This isn’t my first time at Patchi Café & Restaurant, and honestly it’s perfect every single visit. We tried several dishes and everything tasted amazing — fresh, flavourful, and cooked just right. The place has a really nice, relaxing vibe, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely keep coming back.

We had an amazing experience, the food was lovely, tasty and fresh. The desert was delicious. I Would definitely recommend the lamb meshwi and mixed grill. The manager is also lovely and the waiters are welcoming. Great customer service!

By far the best Patisserie in London maybe the UK. From the moment we entered we were taken aback by the beautiful decor , comfortable plush furnishings and amazing service. The food was 10/10 , the desserts out of this world. Definitely our new favourite spot

Patchi in London offers a lovely setting…spacious, neat, and very clean. The moment you walk in, you're welcomed by the rich, sweet aroma of fresh desserts, which sets the tone nicely. We ordered a mix of savoury items, starting with the hummus topped with meat shawarma it was creamy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The spinach fatayer were okay in taste; generous in size, but the dough was a bit too soft for my liking. The tawook wrap was average…personally, I found it too saucy and packed with tomatoes. I would have preferred it kept simple with just garlic and pickles. Tabboule was very well balanced and one of the best I had in the UK. The real standout was the lamb shank with rice. It was out of this world, tender, fall-off-the-bone meat, perfectly fluffy rice, and a rich, flavorful gravy that tied everything together beautifully. Portions overall were very generous and we left feeling full and satisfied. Service was friendly and professional, and the overall experience was smooth. Prices are definitely on the higher side, but the quality shows in certain dishes. Before leaving, we grabbed two slices of cake; a blueberry tart and a chocolate cake, but unfortunately, both were disappointing in taste and texture. That said, I’ll definitely return to try their kunafa and baklava, which are their specialties and looked much more promising.

Patisserie Patchi on Abbey Road, Park Royal has been our favourite for many years. Each visit reminds us why—deliciously authentic Lebanese flavours, warm hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes the journey worthwhile. The food is always fresh, flavourful, and rich with nostalgic spices and herbs of Lebanon. Our favourites include the Hummus Beiruti, Lamb Kibbeh, Lamb Kofta Kebabs, and Fattoush or Tabouleh—though everything on the menu is worth trying. What truly sets Patchi apart is its impeccable service. Under the guidance of Mr. Abu – Hani and his professional team, every guest is treated with genuine care. They not only serve with a smile but also take time to introduce new dishes with passion and knowledge. Consistently outstanding in both food and service, Patchi is second to none. Best place in Park Royal to get Lebanese style food. Highly recommend it if you in the area. Great service, fast order to table, super delicious food.

I went to Patchi with my family at 11pm. A lovely lady named Janet helped us with a big order even though it was quite late. We gave her a hard time because we were indecisive but she was really helpful and patient with us. She gave great customer service and I’ll definitely be back.

Visited Patchi bakery and had such a great experience. The selection of cakes and sweets was beautiful and everything we tried was fresh and delicious. A special mention to Janet, who was absolutely lovely. She was so welcoming, took the time to talk us through the options and generously let us try a variety of things. Her kindness and customer service really stood out and made the visit even better. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again.

It is a shame because the place looks beautiful but the service was very very bad we have been waiting for 2 hours for our food and when we asked why did it take so long they said they lost our order and after that the food was dry and the manager was also unprofessional. I would not recommend this restaurant

Great for Arabic pastries and also has a good outdoor seating area where you can smoke a hookah if you so wish.

For traditional Lebanese food, sweets, and shisha.. Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is just great

What an awful place. Extremely bad service, dirty place, very rude staff, and most shockingly is the owners' behaviour like they're making a favour to have us in their place, sitting on the pavement!!??!! The place is over priced. We've been in many shisha places and lounges before, Patchi is one of the worst regarding the price and service. Comparing the area (industrial cheap area), its prices are higher than a high street places!!! The shisha is not that good, coming always with the wrong order, as if they enforce us to have what they want to get rid off the old flavours. Their shisha staff is one of the rudest in London!!!! The food is always old and cold, coming without any knowledge of how to perform the food service. The one star that I gave is just for the sweets, which are good, especially the baklawa. Other than that, it's really doesn't worth every single penny you spend over there.

I was planning my birthday gathering and spoke to the manager few weeks in advance to ensure they could accommodate for the event, at the time the manager was happy to offer us an area in the coffee shop and showed us the menu and the person who would be serving us on the day. The manager assured us that we didn't need to make an advance booking we only had to call the day before to order the food and cake. However when we did call the day before to make sure that our reservation was still on and order the cake the manager refused to acknowledge the promise he had made us previously. Instead he insisted they do not take any reservations especially on the weekends during their busiest time. We would be served like any other customer and space will be available on the first come first serve basis. Additionally due to the number guests I was planning on bringing we wouldn't be allowed to stay after the off-peak time (i.e. after 7pm). Because of this I had to change my plan last minute.
