Pasture

First time visiting. Love being able to see the beef being aged on the ground floor. I could not make up my mind on which steak to get, so I went with the 600-gram T-Bone. It was perfectly cooked to a medium-rare. Had tomato salad, and it was delicious as well. For the dessert, I had the Chocolate Dolece. I had two old fashioned and they were exactly how they should be made. We sat in the bar area, but I was invited up by the staff to see the grill and see what the atmosphere was like on the 1st floor. It has an open kitchen grill so you can watch them work their magic on the steaks. The smells made me hungry again, I controlled myself and did not get anything else. Staff was friendly and very attentive. For my next trip to Bristol, I will be stopping in again, and I will be getting the House Cut 1kg Tomahawk. It might be all I eat, but it will be worth it.

The original and definitely the best Pasture. 5* service/food and ambiance. Even though we booked our table at the wrong time, Ali and his team were brilliant . Kept a table for us by the meat store, quite a backdrop to eat the best porterhouse steak in town. Simply put; the service, the food and whole place and staff are just wonderful. Just go and enjoy !

We chose Pasture for my boyfriend’s birthday meal on the weekend and we were far from disappointed. The service was brilliant, we were served by Jemima and she was so accommodating to all of our requests. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed and we felt very comfortable throughout. We started with some amazing cocktails, shortly followed by a selection of small plates / starters, each of which were delicious - my boyfriend particularly loved the mussels. We were even given a complimentary ice cream for him which was a nice touch. We highly recommend Pasture and would definitely come back!

I had heard friends say how much they enjoyed their experience at Pasture. I've got to say it didn't disappoint, one of the best steaks I've ever eaten. The Croquettes starter is a must. But I really don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. Also the service we had was top, welcoming, informative we couldn't of ask for better. You do have to pay decent money, but definitely worth it! Thank you Pasture 🙌🏻👌🏼

Food was cooked beautifully, Dessert was perfection. Mistakes happen — it’s part of life — but what really matters is how they’re handled, and Jess was brilliant. She owned the slip-ups with professionalism, genuine apologies, and a calm, graceful attitude throughout. You could tell she cared and wanted to make things right. Such a lovely girl — friendly, thoughtful, and a real credit to the team. We dined in the private dining room.

Possibly the best roast I’ve had in Bristol. The smoked flavour and moisture of every dish was exquisite, as was the atmosphere and the friendly staff. I love the variety of sides we had with a Sunday roast in particular. There is a lot of raw meat visible everywhere, which could have made it feel a bit like a butchers, but I actually think they’ve designed it in a classy way. It feels transparent actually…. especially with the open kitchen upstairs. All in all a great experience. Not joking when I say I’d love to come back and try their veggie dishes 😂

Had a lovely meal at Pasture💕 The beef was decent and cooked well, but what really stood out was the amazing service. They surprised us with complimentary birthday treats, which was such a thoughtful touch! Overall a great experience, would definitely come again☺️

An exceptional lunch. The service was outstanding. Jemima is quite possibly the best server I’ve ever encountered, she was knowledgeable and helpful and an all round delight. We thought it was a one off with having someone as wonderful as her but then we met Miriam as we’d decided to have a drink outside and she was an absolute treasure. These two are an absolute asset to your team and it was because of their exceptional service we’ve booked to return again in June.
