Freshly baked pastries available here. I was recommended the chocolate essi and therefore tried that. It was just a simple cookie to munch on.

Ran into this absolute gem in Burrano! Would strongly recommend this store to everyone. Tried their desserts (pictures below) which blew our minds. They have a wide selection of pastries, cookies, chocolates, and other sweet confections. The price is also very reasonable. Great experience!

Very tasty pastries, like a lot of Pasticcerias I find these days they have a mixture of their own products with more shelf stable commercial products. The chocolate torte slices were so good I returned to buy more and they were wrapped so beautifully! Just a delight!

I bought some bussolai burano biscuits and they were quite tasty. The fiber not too crunchy not too soft. Plus they offer some to try before you decide to buy.

Very pleasant cafe with seating inside or out. Chose to sit outside and watch the world for by in a very pleasant street. The staff were friendly and ordered a selection of cakes as well as a beer and spritz. Reasonable price especially considering the location and very tasty food. So pleasant, ordered a second drink. Worth stopping at.

A Heavenly Experience at Palmisano Carmelina Bakery, Burano. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Palmisano Carmelina Bakery in the charming town of Burano, and I must say, it was an absolute delight for all the senses. From the moment I stepped foot into this little bakery, I was greeted by an ambiance that exuded warmth and elegance. The first thing that caught my attention was the array of beautifully presented sweets that lined the display case. It was evident that utmost care had been taken to ensure their freshness, and the vibrant colors of the pastries were truly a feast for the eyes. The aroma of freshly baked goods filled the air, tempting me to sample everything in sight. One particular delicacy that stole my heart was the "Bussola Buraneo" filled with chocolate. With its delicate, buttery texture and the rich, velvety chocolate filling, every bite was sheer bliss. The combination of flavors was simply exquisite, leaving me craving for more. It was evident that the skilled artisans behind the scenes took great pride in their craft, and their dedication to quality was palpable. In addition to the delectable treats, what truly added to the overall experience was the presence of the elegant Carmelina, the owner of the bakery. Her warm smile and genuine passion for her creations were infectious. She took the time to engage with each customer, making everyone feel welcome and valued. It was a joy to witness her meticulous attention to detail and her commitment to delivering a memorable experience. The presentation of the pastries was nothing short of artistry, reflecting the care and precision that went into every aspect of the bakery. From the delicate drizzles of chocolate to the intricate patterns, each pastry was a work of edible art. The visual appeal only enhanced the anticipation of tasting these delectable creations. Overall, my visit to Palmisano Carmelina Bakery was a truly heavenly experience. The freshness and incredible taste of the "Bussola Buraneo" filled with chocolate left me craving for more, while the elegant presentation and the presence of Carmelina herself added an extra touch of sophistication. I would highly recommend a visit to this delightful bakery in Burano to indulge in their exquisite sweets and immerse yourself in a truly memorable culinary experience.
