Pasta di Guy

I recently started ordering takeout from Pasti di Guy at the Electric Works Building in Fort Wayne, and it has quickly become one of my go-to spots. I usually place my order through their app, and the process couldn’t be easier. The orders are always prepared quickly, so I never have to wait long to pick up my food. The quality of the food is consistently excellent. Every dish I’ve tried has been flavorful, fresh, and perfectly prepared. It’s clear that they use high-quality ingredients and put care into every meal. I was so impressed with the pasta noodles the real authentic Italiano. The mushroom sauce was top-tier it almost felt like I was in someone's Italian Grandma's kitchen. I really was blown away. The veggie toasted ravioli was top tier! Presentation was definitely on point ☝🏾 I eat home cooked meals most of the time but when I do like to eat out the restaurant has to be to my standards. This will be added to my small list of restaurants. I appreciate all the vegetarian options that you have available that really made me smile...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I own MVP Jazz and Ginger Juice Bar, and because I’m always so busy running my business, I never get the chance to go out and grab food. Someone surprised me today with lunch from here, and wow — I was blown away! I’ve seen this place so many times and always wanted to stop in, but never had the chance. Honestly, I was a little skeptical since I hadn’t tried it before, but let me tell you… it was amazing, amazing, AMAZING! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beyond what I expected. This spot is definitely worth it — I can’t wait until I can actually step inside myself and try more!

The homemade pasta is absolutely amazing, best in town and very affordable! Will be hard eating other dried pasta now. The vodka sauce was good but wasn't quite saucy enough. Fantastic Chicken Parmesan! The pesto was amazing as well, like an Alfredo pesto so creamy.

I was excited to try the pasta from here, but I was really disappointed. I tried the chicken piccata special, which was extremely bland, and my chicken was overcooked and dry. I had to take it home to add my own seasoning to it lol. The bread sticks were probably the only redeeming quality. Also while my food was being prepared, the cook was on his phone the entire time, touching cookware, and utensils with the same hand that touched the phone. Really gross, from someone who works in the food industry 🥲

Excellent Italian pasta and sauces. The creamy pesto and vodka sauces are the best! All as good as we had in Rome… pretty close at least. Will always come back when we’re in Ft. Wayne.

Hands down Pasta di Guy is the best fast casual Italian Restaurant that I have eaten at. You would think you’re dining out at a 5-Star Restaurant as the taste from the food is so delicious and well prepared with high quality ingredients. Folks you really need to try a dish or two or three! And, the Cannoli is a great choice for dessert! 💛

Was greeted by Rachel. Very pleasant and kind. Ordered with her and food came out promptly. Was thanked, and food was great. Dining area is very interesting in this old repurposed factory style building. 5/5 will return.

Pasta di Guy is located in Electric Works right at the front of the facility. It is small but neat and clean and bright and cheery. The staff here was very friendly and helpful for us first timers. pasta di Guy is a step up from mall food and a step below an Italian dine in restaurant that specializes in Italian food. It's not Fazoli's...but it's not Casa's, Ziano's or Salvatori's either. We started with the breadsticks. You basically get two 6" sticks for $2. The bread was soft on the inside and has a slight crunch/crisp on the outside. There was a slight butter and garlic taste to the outside. Overall...okay. Only six inches of breadstick left you wanting more. My wife really liked her Caprese Wrap. This mirrored the Caprese salad quite a bit. The salad was fresh with plenty of arugula. The balsamic vinegar drizzle was very tasty - dark and rich. The tomatoes were foreshadowing like the cheese and lettuce. The cheese had a nice mild taste but I found it very difficult to cut. The salad bowl shape makes it difficult to eat the beautifully presented cheese, tomatoes and drizzle without cutting them into pieces. I had the spaghetti and meatballs. I love spaghetti and meatballs and get this about every where I go. This entree ran about $13 for a medium portion of pasta. There were five small meatballs in the dish. I found the pasta to be perfectly cooked. Easily cut with the plastic knife and tasty. There was not enough marinara sauce to accent the dish. It was thin in volume and made it difficult to bring out good Italian flavors. There wasn't enough Parmesan cheese to give the sauce some added flavor. However they will give you as many packets of cheese as you like. The meatballs were moist and cooked about right to give them some firmness. They weren't out of the Hormel meatball bag...however they didn't have much spice to give it more flavor. I was pleased that I could cut them into lots of pieces and have a bit of meatball with most bits of pasta.

Pasta Di Guy is a wonderful addition to Electric Works. The staff were so kind and the area was very clean. We had the Chefs Pasta with Vodka sauce and Italian sausage. The homemade noodles were a highlight and the sauce was one of a kind. You cannot go wrong with this dish or trying this spot.

We stopped into Pasta di Guy on a Saturday evening. This restaurant is located within the recently renovated, former General Electric plant complex near downtown Fort Wayne. The food and the service were great. However, I have concerns about whether they'll survive. The General Electric site is fabulous, and the weather that night was perfect. The only problem was that the place was totally DEAD. At times during that visit, I felt like we were the only family in the building, on a night where the place should have been crawling with people. That's certainly not the fault of Pasta di Guy, but the reality is that they're operating inside what is essentially a shopping mall type of setting. The greatest restaurant in the world won't survive if it's buried within a food court in a dead mall, especially if there is no direct exterior access. I hope what I saw was just an off night, but I'm not sure...

Chicken pot pie, this month's special is so delicious! It has the true flavor of a savory chicken pot pie. So rich and creamy loaded with chicken and veggies. I would vote to have this one on the menu all year long! Get it while you can and enjoy!

The Italian food at Pasta di Guy is excellent. The marinara and vodka sauce's are defiantly two of my favorites. Just tried the shrimp alfredo this week and this might me my new favorite. The Mozzarella Sticks served with the homemade marinara sauce was delicious. The Cheesecake Cannoli is also homemade and a must try dessert.

Quick service and amazing pasta!!!! Got the creamy pesto and mushrooms and it was delicious!

Small portions aren't tolerated when I'm hungry and I'm getting pasta, pasta supposed to be filling. Food wasn't super hot. Got the chicken Alfredo like I said small portions lukewarm, average tasting oh and did I mention small portions. Yeah you might go to Casa and spend seven more dollars but you're going to get 4 times more food. And it's better. Best way for me to sum it up.

I love the chef's made from scratch pasta with Alfredo and mushrooms and truffle oil! I've also had the made from scratch pasta chef's special with the vodka sauce and it was delicious as well. I've tasted the meatballs and they were really good. All very healthy servings at good prices. The only thing I'm not a big fan of is the breadsticks. I'll definitely keep ordering from here!

Great food every time and top notch service. They are so polite and helpful deciding what you want to eat.
