Jessica is amazing and the customer service is unlike no other! Brought in my 10 year old black hole style messenger bag that has been thru mountains and all across the world after being informed that I could bring in old bags and get them repaired. They were not able to repair it exactly the way it used to be so they offered me a credit to buy a new bag. I was able to get something I loved and I’ll never forget how she went above and beyond. This location is fantastic and Jessica made my week! I’ll never buy from another company for my gear again :)

Great Patagonia store - very knowledgable and friendly associates. We’ve come to purchase, return, and repair their gear. Staff are always happy to help. I wish they’d open one up in Houston area - it’s a far commute to Austin!

Traveling across the country to every Patagonia store, this was my 8th store and found the building and associates super helpful in my experience purchasing their store specific items and donating to local Austin bat refuge for a screen print shirt.

This Patagonia store has an uncommonly large selection compared to most I've visited. As with all Patagonia I've been in, the staff was friendly and super-helpful. There was a good selection of summer, winter, technical, casual, and non-heavily branded clothing (for those who don't like in-your-face branding). If you're in the area and you like Patagonia as a brand, this store is worth a visit.

I brought in a few items that I purchased from Patagonia a long time ago, one about 17 years ago, for repair. They repaired the items and then shipped them directly to my residential address. Posting to encourage others to both buy at this location and to consider the value that is delivered by this brand: they're serious about the lifetime warranty.

This may be the best Patagonia store I've ever been to. It was clean and well organized and the staff were friendly and helpful.
