Traveling across the country to visit every Patagonia store has been an unforgettable journey, and this location was one of my favorites. I’m collecting store-specific patches at each stop, and although this store was temporarily out of them, I had pre-purchased the Denver patch online in advance. The associate who helped me went above and beyond—not only by making sure my pickup went smoothly, but also by recommending an incredible local spot for my first lunch in Denver, right in the heart of RiNo. It was a meal I won’t forget.

Pierre Tran

Google
Taylor was fantastic to work with. She greeted me right away when I walked in and was really friendly throughout the whole buying process. She was helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s clear she cares about her customers and does a great job. She’s definitely a great part of the team. Thank you!

S. Phillips

Google
I stopped here two days ago during vacation because there’s no brick and mortar Patagonia near me. I am so glad I did. The store was clean, well-organized, and well-stocked. The associates were very nice and helpful, but not at all pushy. I spoke mostly with Colleen, but there was another female associate that helped as well. They were both so kind and helpful, and I wish I could visit this store more often. This Patagonia had high quality clothing and high caliber employees. Will return if ever back in this area!

David Warren

Google
Robert at the Patagonia Denver store was phenomenal—he not only found a quick and thoughtful solution for my well-loved Black Hole bag, but also took the time to educate me on several great features I hadn’t known about. His knowledge and passion for Patagonia products truly stood out. The quality and craftsmanship of Patagonia gear, backed by their incredible warranty, continues to impress. This experience reaffirmed why I trust Patagonia over any other brand. The staff here, especially Robert, embody the best of what Patagonia represents—expertise, integrity, and genuine care for customers.

Google
Perfect store to purchase coats and clothing for the winter especially, I took some time while walking around the store and every employee was friendly, and helped me with certain questions regarding the products on sale for the season.

Michael Magee

Google
Excellent service for an excellent product! Was greeting by a super cool gear person who looked at my worn out nano puff jacket and told me to pick out a new one! Unreal! Will purchase more Patagonia !

Google
This store rocks. I brought in an item that was a gift, and I didn't wear it ever - it just sat sadly in my closet for months. They exchanged it for something I love and have worn every day, no questions asked! Huge shout out to Colleen, she was wonderful, helpful, kind, and very enjoyable to work with. Thanks Patagonia! I will be a loyal customer for life after this very positive experience at the Denver store.

Google
This is the best Pat store I’ve been in. The Manager is top notch superior to the other branches I’ve visited. He has went far beyond the call of duty to assist my needs and desires with repairs and stock availability. Bravo to the whole organization for raising the bar!

Yelp
Elliott and Colleen really took care of me, came in for a quick question regarding their iron-clad guarantee on a puffer jacket I bought in 2022 and was super impressed with their knowledge and customer service. Patagonia customer for life. Thank you Elliott and Colleen for your help!

Yelp
3.5 Fleeces.... With the advent of internet shopping any physical store appears understocked. I love one piece that Patagoina makes.....R1 full zip hoodie....they had only one color! Their website has probably 8-10. And to be honest my daughter went in to measure a carry on bag.....and than bought it from Al's Sports for $100 less. Sorry Long live physical retail....physical retail is dead...sorta

Yelp
Honestly a disappointing experience. Went in to look around for a nice pullover/jacket and wasn't acknowledged the entire time I was in the store. Didn't ask if I needed help, didn't get greeted or welcomed, the staff walked right by several times and it just felt very unwelcoming. Found some cute pieces and just scanned the QR code to order online for delivery. Wouldn't be back to this store personally anytime soon.

Yelp
Though I had arrived in Denver with fall like weather the temperature for the rest of the week was heading to more summer like weather so I was lucky that this Patagonia still had some walking shorts in stock. Service was great they helped me right when I entered and I was able to try on the shorts and was in and out within 15m. The shop is right near the graffiti alley - so very convenient.

Yelp
I've been a Patagonia customer over 35 years. I'm accustomed to passion, quality and customer service. That was not the case on my recent visit. I was looking for base layers, which I couldn't find. I went to the desk to ask for help where four employees were helping two customers. I was shown where they were, where I had to bend down to dig through the bin to find a sized small- the salesperson just walked away. Maybe I'm old fashioned but hoped the young man would look for me and hand me the size small. Instead, back to the desk to chat. I also had a return from Worn Wear. I asked for help clarifying which year my most favorite jacket was, as this replacement did not fit the same. Could he please check to see my purchase history to see the year mine was from and what year this jacket was I was returning. "Oh, our records don't go back that far" Really? It was 2020, of course it was in my order history. Could you look and see if any Ravens Rock jacket from 2020 is on Worn Wear? "Oh, they don't list the years on the website " Of course it's listed- just look! Is it training? Motivation? Age? My expectations? I'm unsure but I'll hope not to need to go back to the Denver store.

Yelp
I got the winter clearance 40% off email but I only needed one item and I was too cheap to pay for the shipping and finally made a cameo (???) appearance at this location. Yes, wearing a NorthFace jacket. The store was packed with bargain seekers and the instead of 40% off, it was 50% at the store. What a deal. I look around and everyone was wearing Patagonia this and that I felt kinda shameful to wear the Other brand. Store is well organized, got lots of items on sale and also has items that I did not or fail to see on the web site. Overall, this store reflects what Patagonia is all about. Nothing flash, exorbitant but functional and useful. It was a nice visit to grab a shirt at 50% off and drool at few eye candies on the shelf.

Yelp
Yudith (sorry if spelled incorrectly) was an absolute pleasure. I came in with broken buckles/clamps on my overalls. She took the time to help me fit new buckles on and get them clamped securely, so they won't fall off at work. People like Yudith make visiting stores an excellent experience, thank you for being you! Patagucci is lucky to have her!

Yelp
I found my online receipt, which is the first step I can take in this customer service fail. I traded in some worn gear at this store on Walnut Street in Denver. I decide to use the gift card from that trade in for an online purchase, and the card is invalid!? My gut tells me that the associate/cashier/sales person was untrained and did not successfully load the credit onto the gift card. How do I resolve this? I'm going to call the customer service # and cross my fingers. Wish me luck, I get to be that person trying to claim I didn't use my gift card already. #currentretailemployee Glad I didn't try to re-gift the gift card to someone else.

Yelp
I bought a Patagonia jacket several years ago. The zipper quit working, would not stay closed. I took it to the Denver store this morning. It was fixed in 10 minutes and I'm good for several more years with this jacket. GREAT service!

Rayen S.

Yelp
Great place to shop. I typically go in to try things on and there is always helpful staff. I love all my Patagonia products. They are usually my go-to jackets.

Yelp
I don't think you can really visit Denver without going to Patagonia. This store was really nice and had a lot of great sale options so we purchased a lot of goodies for the family. Checkout was a breeze and he even threw in a granola bar for my daughter which was awesome. Now that it's getting cold outside I've been rocking my pink Patagonia jacket daily!

Yelp
Seems like an odd locale for a Patagonia, but we were glad it was there when my wife developed a blister on her heel. We ducked in to get a pair of socks for her, and the person checking me out while my wife at on a convenient bench sussed out the problem and ran and got some bandaids and antibiotic gel for her. Service above and beyond (plus a nice pair of socks).

Rendell G.

Yelp
Great gear to keep you cool in the winter season. Light on the shoulders and great fit.
google avatar

Andreas W.

Yelp
Great staff and customer service. I went during covid-19 to get some Denver Patagonia gifts for family and the help was fantastic and quick. The store didn't have what I was looking for but I was recommended a patch and a few other souvenirs. Thanks for being nice and helpful during these difficult times.

Yelp
Probably like many, I thought Patagonia was out of my budget. Well today I was educated by the amazing staff on the "why". Patagonia is all about sustainability & doing their part to take care of our planet. Now I get it & happy to shop here!

Yelp
I have been a FAN of Patagonia since GOD KNOWS When... From the ONLINE purchases when items are for SALE etc. I have been to this location several times before. The other time was with my cousin sometime back in year 2008, several visits in 2015, 2016, 2017 and this recent visit was on Sunday March 25th 2018. The lovely Salesperson who handled all my questions and transaction, if I am NOT mistaken her name is Ellen. There is 1 item NOT available at this Patagonia location, Ellen assisted me and call the store at Chicago instead. She and the staff in Chicago assisted me in all the transactions I needed that afternoon. I have been eyeing for some of their merchandises. YES, the items can be pricey and PARKING along the streets can be a nightmare for some. Nevertheless I don't mind returning when needed coz I saw those items I want and don't mind paying for Gifts as such for the people or friends I love giving. PATAGONIA Denver Location, I WILL INDEED going to miss you once I leave CO. How I wish they can open a brick and mortar store in Singapore? I hope my wish can come true. Yelp
I never actually bought anything from the store on 15th. I never actually even stepped inside. So how can I give a one-star review? Easy. The store isn't there anymore. Of course, I didn't find that out until I walked all the way over there...more than 1/2 mile from where I was working. The sign is still up outside, and lights are on, but the store is empty. A sign on the door mentions that the location moved around a mile away in November. Hey, how about updating the address on yelp so others don't make the same mistake I made. I ended up buying my $200 Patagonia jacket at REI instead. I love the jacket, but this location? Not so much.

Yelp
Zach or zack didn't catch the spelling was 10/10 told us / showed us how to order online since we were out of town then offered us free shipping to our home shipped the package same day for us excellent product knowledge and customer service
google avatar

Yelp
This Patagonia store is HUGE! One of the biggest I've been to and it absolutely destroys in size in comparison to the SF location with is puny and offers a weak selection of Patagucci goods. There was a 40% off select items sale when I visited in August. It was tempting to buy everything but I refrained because I don't need anymore outdoorsy gear living in sunny CA. As much as I love nano puffs and fleece jackets that feel like a living blanket, there's simply no space in my SF apartment. While the store was big and kept, I didn't see a lot of staff going around assisting patrons. When I had questions I felt like I had to flag people down.

Yelp
The new store is really beautiful and in a great location within walking distance to the Central Market and Art District with plenty of painted murals, restaurants and breweries. When you walk in the store to the right is a repair cart to fix anything that goes wrong with your Patagonia clothing. My hiking pants had a broken zipper on the pocket and the snap on the waist was no longer functioning, so they're sending them out for repair at no charge. To the left is a sample table offering their smoked salmon on crackers. I also love the fact that they give store credit for old gear that you bring in. Me and my guy bought each other jackets for Christmas and are very impressed with the product. They are light weight, but warm enough for winter with a light weight long sleeve liner underneath. We are very happy with our choices.
google avatar

Yelp
I stopped into Patagonia to find some clothes for the quickly approaching cool weather and had a great experience! They have a lot of items in stock for both men, women and kids as well as gear for various outdoor activities. The store was really clean and well organized and had an overall really nice vibe. This is an expensive brand so I did check out the sale section where they had a lot of items with a great selection of sizes, styles and colors so I'd suggest checking that out in the back. When I checked out they gave me some stickers!!
google avatar

Roundtable _.

Yelp
The staff is very rude and not willing to work with you. I tried to return a brand new nano puff and they claimed it was too worn to get full credit. Literally it was brand new and the staff seemed happy to tell me I wouldn't get full credit.

Yelp
Patagonia has recently become a favorite brand of mine. I knew when I was heading out to Denver they probably had one somewhere. Once I located the store I made my way around to check out the whole place. They had a large variety of items, more for females then men in my opinion. We luckily made it out here while they had their big sale with lots of item options for the ladies and only a handful for the men. The store sale is a lot better than the online website. I honestly. Thought the store would have a lot more in it with the size it is. The sales associates are super friendly and helpful to help you find what you want. In addition, their super clean and on top of re-folding anything someone touches and messes with. The dressing rooms are large and super spacious. The overall setup of the store is great! I recommend you check it out!
google avatar

Brittney C.

Yelp
I popped in to have my jacket repaired over the weekend? Why did i do it over a holiday weekend? They had a sale. a bi-annual 50% off sale. I walked out with a new jacket and my jacket being repaired. They have an amazing repair program. So if your nice Pata-Gucci gets a hole, or needs more goose-down feathers, bring it on in. Just make sure you wash it before you do. Also, don't go during a sale. You may just walk out with more than you wanted to spend. Overall, the products are great. I love the colors they use. I love how warm all my pieces are. And I love how stylish and cool you look wearing their products. The only down is that there is only one Denver location and it's located in LoDo and the parking isn't great. Please open up at least one more store.

Michael M.

Yelp
We had a clothing guarantee problem which was taken care of easily and graciously at the store. Lena, a wonderful sales consultant was very helpful and went out of her way to order a product from another store. I would strongly recommend Lena and this store.

Bill B.

Yelp
What a waste of my money the worst clothing I have ever bought! Nothing fit right fell apart after first washing! Save your money and shop at Walmart for better quality clothing! I would give 5 negative stars if I could!
google avatar

Kathryn G.

Yelp
it was a super easy and (covid) safe experience when I visited the store. Above and beyond customer service, shout out to Krista. Was able to try clothes on and the employees we're super helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I will definitely be back for the brand, quality products and of course amazing employees. Still a bit out of the way for me but love that they're not right downtown anymore.
google avatar

Misha W.

Yelp
Great shop to try things on and see what works! I also really appreciate how helpful their staff is. On multiple occasions they asked if I needed help. The only thing I wish is that they would develop a petite line as the sweaters and shirts are often too long on my arms.

Emmy ..

Yelp
Thought I would treat myself to some patagucci but the cashier was super rude when I inquired about the return policy. Won't be back :/
google avatar

Heather F.

Yelp
I always enjoy Patagonia stores. This one didn't disappoint. I really liked the selection and the list of 14ers in CO painted on the wall was a nice touch.
google avatar

Yelp
Patagonia - brand and mission speak for themselves. If you're shopping here you more than likely already know what you want. Customer service - Extraordinary! I went in wearing a jacket I'd ordered from the website earlier this month (it came with a hole on the seam). I didn't have the time to mail it back in and reorder as I'm in the middle of move back from Europe. I went in to see if they could repair or replace and was given a few options 1) mail in for repair, 2) patch it and wear it, or 3) replace on the spot. The store didn't have the same color/size in stock and I'm not in town long so I was given option 4) to replace with different jacket. That was the perfect solution for me and I was in and out of the store in 20 minutes. I do love that Patagonia (like other high quality brands) stand by their quality and customer satisfaction. Definitely recommend this store, only downside can be parking but why not park and walk around downtown? :)
google avatar

Dominic J.

Yelp
This place is really cool, they have everything. This guy named Elliot helped me, he was awesome. The dude was running back and fourth, finding me sizes, helping me choose jackets, and ringing me up. He was so upbeat, friendly and helpful, he made the whole experience a lot of fun. Shopping for me is usually really boring and this was a perfect example of high quality customer service elevating an experience. Keep up the great work Elliot, I will be back.
google avatar

Yelp
Nothing turns me on more than an athletic male in a nice form fitting Patagonia Capilene long underwear shirt.... Yumm, on top of that (literally) once he has worn this sweat absorbing material to the max and has to buy a new one, he can return this used garment to any Patagonia store and they will recycle it through the company's Common Threads Garment Recycling Program (They also recycle the Patagonia fleece, any Polartec fleece from other manufacturers and the Patagonia organic cotton T-shirts). Now that I am all hot from thinking about a tall sweaty athletic man climbing a fourteener and completely outfitted in Patagonia, let me tell you a little about the store to distract you... You can find Patagonia at a lot of different stores, including the infamous REI right down the road, (big fan of REI here!) but you can't beat the selection of having an entire store dedicated to Patagonia... And since there are hardly that many Patagonia stores in general, visiting this store is a real adventure and yes, worth the price. I know, the price is steep.... they almost lost a point for that, but you have to agree, anybody that has worn Patagonia has realized that the material lasts years, keeps you warm in the harsh winter, cool in the hot dry summers and sexy while you drink your beer in that hole-in-the-wall bar in Avon. And men, I wouldn't be surprised that if you hook up with that special someone while you are sporting Patagonia, they will most likely want you to leave your shirt on because it is just that sexy (or you are simply too hairy for them to stand). Simply said, I like to support companies that support the environment. Patagonia has always been environmentally conscious and dedicated to preservation. I feel better supporting consumerism knowing that I am supporting a company that has always been environmentally active... Plus, my ass looks nice in their climbing pants.

Yelp
Try to hold back your excitement of entering this well established store in LODO when grabbing the handle of the door. It looks like it is a super heavy door which would the muscles of the Incredible HULK to open! However, this is not the case. In my many years of visiting this location, I never fail to forget how this door reacts and I pull the door open with as much force as I can muster, always expecting it to be heavier than my car, and it opens almost like it is about to fly off its hinges!! This store has been in LODO since before LODO was the place it is today. Parking was abundant and cheap, or even free!! City Spirit was right down the street, and Calvin's bar-in all it's smoky and old pool table glory, with a real vinyl record jukebox, was right next door! I used to hang out with people that worked here back in the day, to go climbing in Eldo, or for drinks at one of the above mentioned spots. Those people no longer work there, but the staff is still mostly really nice and helpful. My favorite Patagonia purchases in the past twenty or so odd years are really my jackets. They last forever and are totally like a best friend who you never get into an argument with. They are there for you through thick and thin, whatever the weather, they weather it with you...heehee... They have also been making products from recycled and organic things for longer than most businesses. Even though parking here is really lame, and I may end up having to buy them a new door one day from my muscular strength flinging the current one off of its hinges, dogs are allowed inside this location! Makes all the browsing and then paying for your purchases so much more fun!

Breanna L.

Yelp
Robert was super helpful!! He brought our a few pairs of snow pants to try and was super knowledgeable and helped with a very confusing return/ exchange that customer service started. Definitely will be back

Andrew K.

Yelp
I had some fishing waders that sprung a leak in the neoprene, and I visited the LoDo store to ask how much it would be to repair them. They inspected the waders and let me know it'd be a few weeks before they could get them back to me due to the repair backlog. They then shared their concern about me missing time on the river this summer without waders and offered to exchange them free of charge so I wouldn't miss a beat. I was absolutely shocked - this is by far the best customer service I'd ever experienced and Patagonia went well above and beyond anything I'd ever expect out of an outdoor retailer! I'm a fan of Arcteryx and some other high-end outdoor brands, but Patagonia just won me over as a life-long customer. If you're serious about quality outdoor gear, and want to support a company that invests in their product, people, and customers...look no further.

Yelp
Hmm I guess I'm torn between this review. I was thinking about 5 stars but after reading other yelpers I reazlied that my experience was just A-OK. Parking. Wow. Lets not even talk about that. Hot mess. I had to circle around the block twice to find something and that was on a Sunday. They do carry a lot of sizes, well which is to be expected, and variety. I looked around with my friend and saw what they had. Pricing was just weird to me though. A fleece type I wanted was $249 but a shell jacket was $199. Hmmm.. I was going to get the fleece but as I asked the sales woman a question about it, she seemed confused and couldn't really answer my question. I get it, no one knows everything about all products but I decided to pass. It was a pretty bummer experience overall.
google avatar

Ian G.

Yelp
5 stars for the staff alone. We came in to get a zipper replaced on an old jacket, this woman helped us out and actually told us we could just get a brand new jacket for free. Insane! We weren't even paying customers and this woman spent at least 15-20 minutes explain all the jackets to us she was extremely polite and informative. A true professional. Everything about this store was great between our interactions with other staff and just walking around the displays were very nice and the ambiance was great. Will definitely come here for further needs.
google avatar

Manny D.

Yelp
This location has some of the most talented people with customer service. Since July 2020 that I visited this store , I had encounter only great staff who provided amazing shopping experience. Every time after my visit , I leave the store happy with my purchase.
google avatar

Cameron A.

Yelp
This is the first time i was in a Patagonia store. The clothes are nice and outdoorsy type clothes. The only down fall is the price. I don't understand paying 120.00 for a pair of jeans but I know I can complain because i don't run the brand. Other than that a pretty cool store and the guy who checked us out was nice.
google avatar

Jarrod P.

Yelp
I just wanted to say a word about Patagonia. Not only do they put their money where their mouth is when it comes to the environment, but their customer service is absolutely phenomenal. Today I walked in to their store at 15th and Blake to see if they could repair my Patagonia jacket that I've had since 2011. It was my favorite jacket, and it got a lot of use over the years. Unfortunately, it was starting to show its age and was fraying in certain areas and tearing in others. They had repaired it once before, so I figured I'd ask if it could be done once again. The employee gave me two options: They could repair it but it could take 6-8 weeks, or they would just replace my jacket with a new one. Needless to say, I was incredulous by this offer. Through no fault of Patagonia (who makes very durable products) my jacket was showing normal wear and tear due its age. Now, thanks to them, I have a brand new jacket. I can't say enough good things about them. They have a customer for life in me!

Gary S.

Yelp
Love Patagonia, clothes last forever. This store is difficult for parking, but the people are super friendly and accommodating
google avatar

Julie V.

Yelp
Loved this store, we don't have them in FL (where I'm from!) but I was able to stock up on winter gear I use while I vacation to frosty destinations. The store employee who checked me out was so nice and friendly (she was from FL and I am blanking on her name!) but she deserved a big shot out! Bought a bunch of long sleeves and sweaters that I know will last a long time!
google avatar

Melissa T.

Yelp
I mean...where to start. Their gear is phenomenal. The space is beautiful and the people are friendly and knowledgeable. The company overall is committed to being environmentally friendly in ways that are more than just lip service. Even though they'd love to sell you a new $200 jacket, if yours has a hole they do events where they do free repairs instead. Also! They have free yoga classes in the store on Wednesdays at 7:00 pm.
google avatar

Andreas H.

Yelp
This is a fantastic store filled with a wide array of Patagonia products. The staff has been friendly, helpful, and really listen to your needs/requirements. For example, I was talking to the sales person about needing a light jacket for fall/spring days, and he asked me about temperature ranges, activities I'd be performing in the jacket, and what style I liked. It was a great experience. I'll absolutely be back.
google avatar

Alfred J.

Yelp
Designed to entice. Staff are somewhat knoweldgeable about their products. Best to try on a jacket or feel the material and then order online. They don't carry every jacket, shirt, etc. or size that Patagonia makes. They could carry everything in this huge store but they don't. Mostly for tourists in the city. Don't cry, buy on their Worn Wear website and remember they will take anything back with their Ironclad guarantee. ;)
google avatar

Brittany B.

Yelp
Customer service hit a wonderful high here at the Denver Patagonia shop. I was looking for snow pants, but short length because I'm vertically challenged... online and in their system, it appeared as though they should have my size, style, and length but we couldn't find them. The very helpful Scott insisted on having a co-worker look in the group of boxes that were waiting from a shipment that has just come in. Apparently this woman has a knack for knowing what's in the boxes, even without labels. She was able to find the pants I needed in, oh, about two minutes. This is how customer service should be done folks. Thanks Scott, and the woman with the magical searching skills, whose name I do not remember... oh, and I love my new snow pants! Even if they are still a touch too long.

Husky D.

Yelp
We wandered in looking for shoes for one of the kids that had blister from walking around downtown in shoes. They didn't have kids shoes, but the sales man gave us band-aids for our kid to reduce chaffing. Super friendly and helpful. Nice store with great selection. I was turned off by some of the sales folks at the Boulder Patagonia store, but this one changed my mind and gave me positive vibes about Patagonia again.
google avatar

Morgan S.

Yelp
Great service from John and other staff members! I was having trouble finding a few items I went in for but they got it solved/ ordered in a minute. Also side note, they have great music playing in the store!
