The soya sauces are safely produced n does not add MSG during the production process. It also does not add flavour enhancer. I also like the fermented bean curb which is not salty n its texture is so soft.

10 Yolk Mooncake taste as amazing as it looks. Ladyboss explains her products really well. Worth the visit !

This is apparently a branch with its flagship store established in Hong Kong. They specialise in Hong Kong style sauces, condiments, and difficult to find ingredients like flounder or sole fish powder, shrimp roe powder, specialist soy sauces for HK style steamed fish etc.... Prices are not bargain basement, but if you were to compare them to the top tier equivalents in supermarkets, it is slightly dearer... As for quality wise, I would place them minimally at mid-end and above. I honestly have not knowingly tried top quality before, so I would not hazard a potentially unfair comment about their products. I did try the shrimp roe powder and soy sauce for HK style steamed fish..... Really quite good. I would come to this place to purchase hard-to-come-by HK style ingredients and sauces. Beats being that pesky fella that would go begging friends and family flying to Hong Kong to purchase...

I bought a box of their carrot cake at Takashimaya B2 for $35 and pan fired it and was rather disappointed : For the price I can get better ones at half their price. It broke into pcs as I was frying it and so I decided to add egg and made my own fried carrot cake.

The carrot cake I bought is not fresh. It has a sour taste. I think it turn bad.

The best fermented bean curd, can tell they're still making it in traditional way 👍
