4 stars for the quality of the products, although the price is not worth what you're having. Bad service, I don't think it is normal that out of 5 empty tables you may like to sit, all them are dirty... And after you have asked for cleaning your table, the waiter arrives and starts to clean the empty ones...

I ordered a Parisian Cake online from the USA to be delivered to my mother in law in Lucca for her birthday. Everyone loved the cake. There was a mix-up getting the cake delivered at the time it was ordered. After a small phone call they drove right over to deliver the cake.
