Pasticceria Dolci e Dolcezze

It's a very sweet little patisserie. There was a selection of small cakes. I had a budina di riso (rice pudding in pastry) which was very nice, only a little bit sweet, and ate it at the bar. You can also order a coffee. It seems to be popular with locals as I heard all Italian accents. A good place for a quick treat.

A super cute cafe for tarts and cakes, the tarts here are absolutely delicious. The creamy custard is not too sweet and the perfect texture, it pairs very well with fruit and the seating outside is very nice. I would defiantly recommend.

Found this place whilst looking through some recommendations and HAD to visit immediately. The cafe is beautifully decorated with this stunning green and gold interior; its a little hole in the wall for you to get lost in. The desserts and pastries itself were also amazing. The raspberry pastry I tried was super flaky, and the chocolate dessert (with dates? i’m not sure) was super addicting. Will definitely be going back!

Very typical Old Style Italian coffee shop with pastries. The atmosphere is classic and the owner as typical Italian as you can get. Mainly locals here so worth a try!

I walked here every day and was always so curious. One day I stopped and got a few desserts. I have to say this place is very good and not packed with tourist like other spots. I would definitely come back for more pastries.

This is by far the very best pasticceria in Florence. It's strange how the tourists and crowds haven't discovered it. A true gem. Unparalleled cakes & biscuits.

Owned and operated by a self-taught Baker Dolci e Dolcezze has been serving Florence since the 1970s, its location on Piazza Cesare Beccaria secluded in a manner that gives everything inside and air of elegance and nostalgia. A Cake Shop well known for Fruit Tarts, but also well-regarded for Cookies and Schiacciata, those arriving early will be happy to find items such as an hourglass shaped Pastry with Custard still warm while "Torta di Riso" takes on a different look thanks to a crisp Shell filled with Rice Pudding. Not far from Piazza Santa Croce, a solo clerk slowed by multiple guests at 09h00, those not in the mood for a large Strawberry Tar should direct their attention to Viennoserie filled with Jam or a textbook Cornetti about to burst with Cream.

Such a cute cafe! Probably the most aesthetic in Florence and the staff is so kind! The pastries and cappuccino were amazing and stuffed with filling which I love! I wish there was more shade but other than that I'm so glad I found and went to this gem!

Let's get right to the point here. This place is super cute ( I felt like I was in a vintage store) The baked goods are really good quality. I must recommend the chocolate tart because it was perfect. Everything in this little shop looks delicious and so pretty ... major points on creativity and quality. This place is expensive € 7.50 for a small chocolate tortina and two coffees. Was the quality of food worth it ? SUURE, it was great stuff, cute and fresh. Will I become a regular here and bring all my friends ? I don't plan on it. Why? Although really cute good desserts, there is nowhere to sit and REALLY enjoy this little treasure of a dessert you are spending a small fortune on. Yep, when I eat my super savory expensive desserts, I do not want to do it hovering over a miniature bar possibly crammed with other people (when I went with my friend we were the only ones there ... yay for us!! ) Plus, a lot of my friends here are not soo in love with desserts (like I am) that they would want to pay extra to eat them, so why would I bring them here?? If someone you know is a dessert aficionado and can pay little more for them, I would definitely recommend Dolci & Dolcezze ... they won't be disappointed, it will be such a nice treat so 'let them eat cake ' . . . standing up ....
