Well-run store with a ton of fresh veggies! Edit: They're incentivizing good reviews with free merchandise so take any rave reviews with a grain of salt. Store is still pretty good though (we come here from Plano even though there's several options there) -- methi, pudina, and tomatoes are almost always 👌👌. Would be amazing if they stocked some niche greens though, eg drumstick leaves (munagaaku), sessile joyweed (ponnaganti aaku), purslane (gangavalli aaku), etc.

Patel Brothers is my go-to store for Indian groceries. They have a wide variety of fresh vegetables, spices, lentils, frozen items, and snacks that are sometimes hard to find elsewhere. The store is well stocked and prices are reasonable. It can get a little busy on weekends, but overall the shopping experience is great. Highly recommend!

I've been coming to Patel Brothers for last 3 years. It's the best Indian grocery store out there.

It’s one of my favourite stores here. I usually come here because it’s nearby, and then they have all kind of essential items so it’s one of my favourite convenience stores around.

Patel Brothers has a good selection of fresh vegetables and Indian groceries with reasonable pricing overall.

I am extremely disappointed with the condition of shopping carts at Patel Brothers. The carts are poorly maintained, many are broken, and they are far from clean or hygienic. Even worse, the child seats are not safe at all. My child actually got hurt due to a faulty cart – something that is completely unacceptable and avoidable. For a store that sees high foot traffic and serves families every day, it’s shocking how little attention is paid to basic safety standards. It feels like they’re leaving customer safety up in the air with no accountability. This is not just about convenience; this is about basic safety and hygiene. I urge the management to take this issue seriously before more customers are affected. Families deserve better. Until these concerns are addressed, I will not be returning—and I’ll be warning others in my community as well.

I've only been once but it was a great experience. They're in a good location that's pretty easily accessible so we don't have to drive so far to the Indian market we usually go to. Their selection was pretty big and they had great prices. We just got produce today and we paid $20 for what we would usually have to pay $40 at Sprouts, Whole Foods, Market Street, etc... The staff was also very nice to us when we checked out. We will definitely be going back.

This has many items from the Indian sub-continent. The owners need to put in a little more effort into keeping the store clean and tidy !! Also, I have to keep checking expiry dates on the products. Expired items need to be removed from shelves on a daily basis.

Bad customer service and manager attitude. It has a terrible return policy even when you want to exchange it before leaving their parking lot. We are going to take our business somewhere else. Avoid them!

Big Indian grocery store, a lot of choices. They didn't have the brand of curry I usually get, (Laxmi) so ingredients were different, and we had to improvise and mix and match spices to get what we needed. Would have expected a bit more variety from a bigger store.

Be aware, and be prepared; it's not funny. No matter you purchase a few hundred dollars worth of groceries every month, make sure to stick the receipt up your ass (for at least a couple of weeks) in case if you ever happen to return even one low price item that was purchased. The store checkout manager has a tendency to get rude and be argumentative and can go lengths to prove it's not their item as other stores also keep similar merchandise. In my case it was a $4 pickle jar of a kind I don't like and my partner purchased it unknowingly, only to know it cannot be returned or even exchanged! Price is not a factor here, it's about the appropriateness and decency. Certainly not worth the time, but the review is definitely reasonable. Cheap mentality, bad customer service.

Absolutely no customer service. Purchased 10lb bag of rice, opened to cook for guests that evening and it was crawling with bugs. I called the store immediately and they said you need to bring in the bag. I went to return a week later and while I didn't have my receipt, who would go through the trouble to bring a bag of rice back if it wasn't purchased at that store. It was inconvenient to say the least and the staff wouldn't just swap out for another bag of rice. I didn't even ask for a refund. The store should just make it right and swap out the bag. No one keeps receipts anymore! I will find other places to shop period.

Why do stores sell opened packets by putting a tape? Do you want to save $2.99 but lose a customer for life? Be professional not professional crooks!

I visit this place to purchase indian groceries. It a large store and you can find alost anything you want. The only problem i have is that they do NOT clear the goods that are expired. So i have to constantly check the expiry dates before i pick anything to purchase. On the other hand the veggies are fresh and good to go.

Really great experience at this new location. It was very clean, well stocked, had fresh produce of many varieties, and the staff were quite helpful. I took out a serving of Choly which was really tasty and a bit spicy.

I liked their samosas, paneer puff and rotis. One of that Indian store that actually has fresh snacks. This store did not have many curry options when compared to other branches. Changing my rating....the girl at the counter was super rude...

I didn't mean to give them any star. It happens every time we visit the store that the items are priced less on the shelf and more when you do the check out. This happened with dates, pickle, Karachi biscuits and many other items which I cannot recall right now. I have seen other customers leaving stuff at the counter because it comes out more at the check out. I understand that people ignore or twice but when this happens very often, then it definitely seems intentional.

Store is clean, organized and had what I needed. However, customer service is a nonexistent. The lady at the bakery counter was super rude like she did not want to be there. The cashiers don't greet you or say thank you.

I got veg and egg puffs yesterday,after I eat I got stomach ache in few hours.i called and asked,but the lady is not answering my questions properly.she said the owner will call me.but no one called yet now.very bad food quality.

I had very bad experience at Patel brothers Frisco location we just had a question on some product was asking to one guy who was working in Patel , there was a lady(working in Patel) just barged into the conversation and was showing unnecessary attitude , disrespectful and was just send them out of shop. I was really surprised the way they are treating the customer , another lady ( manager of the store) overheard our conversation asked sorry. Very bad the way workers are treating customer. Definitely needs more empathy and patience toward customer and please treats us with respect. Will NEVER GO TO PATEL BROTHERS Frisco location anymore lifetime.

I will never shop at this place anymore. I bought a yogurt and it was spoiled. It was $5.99. I went there to turn it in and first inform them since there might be something wrong with their refrigerator and second ask for a replacement. The person I talked to questioned me for 5 minutes as if she was investigating a mystery case. Then she accused me of eating some of the yogurt. I left the yogurt there and left. I will never go and shop there. These idiots don't understand $5.99 is going to cost them a whole lot more. I used to shop there an average $50 a week.

I ordered through online grocery items. They have sent couple of items either very expensive brand or least sold item(I m requested something and they sent me another similar item which is sold very less) or worst expired item yoghurt (they remove the expiry date). Shame on them for trying to make money during these times when people are going through crisis.

This Patel brothers is spick and span, such a wide selection and everything is nicely spaced out so that you are not constantly bumping into each other as you shop.

Cheaper produce than the nearby Target especially for onions, garlic and spices. They have some nice fresh vegetables at a more affordable price too. This place is full during weekends. I would not call it a one stop grocery store for non Indian food eaters but it's worth a stop. Loved the 30 limes for a dollar offer... This place is also great to shop if you want to try Indian food recipes if you don't really cook and eat Indian food at a regular basis.. they have rows of prepackaged spices in boxes and big bags of Basmati rice. Oh, and they also have a section of "fast food" I.e samosas and curries which have a lot of customers during the weekend and a refrigerated section of Indian sweets. Would not say everything is at a competitive price though. Ghee and honey are more expensive in this store.

Stopped by for a quick grocery run. Veggies are always cheaper here than your local Kroger, Tom thumb, Walmart, etc.

My review here is for the online grocery shopping. The customer service is great and it's very convenient. There are few things that need some work but it's a website that's fairly new so it will improve with time. But overall very nice service. I would highly recommend to anyone who shops Indian groceries offer and would like to save their time.

Everything you always wanted to get related to Indian grocery. Owner seems be in perpetual bad mood, but rest of the staff is very friendly and store is very well stocked wide wide variety and fresh produce. Highly recommended.

Horrible store. Three times I shop here. Each time there is spoiled produce on the shelves. The store opens up 30 minutes late and takes over 30 minutes to clean the shelves and bring out fresh product. That means they do not have unspoiled product brought out for over an hour after they open. When you ask a manager if they can get some fresh peppers brought out, you are told no it will be another 30 minutes and they will not give any customer service. I would shop elsewhere!

This is probably the worst store if you want anything fresh. The vegetables and fruits look dry no what time you go.

First of all, what type of grocery store opens at 1030am!? Second, when it finally opened, there wasn't any produce in the bins. The produce that were available looked so old. The rest of the store was okay. I came there to buy fresh produce and yogurt. The large yogurt container was out. Don't think I will be coming back. Very disappointing. :(

Stopped by for our fresh veggies and yoghurt run. As always they are weir stocked, prices great and the checkout lines move fast. I could have taken off a star but definitely lot higher than 2*. Today they even had boxes of Kesar mangoes. Enough said.

No customer service and unfriendly staff. Receipt says we can refund in 7 days but that is a lie they don't want any refunds and they say they don't give money back which is not mentioned anywhere.

We come here every week for grocery shopping . Very conveniently located and carries almost every kind of Indian item one needs !

Cashiers and the assistant who are bagging are not customer oriented. They just bag in any order( put heavy stuff on top of veg or things that might get smash or break) after the cashier push /throw the item and not move the item to the assistant. No greeting to customer or any sort of customer service. Hope management takes action
