Seems like there’s a new manager than in other reviews because the employees working were talking about “Her” and how great “she” was. So I wouldn’t listen to the reviews talking about a guy manager. I also don’t understand people complaining about the website or the costs? The employees don’t control those + it’s a competitive sales world and they’re doing their best. The girls who were working when I went in tonight were educated about the store and didn’t make me feel weird for any of my questions. They were also willing to show me how different products worked and make suggestions on ones that would better fit what I was looking for. They made me feel acknowledged while also helping the other half a dozen people in the store. I can see myself returning to this store when I’m in the Champaign area again.

I remember when this place opened and it was amazing! So back in 2016/2017? However, it has changed.. I still want to give this place at least 3 stars because it's super clean and everything is displayed nicely. It's truly the best place to go in town for the product selection. The only thing that was bad was the customer service. We were greeted but nothing past that. Then the manager also had someone harassing him over the phone. While this isn't his fault by any means, his reactions to the harasser made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. He could have followed up with an apology and asked what we needed help with at the very least. Maybe even disconnected the phone for a moment would have been totally ok because that was ridiculous. I hope you can press charges on people like that. So, maybe investing in some security and block certain callers could help along with customer service skills? All in all the best selection, but no customer service.

Stopped in one night after a lovely dinner with my partner, had a few questions about specific sections of the store and best techniques/hygiene habits and two employees in specific were extremely delightful and helpful in the most professional manner. Pandora and Jaz helped my partner and I filter our searches for specific products and held a friendly tone and conversation for the duration of our time there. 11/10; I will be visiting again soon! Decent store. Not very impressed with the quality of the products selling in the store. We have purchased around five items there in the past 3 months. ALL these items broke within a month. After we checked out , the cashier opened the packaging of each item to verify that they worked. I'm assuming this is a tactic to help you make sales. Problem is, once your employees have opened these products, you can NO longer return an item

Pandora was absolutely amazing! I walked around the entire store with her and she helped me with every section! She knew everything about everything they were selling, and I will definitely be coming back because of her, and that’s just talking about her work ethic she made the room an amazing environment and was soooo friendly at the same time

The manager working Thanksgiving Eve was super knowledgeable about the products. Judegement free zone that made me feel very comfortable shopping. Huge assortment of products to choose from (shout out to whoever came up with the section called Dong Depot). Overall a great experience and we will definitely be returning!

I came in there looking for pleaser shoes and ERIN helped me find the perfect beginner shoes for me. She was so sweet and a hard worker. the store has a wide selection of things and very clean. The vibe is very non-judgement and I will be coming back! thanks again Erin! (:

WARNING-They were nice and everything but everything I bought there was horrible quality. The handcuffs broke after gently pulling on them. All of the stuff I bought that was supposed to taste good and be fruit flavored tasted awful and the vibrator I bought stopped working the 2nd day after I got it. Horrible experience and extremely dissapointed because I spent a lot of money. The person I went there with also didn't like their products and thought they tasted horrible. Will not go back soley because of the low quality products that I just can not trust.

The fact they had gluten free edible underpants in stock was a pleasant surprise. Reasonably priced as well.

Good selection for bachelorette also they have some decent lingerie. When it first opened seemed to have helpful positive employees. My last visit was disappointing. The staff were less than helpful. The toy I went in to buy they had, I asked for a box that was sealed (likeeee not tryna be too demanding but something about boxes that look like they've been opened freaks me out-coulda bought it on eBay) and they looked at me like I was nuts. I should have walked out empty handed but for some reason I felt compelled to buy the opened box anyways. So I get home with my new purchase and at this point I'm tripping over this opened box like why isn't it sealed? They don't accept returns right? Was this a demo toy? Anyways I pour a ball jar of wine and text my friend about my new toy purchase (she had recommended it) and I tell her how much it costs. Yeahhhhh like getting kicked in a bruise... online it's 1/3 of the price. And I wanted to support local so I expected a mark up... but damn!!!! Good vibes online from now on. Sorry buddies!!

I love the professionalism and knowledge of the employees here. Any time I've gone in, they have been helpful, and were able to talk in detail about a particular product I was interested in. They really know their stuff! They're also good at responding to your comfort level, asking about what you need help with, but also letting you determine your level of comfort within the discussion. I only wish I could shop here more often.
