Patongo Ko Neng (Praisanee Road Branch) is a fun and unique spot for fried dough lovers. They sell patongko in creative shapes like dragons, dinosaurs, elephants, crocodiles, and frogs — something you don’t see every day! Do expect a wait, as each shape is freshly made on the spot and there’s usually a steady queue around the shop. We waited about 30 minutes (or slightly more), but the experience was still enjoyable. Overall, the fried dough was nice and worth trying at least once, especially if you’re nearby or looking for something a little different. 👍

I really like their patongo! Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. They fry it only when you order so it’s always fresh. Best enjoyed with their dipping sauces like condensed milk and pandan.

Just A Fun Treat. Worth The Wait? Depends, It Is Fried Dough. Go For The Experience. I Did Feel The Least Welcome Of All The Places We Visited. Definitely Stood There Longer Than Many Others. I had once, would only go back if a friend was looking to try.

We had to wait for more than an hour for these viral Chinese fried doughnut. Tbh, we just wanted to try and take photos. They’re good. If you’re really hungry. Go somewhere else!!

A fun stop while out shopping in Chiang Mai. It is just dough on a stick, but the shapes are fun and are hand cut. For 20 to 40 baht it is very worth it. You can get condensed milk to dip your dragon, elephant, or dinosaur into.

Interesting concept of deep fried pastries made to look like dinosaur (20b) or Dragons(40b). Or you can opt for original (3b). Make sure to order confessed milk to eat with your pastry. There is a bit of waiting time at the time if my visit which was soon after they opened. It's a simple palce and very cost effective so don't expect fine dining but for what it is I really enjoyed it I ate dragon at the place and than taken dinosaur to eat at riverside coffee shop farmers house (I also added photos from that coffee place)

I love how they craft the dough into different shape and deep-fried them. For me and my girlfriend, I got the Dragon and the Dinosaur. It was on point! I love eating it with sweet condense milk. But if you like more flavor, pandan sauce is great too. I recommend going in early Morning as it won’t be too crowded. There’s a spot to sit down and eat inside as well.

Unplanned visit but it was one of the best yaw cha kuey (fried dough) that I’ve tried. Decent texture, freshly made and fried, and dont forget to order the pandan dip🤩 refreshing and unstoppable
