us ordered lasagna and had to wait for 30-45 mins and it wasn't that good. The staff gave him a complementary tiramisu to make up for the waiting time. They have a backyard dine-in area which was nice. Although the pasta portion seems little, we couldn't finish it all because the cheese made us feel full.

Escarlin S.

Yelp
The service was amazing, super sweet, the food was amazing. I enjoy everything! The store was very nice and good music love everything

Wyatt G.

Yelp
Cashier was super nice and great service, my second time coming and and the food was amazing like usual
google avatar

Jennifer J.

Yelp
Ambience is simple, clean, and plain. I give it a 3/5. Service was also just a 3/5. Nothing great, and nothing bad. Food was bland, so a 2/5. I don't think I'd come back again. But if you're looking for affordable pasta, I guess it's a spot cause it's only $10, but don't expect anything great.
google avatar

Kesha S.

Yelp
I'm not a native of New York nor do I live there. I found this restaurant based on an instagram reel and it looked amazing!!! The line was short when I got here and they had seating in the backyard available. I ordered my pasta the cashier didn't have any recommendations or anything so I got broccoli, sun dried tomatoes and shrimp added. My pasta was rather bland and needed more sauce. The video I saw was super cheesy and saucy that was not what I received. The ARANCINI was amazing. That is what I would order again and again. Kids are not a fan of the ARANCINI, well my younger kids weren't. They did enjoy their pasta and it was a good value. I'd just suggest not getting the sundried tomatoes they were too sweet, add extra sauce and parm. The place gave a good quick bite hangout vibe. If you're in the area I suggest you give it a try but it's not worth commuting over 25 minutes for.
google avatar

Jennifer D.

Yelp
I would honestly not come back here. I tried the signature dish which is the fettuccine Alfredo for 10$. It was possibly one of the worst pasta dishes I ever had. I had the regular my friend had it with chicken. There was absolute no flavor in the sauce or the chicken it was all very bland , the pasta was an odd texture, the sauce and pasta together was like eating wet cardboard. Chewy and lumpy. I asked if they could add some more sauce since mine had barely enough sauce to cover all the pasta and the extra sauce didn't do anything for it. Even the grated Parmesan cheese didn't help. I took a few bites and to be honest I threw it out. I have heard the hype over this place for a while now and was excited to try it out especially since their signature dish is only 10$. Very disappointing. The only good thing I have to say about this place is tht the portion size was worth 10$ Also space wise , no where to sit barely enough room to stand or even walk.
google avatar

Angela L.

Yelp
I was really excited about this place after eating at similar "fast food" pasta places in Italy. This place was so promising but needed a lot more seasoning/salt. The Alfredo sauce could have been thicker and cheesier as well. The texture of the fresh pasta was on point though. Unfortunately it did not come close to what we had in Italy but it's not bad if you want some fresh pasta.
google avatar

Melanie N.

Yelp
The food here is so good so fresh. Brace yourself you'll have to make a narrow line the place is small and gets super crowded but worth the struggle. The ambiance is pretty chill take it to go if you're there on the weekend because chances are you may not get a seat. They're very busy so make sure you know what you want by the time you hit the register.
google avatar

Patricia S.

Yelp
We tried this place for dinner during the week and it was delicious! The owners are extremely friendly and went to extra lengths to make sure we enjoyed our meal. The pasta was extremely fresh, and you can 100% notice the fresh taste. The pesto was great! I'm looking forward to coming back and trying their bolognese next. There's seating inside too which was perfect as we weren't expecting there to be seating originally!
google avatar

Astha B.

Yelp
First things first, the food was DELICIOUS?! I really like simple pasta with nothing too extra. They had toppings but based on the reviews on those, I decided not to get any (also makes it a little pricey). But their regular fettuccini is only $9.90 for a pretty big serving. Crazy for that area. The service was sort of grab and go, they just called our names and we ate. The wait also wasn't too long which I appreciated. They had a "backyard" which was a cute little place but it was very crowded. We just ate at the store next door (got a 20% discount hehe). For the price + the experience of seeing the pasta being made, 10/10. I hate that it was crowded but it's an amazing place so I wouldn't expect anything less.
google avatar

ElBachir C.

Yelp
NOTE: PLEASE COVER THE WINDOW AREA WHERE THE CHEESE BALL AND THE TOPPINGS ARE PLACED WITH GLASS OR SOMETHING SINCE IT IS PLACED AT THE STOREFRONT. ALSO, I HAVE SEEN PEOPLE GETTING TOO CLOSE TO TALK TO THE WORKERS OR TO TAKE A PICTURE, SOME MUSQUITOS FLYING AROUND. THIS IS NOT SANITARY. I heard about this place through IG and was excited to try it out, unfortunately, I was disappointed. I went with the classic 9.90$ Fettuccine Alfredo and to my surprise it was dry even though it was simmering in the cheese ball for a while, and the pasta was slightly undercooked. In addition, there was a line when I got there, I believe I waited for more than 45 minutes to get a seat. In general, the place doesn't deserve that much hype (maybe because it is still new) However, for the price you are paying, and the serving amount in a city like NYC; I would say its okay.
google avatar

B K.

Yelp
Super long line, waited about 20 minutes to order, and another 20 waiting for pasta. Very tasty, but not a generous portion. Wish they didn't charge for it every single topping. Even grated cheese costs $. Not as good as cacio e people at San Generro that's twice the price and worth it.
google avatar

PJ L.

Yelp
Friend found this place on instagram and it looked interesting because of the pasta being mixed in a "cheese wheel." Service was good once you are ordering. Regarding the food, it was not worth any hype, bland, mediocre, and overpriced. The quality of the fettuccine and the alfredo sauce is subpar, not nearly as creamy as you would expect it to be given that it is mixed in a cheese wheel. Mushroom and caramelized onions topping was okay; again, nothing special. However, for the still pretty cheap price, it's okay.
google avatar

Marisol C.

Yelp
I made this a "have-to-visit spot" after seeing it on IG. Happened to be in Brooklyn and decided to stop by. Super cute place. The food was actually really good, only thing is that it could have used some salt to give it a bit more flavor. The creamy chicken was really good and flavorful which helped! I would definitely stop by again. I went on a Monday so no lines.
google avatar

Karen A.

Yelp
If you don't eat cheese, do not go here. They take the pasta and swirl it in the cheese, then add the toppings. I asked them to skip the cheese, the girl said they don't have time to make it special... it's not making it special, it's skipping the cheese. Then she agreed but rolled her eyes. WTF, don't roll your eyes at people. The bowls looked small and I heard someone outside say it wasn't worth the wait.
google avatar

Kayla N.

Yelp
Food was pretty cheap and it was a nice experience to be able to watch it being made, but the food was a little lackluster. We got the pesto pasta and the bolognese, and it was ok but definitely not the best. The wait was a bit long and there wasn't very much seating, but for the price it was pretty good. I would probably go again if I wanted some casual pasta.
google avatar

Turner D.

Yelp
Food was amazing. Pesto sauce with creamy chicken and dried tomatoes; 10/10. The fried Arancini was amazing as well, also 10/10. If you're in NYC, definitely check this place out.
google avatar

K M.

Yelp
The pasta Alfredo was a win--creamy and delicious, with fresh mushrooms and onions added on top. Amazingly, our order was ready in under 8 minutes! The interior isn't exactly a hangout spot, but it's mainly set up for takeout, which worked perfectly for us. At just $10 a bowl, it's a bargain, especially since you get a front-row seat to watch the cooks create your entree.
google avatar

Shirin B.

Yelp
Pasta de Pasta seemed really cool since they make pasta in a cheese wheel, but in all honesty I didn't love it! Service is fantastic and the vibes are on point but the pasta was okay... I got a caramelized onion Fettuccine Alfredo, and I could barely taste the sauce. It all just felt cheese without much flavor (like it lacked salt, garlic etc) it might have just been too plain for my liking. I do suggest getting lots of toppings to make it more filling and try the arancini if they have some left!
google avatar

Calvin H.

Yelp
Wife was excited to try the place. The line was extremely long but it moved relatively quickly. The food is good, but on the pricey side. I recommend you wait for the hype to die down. I'm only docking it a star because the "creamy chicken" was one of the driest chickens I've had in awhile.

Angie H.

Yelp
Finally today have time to try this pasta place since I saw it in IG saying it's good. But is totally different like in IG said . Portion of the pasta very poor. Over price for toppings . One of the pasta we add mushroom and onion, serve so little for $3.00 extra dlls ( will see on the pic) . Pasta texture is good but not a lot of cheese . Service is good but so hot inside the restaurant . Definitely won't go back again and also not recommend . Don't waste the time and money. Have a lot better pasta place than this . Better service. Better portion and better taste .

Yelp
Ambience- A bit of a line outside, 20 min to get food. Small hole in the wall like space/ambience. Back door outdoor seating available on artificial green grass tarp. Food- a bit disappointing. Arrabiata pasta felt watery -neither with strong Arrabiata flavor nor cheese/Alfredo flavor (I've had better homemade spaghetti). Alfredo with shrimp was much better. Slightly better than say Olive Garden (my companion disagreed, felt Oliver garden was comparable). Aranchini was good - crispy outside, cheesy inside. Cold marinara sauce on the side Not sure about the hype but I am glad others enjoy the food. Cool on environmentally friendly packaging

Yelp
Tried their onion mushroom and jumbo shrimp red sauce toppings. I think the onion mushroom topping has more flavor than the jumbo shrimp red sauce so I would probably get the mushroom topping again.

Yelp
Came here around opening and there was no line. I had high hopes for this place! Reasonable price point for homemade pasta. The Staff was nice and took my order quickly. I got a chicken fettuccine alfredo. The wait was around 10-15 min as the store was empty. I'm glad there was seating inside for me to wait. As for the pasta, the noodles were soft and pleasant. Nothing life changing. Sadly both the chicken and sauce fell short. The chicken was quite dry and I don't think it's worth an extra $4. The sauce had NO seasoning whatsoever. There was pretty much no salt or pepper / any kind of seasoning I could taste. It just tasted like cream mixed with noodles. It's difficult for me to eat a bunch of bland noodles in one sitting so I split it into two. It felt very heavy and monotonous. I had a disappointing experience but I hope the other menu items are better.
