Google
I was looking for good a Italian food in the area but it wasn’t easy to find(we were hungry and on a time meter). We decided on this spot because of the reviews online. I must say I was pretty impressed. It has the interior of fast food restaurant. You put your order in on monitor right as you enter. You don’t have A LOT of options but enough to curb your appetite. Their noodles tasted very fresh. The Alfredo sauce was nice and creamy. They serve your food in these to go containers which is okay I guess. They have complimentary cookies in cups as well on the front counter. Will I go again, yes. Will it be a go-to, no. The staff was 100% friendly!

Pasta Via catered my birthday lunch at a Pilates studio in the West Loop and they were incredible. Everything arrived exactly on time, the food was so delicious, and the setup was adorable — super easy for everyone to grab a pasta take-out box to enjoy. All of my guests kept talking about how good everything was. Highly recommend for any event!

This restaurant is hands down the best in the West Loop, and it even rivals many Michelin-starred establishments I’ve tried. When I first arrived, I asked a friendly staff member who opened the door for me about the food. They confidently rated it a 10/10, which I was skeptical about. As I stepped inside, I was greeted by the restaurant’s owner, who shared insights about the menu and his family’s homemade sauce. While I waited for my food, one of the staff members brought out freshly made cannolis within four minutes of sitting down. Before I could even finish half of my cannoli, my main course arrived, presented with such excitement that I couldn’t help but smile. The Italian food I devoured was some of the best I’ve ever had. Every bite was bursting with history passed down from each generation, fresh and organic flavors. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for high quality food that’s accessible. As a queer person of color, I felt incredibly safe and welcomed in this space. I can’t wait to return soon! :)

Google
Pasta Via has a great variety of fresh pasta with a welcoming staff ready to help with your order. They have pasta to take home and cook yourself as well as pasta made to order in house. This is a great addition to the neighborhood.

Google
Probably the worst Italian food I’ve ever had. I had high expectations based on the reviews but was very disappointed. I ordered rigatoni with vodka sauce, sausage, and peas. It was the driest pasta ever, the flavor was non existent. Almost tasted like dog food. I also paid $20 for the little container that wasn’t even filled to the brim. The noodles were way too al dente. I’m getting mad all over just thinking about it. Do not recommend.

Google
ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED!!! I’ve been meaning to try Pasta Via since they opened, and it did not disappoint. Hands down one of the most delicious pasta spots I’ve had in a long time. What makes it even better is that you can fully customize your dish to your own taste. I went with Alfredo sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, and chicken — and it was incredible. I was starving, but the flavors were so good I had to slow down and savor every bite. Definitely a go-to if you’re craving pasta in the West Loop. It might look like a simple takeout spot at first glance, but don’t be fooled — the pasta here tastes better than most high end restaurants. I’m coming back tomorrow 🙈

Google
Very cute and welcoming place, but the food was unfortunately bland and unsalted. My pesto linguine needed a bunch of salt and had a huge pool of oil at the bottom. We also witnessed a fight between the management and an intoxicated patron from across the street which ended in the intoxicated guy bleeding from his head and being taken to a hospital by ambulance. Extremely aggressive and unprofessional attitude from the management. we also saw some employees go outside with their cooking gloves to see the fight them return with the same gloves to continue making pasta. Would not recommend nor would I come again. Italian Homemade Company is very comparable and just a few blocks away!

Google
I finished the whole container in like 5 minutes. The food is great , fresh, and customized to your liking. The owner is a really cool guy as well. Definitely going back. They had good cake too.

Yelp
For what it is, well exceeded expectations! Will certainly be back! When I think of fast food pasta the only thing that comes to mind is Noodles and Co. so going in, I didn't have a lofty expectation. However, the pasta was fantastic and changed my view on what to-go pasta is. The manager was really kind and the food came out in around 10 minutes. I got a spinach, mushroom, and rigatoni marinara which was a pretty large portion even for a guy who eats quite a bit. They didn't skimp on anything in the pasta and the noodles were cooked actually perfectly and were certainly homemade. I'm extremely impressed and excited to go back!

Yelp
Let me say I was skeptical of eating pasta from a "Chinese box". Street metered parking that's difficult to find but the food was much better than I expected. Price range $-$$ the more toppings the more it cost. No alcohol. I ordered shirt pasta rigatoni with arrabuata (spicy) sauce with garlic and added Italian sausage crumbles. It was a good potion (7oz) and was packed with good flavor. I honestly was shocked because some sauces lack substance and flavor. The service was with a kiosk...I would have preferred something that walked me through the process of ordering as I had never been there. I didn't take too long to finish but I'm glad no one was behind me. The setting is cute inside kinda eat your food and go vibe. The art is cute inside and the walls speak to the Italian theme of the restaurant. I liked the complimentary salt, pepper sides, Parmesan, and olive oil sides. I would return.

Yelp
The convenience is clutch and the flavors are on point. Exactly what my family needs living in the west loop. I've got 3 little children to feed and they gobbled up the butter noodles and alfredo. I got the ravioli and my husband got the rigatoni bartucci. All were delicious and filling. Found our new go-to spot for Italian!

Yelp
This was the perfect place to end my night. I was looking for something to eat and stumbled across this grab and go pasta. The restaurant was clean and bright. The staff were very welcoming and answered my questions. I do wish that you didn't have to pay extra for everything. $1 for garlic $1 for basil etc.

Yelp
The food was excellent. As an out of town visitor I was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this place to anyone. Also the fresh made complimentary cannolis were delicious!

Yelp
What an amazing opportunity to explore Gino's latest, Pasta Via! I loved not only the concept, originality but also impeccable service. J'Adore!

Jane I.

Yelp
Subpar ingredients. Pasta was chewy and sauces coagulated. I was treated very poorly, as well. Also, I saw a manager or owner put his hands down the front of his pants to adjust himself and not wash hands Disgusting. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Ever.

Conik R.

Yelp
Loved the food! Such a unique concept that makes pasta easy & portable! 10/10 on the ravioli! So goood

Yelp
Great addition to the neighborhood. Food has been excellent each time. Looking forward to trying a few different noodles and sauces.

Yelp
A lunchtime gem with an Italian flair. As soon as you step inside, you are greeted by the irresistible aroma of simmering sauce and fresh herbs. I ordered the vodka pasta, which arrived perfectly sauced and full of bright, fresh flavor. The restaurant's sugane immediately set it apart: the logo features the iconic Italian hand gesture, a playful and memorable touch that reflects the personality of the space. The setting area is spacious and inviting, with warm-toned lighting that creates a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Upbeat and energizing music rounded out the experience with a lively vibe. I'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu!

Yelp
Pasta Via was very good! The portion was a bit small for the price though! I was excited for this place as a fast food pasta was necessary in West Loop!

Yelp
Stopped by Pasta Via on a busy Tuesday lunch hour. Staff was friendly and helped me with my questions. Food was great place was clean. That's a 5 Stat experience in my book.

Yelp
Who doesn't love pasta on the go? This spot truly delivered! Highly recommend for its delicious pasta served in a creative and convenient way--a must-try for anyone craving quality Italian on the move.

Savannah N.

Yelp
It took a lot longer than expected to get my food. I was in a hurry and politely asked to cancel my order after 30 minutes. They said they were already making it, so I said okay and as I walked away to continue waiting I was mocked by another pasta maker. He kept staring at me and laughing, as if what I said was unreasonable. It felt horrible. I could understand this treatment towards a Karen but I'm always polite. I won't be going back.

Aaron G.

Yelp
Making this part of the weekly routine, was that good. Food was absolutely great. Couldn't believe how simple it was. Got two dishes for some variety, added some proteins... within 7-8 min I was eating finger lickin good FRESH pasta. Highly recommend if in the west loop.

Alexander S.

Yelp
Food was excellent but was a little disappointed in the options and the amount of plastic waste. Almost everything on the menu was sold out on a normal Monday afternoon. We chose the "dine-in" option and our food came boxed in a plastic to-go container along with plastic silverware and a large bag. Hopefully the reason they're low on options and don't have plates and silverware is just due to their recent opening. Will be back over time to see if anything has changed!

Marissa M.

Yelp
Amazing service and amazing pasta! This place is a gem! They're also so friendly cant wait to be here much more!

Yelp
SOOOO GOOD! I am a tough pasta with vodka sauce and crumbled sausage critic and have to say this was the best I have had in the city yet. And i did the gluten free penne option. YUM! My daughter loved her kids spaghetti and red sauce and my husband crushed his entire rigatoni with vodka sauce order. Can't wait to go back again

Yelp
Excellent, excellent pasta made quickly and at a fantastic price. The service was fantastic. The space is familiar and inviting. Will be going 100 more times.
