They give you free pizza slices while you wait for your actual food. The brick oven pizza was cooked perfect and it was tasty. The desserts were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the toasted almond cake. The service was very friendly and they treat every customer like family

Great place where I often go for big family meals. The food is always good. I love the purse pasta and lamb chops. Recent visit with family we felt a bit disconnected from our expectations service wise but the food still was a hit. One rule... always order a pizza. Make sure u pick brick oven bake.

There’s a reason they have 15 successful locations. Food is not only abundant but OMG fresh and delicious. On the house delicious pizza and bread with EVOO was a pleasant surprise. We had the mussels and octopus that was soooooo tender and finger licking gooooood. The grilled Veal with mushrooms and Salmon dishes was truly phenomenal. Love when food is both abundant and delicious and the atmosphere is family oriented. Server was a pleasure. Food came out pretty quick. Highly recommend.

Best place to come with family! The food is amazing and so fresh. I have been coming here for years with my family and it's always a hit! The service here is top notch and so attentive! The birthday shows are so different and get the whole restaurant celebrating.

When you know you know. The best dinner around the food and staff are great. Everyone makes you feel like family. The food is delicious huge servings. The appetizers we ordered went too fast for a picture. But I ordered the hot antipasto which was great the eggplant is butter soft. Everything is fresh to order the deserts are super great. We will definitely come back I recommend the crab ravioli in lobster bisque. The carbonara is super creamy and rich it’s so great.

Today I ordered from a driver app for delivery. I am seriously disappointed with the quality with how some of the food arrived. the pizza and the entree were fine (cheese ravioli with marinara w/chicken. However, the salad (came with meal) of romaine lettuce & 3 small pieces of onion and the garlic bread were not fresh. The salad was not washed (there was actual dirt residue under the salad on my plate which l noticed as l was eating…I stopped eating the salad I saw this). Also, more than half of the salad had pieces of romaine lettuce with pink and tan edges (which indicated the lettuce was NOT fresh) The garlic bread was stale, dry, and dirty (literally black on the bread) led me to think it was left over from someone else's meal. I reached out to the customer service from the delivery app who communicated with the restaurant in my behalf. She shared the aforementioned, then she shared that the chef stated the food was hot and fresh and did not apologize nor acknowledge anything I had shared. The only person repeatedly apologizing was the delivery app representative. I ended the chat. Soon after I received an email indicating that the restaurant has credited/adjusted $5.00 for the charge for the garlic bread. I have both ordered many times from this Patricia’s location; as well as frequented the restaurant several times a year with family and friends . I hope this doesn’t occur again because it will make or break whether I ever order from, visit the Eat Tremont location, or recommend it to anyone ever again. EAST TREMONT Patricia’s you must do better.

*CREDIT CARD FEE!* My friend and I decided to check out Patricia's of Tremont by another friend's recommendation. It's your standard family Italian restaurant that you can count on. We went right when they opened at noon on a Sunday, and by the time we left 2 hours later, it was decently full! We ordered garlic bread ($5), small margherita pizza ($11.75), lasagna ($19.95), chocolate cannoli ($4.95), and lemon sorbet ($8.95). The meal comes with warm, complimentary bread and oil. I told my friend that we should not have ordered garlic bread if we knew bread was free! Overall, we both agreed that the food was good and well-portioned, but nothing out of the ordinary. They gave us a free sampler of a thin-crust margherita pizza that was significantly better than the regular margherita! The sauce on the pizza had some zest (better than canned sauce), but still could improve on flavor. If you want to be entertained by huge lemons, definitely go for the sorbet! The vibes are what probably make Patricia's a nice community hub. If in the middle of nowhere, music starts blasting, do not be alarmed, it is just a birthday celebration! My only complaint was that my water did not get refilled even though I finished it halfway through the meal. The entire staff was so friendly, and I second other reviewers that we did feel like family.
