First time here. Got the Philly cheesesteak + wings combo, after pay over $20 for the food and I asked for condiments, they wanted to charge additional $2 dollars for condiments which is very greedy and inconsiderate. The customer service was terrible the lady taking my order was rude and walked away while taking my order just to attend to someone else in middle me placing an order. Very rude, the atmosphere wasn’t welcoming at all. the Philly sub was terrible, the ranch was very watery and disgusting. The only thing decent here was the wings. Overall my experience was disappointing won’t be back.

Every time we go our food is cooked to perfection. The wings are fried just right and the fries are always delicious and you have the option to sprinkle your seasonings on. There are fountain drinks as well as cans and bottles. There are delicious desserts like cakes, cheesecakes, and even cookies. They do get busy so they may not always be able to answer the phone but it’s always worth the trip

I have been here twice now out of convenience due to currently have some business in this area. The 1st time the food was prepared decently but seemed to be over priced. However most things are high right now so I gave them a second shot but the 2nd time the food was thrown together and the portion for $20 looked like a school bag lunch. Not nearly enough meat on this sandwich, and dry. 2/10 definitely don't recommend! Spend your money somewhere else, Jersey Mike's is further down the street probably worth the trip!

I don't generally complain, but this experience keeps coming to mind and leaving a bad taste in my mouth. I went there on Friday night with my daughter and we are regular patrons. I ordered dry wings and chicken fried rice (my usual) and it was good. I can't finish my rice in one setting, so I went to the counter to buy more sauce and waited about 2 minutes before someone came. It was very near closing and they were cleaning up in the back. I was told I couldn't buy any sauce because the register was closed, so swallowed my pride and asked if she would just give me one and was told no, they were already in the fridge. I understand they wanted to close on time, but they would not take a minute to serve the customer at all was a little hard to swallow and in very poor taste.

Pretty decent place. Food was good. Service was ok I guess. Not rude but not very friendly either. Restaurant is basic. No bells and whistles but overall I’m going back

Great local made-to-order sandwich shop. Our lunch consisted of a Philly steak, Ruben and ham and cheese sub; all were excellent. Nothing beats meat that is sliced to order on one of those dangerous Hobart slicers. Super fresh French fries. From the outside, you might pass this red “A frame” structure by, but don’t. This place beats the pants off a chain sandwich shop. The service is fast and friendly and the prices are great.

Asian and Hispanic men and women runs this place! The dining room is old fashioned but very clean and neat. The Hispanic lady was very helpful as far as meal options. Not sure if there was a restroom for customers dining in or taking out but if it doesn't have one what a shame! 😳 Anyways, as for the food. If you are looking for authentic tasting fried rice this isn't it. The ranch is actually mayo and ranch seasonings which irritated the fuxx out of me. I still used mayo aka ranch just to finish off those ok lemon pepper wings! Their vegetable fried rice is nothing more than peas, carrots, onions and lima beans! Yelp, I said it...lima beans!! It didn't even taste like fried rice at all 😱! I could have boiled rice, then fried it with soy sauce then thrown in those freezer burnt pot pie veggies in it as a bonus at home myself! Anyways, NO bean spouts, cabbage in it either! So if you just want food without the quality, then happy eating at Patrick's ok, but if you want the real deal, go else where for the fried rice!! Everything else I haven't tried so!! Good luck with that! 🤗😁

This is a quaint neighborhood spot. I stopped by on the way home along with a few college students. The place was mostly empty and to go orders were flooding in. I came in for the special. 10 wings and fries combo for 11.99. With tax and the added $1 for splitting the wings into two sauce groups it came to 14.99. If you like crispy wings I would get the dry seasoning. I tried old bay because I had never seen it as an option for wings. But I wouldn't recommend it. The hot sauce was better although the wings weren't as crisp with the wet sauce. The crinkle fries were cooked well and the blue cheese was up to standard. I might visit here again to try the deviled eggs or one of the deli sandwiches. Maybe even a dessert, the cakes looked pretty moist. The interior has seen better days so take your food To go or let the "vintage" sandwich shop vibe sink in. The parking lot is surely big enough to bring friends.

After visiting them for years during lunch hours when I was on their side of town, my last visit revealed to me that it's time for us to part ways. Patrick's was never fancy or upscale place, but you could count on them for a pretty good lunch for what you paid for. I recently stopped through and ordered the 6in sandwich, 5 wings, fries, and drink combo. After tax, I'm over $16. Ok, sign of the times and it is was it is, I'm hungry. I got the cheesesteak and hot honey wings. I got a scattering of steak & cheese on my now larger than life roll. I will say the roll was very fresh. PETA should be called because Patrick is murdering chicks as soon as they come out the egg! I remember their wings being larger, and these were teeny tiny! Also, if you order a fountain drink, you are now limited to one refill (they put a mark on your cup). To their credit, Patrick did LOAD me up on more fries than I could possibly eat in this life.

It felt good to finally go inside after all these years. I use to order via phone when I stayed off Moores meal 2007-2009. Uber eats wasn't a big thing back then Anyways I got their infamous sub and it was good as hell. I can't wait to try their wings again

Read reviews and believe them!! I don't know why I bothers so I hope this saves you from going in.... This place is average at best. My description =. jr high cafeteria food. daughter ordered cheese burger FF & I ordered BLT combo but didn't get my chips... Burger: frozen patty very dry little burger was edible but you never need to eat another one ever again.... 2 out 10 Fries frozen crinkle they were hot.... 3 out 10 BLT -shredded bagged lettuce ~ solid tomato ~ microwaved black label bacon.. 2 out 10 delved eggs dry AF ~ sweet relish YUCK~ added sriracha sauce & pepper did not help it at all 3 out 10 I wondered who's cooking behind that little window???? And what's the kitchen look like? I envision a big fry daddy & George Foreman grill,,! Don't get me started in the LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE 1 out of 10 The young lady behind the counter ~ stiff~ no smile ~ not friendly at all ~RUDE Im asking myself WHY? i was hoping this neighborhood spot was going to be "That Spot". ITS NOT! Hard PASS .. Disappointed all the way around 2 out 10 experience

If I could give this place a ZERO that's exactly what they would get! Whoever gave this place 5 stars has clearly not ever had a real cheesesteak or one even close to it! Read this and tell me how our bill came to $31.20. I basically had a bread sandwich because the meat was so scare it was ridiculous, onion rings which were obviously cooked in OLD grease, 5 OK wings, a salad and 2 drinks. I had to look at the bill at least three times! I was so disgusted with the food and the service when ordering we just left. Needless to say the little bit that I did eat gave me the bubble guts (TMI I know, I apologize) and I didn't even eat all of it. I literally picked through my lunch. I wouldn't return to this place if they gave me a free meal!

No attention to detail. Please don't come with High expectations. I've visited this place over 5 times ordering the Exact same thing- extra meat on my cheesesteak. Only to pay additional $9 every time and not have It. Fed up! Will not come to this place again. Be Cautious

Be advised that the wings are tiny and I like small wings. I ordered 30 wings for 3 people as I've done for the last 10 years. When I looked at them, they were extremely small. I could've eaten them by myself in one settings. I called back to complain and I was told that they have small wings and it not their fault. I spent $43 for a snack. As a consumer, I should have been informed of this when the order was placed.

I was in the area and this place was recommended by a friend. When I'm trying a new place, I like to play it safe to see how it goes. I ordered the lemon pepper wings and fries (the Atlanta staple & the safest option at a wing place) The wings were nice size, not too small, not too big. They were fried just right, crispy but not dried out or burnt. The lemon pepper flavor was there, not too salty, just enough wetness but not soggy with a whole lot of juice in the container spilling out. Overall, the food was good. The place itself is a little small but luckily we was able to find a seat.

I went here for lunch decided to try someplace new that has been in the area for a long time instead of JerseyMikes. I like that the place has some history. It's been around for a while, but I don't like the fact that it hasn't been cleaned since it opened. The place is filthy. The bathroom was one of the worst I've ever been in and I've been in plenty of truckstops. The walls were caving in for crying out loud. I had a sub, which was again mediocre for the price, a soda which did not have the right amount of carbonation in it just an overall sub par experience. The place has a lot of potential to be so much better if they were to just take some pride and clean it up Reupholster the booths just do something

We stopped to eat here en route to visiting Westside Reservoir Park. It is located on a corner and has its own dedicated parking lot. It is hard to exit back to Collier Road if you are heading west. The shop appears to occupy what was originally some other fast food franchise - possibly a Mrs. Winners? There's nothing wrong with the space, other than it looks old - like it could use a good deep cleaning. The lady who took our order was friendly and cheerful. We had originally thought about getting food to-go but opted to eat in. They have one or two TVs on, and it was tuned to MMA, which I thought was a slightly unusual choice for a Saturday at lunch. I got a Philly, which was okay. I thought it was a little light on the cheese. It is in the same league as Jersey Mike's though I'd give JM's the edge. My wife got a chicken sandwich (I think) and liked it. Portions were appropriate. They had various sides, including chips. I probably would not make a special trip to eat here, but if I were again headed to this area and want a sub sandwich, I'd definitely consider stopping by.

I went there to eat dinner and i got full and they said the bathroom was broken the whole thing was flooded we had to drive 30 minutes to get back home would not recommend.

I did not enjoy the subs that ordered. It just proves the fact that making a sandwich takes skill. This place is a pass for me.

I was walking home after parking my car when I sensed the most delicious smelling bbq chicken I had smelt in a while. I had to go ask the neighbors what were they eating?!?!! They said they were having wings from Patrick's Sub shop. I had to try them! Well, I ordered and I was not disappointed. Their wings are so delicious!! Their French fries are really good too! I've never tried the subs, but the wings are definitely worth it. I rated 4/5 only because the wait is longer than what one would expect. I would give it 4.5 if it was an option. So order ahead and enjoy Patrick's Wings!

We are in the process of moving and packed up all our dishes, so we've been trying places around the apartment before we are gone for good. I ordered the 10pc wings combo (hot), with shrimp fried rice and a sweet tea. I liked the wings. They were breaded then sauced, but the breading wasn't obnoxious like some places. The sauce was not exactly spicy and had a slight sweetness to it, but I enjoyed it.The shrimp fried rice was tasty and the shrimp were a decent size. My partner got the philly cheesesteak and gave it a 2.5/5. She said that it was the "bare minimum" and she wished that it had more veggies and peppers, but that you also "get what you pay for". She did say the fries were really good. We both got teas for our drink, one sweet, one unsweet and they tasted *exactly* the same. Like, no difference at all... My biggest gripe with this place is that they charged almost $2 extra for all flats and STILL gave me multiple drumsticks!! I ordered on postmates, so I wasn't able to check my box until it arrived at my home.)

The food was awesome. Walking up to the door, you are captured by the amazing aroma of seasonings and good food. I ordered the Cheese Steak and it was perfect. Seasoned. Well cooked. Warm bread. A truly good sub. The location was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely suggest this place.

I was on a work errand when I spotted what I thought was a typical sandwich shop. I found that they serve more than sandwiches, they served wings and other items as well. I ordered the chicken Philly which was delicious. I was mostly impressed by the service. They are very nice and inviting. I would definitely go back.

I had a 6 piece medium wing and a Philly cheese steak. It was so good and the ladies who took/gave me my order were super sweet. You can tell people have been coming there for years, they knew some of the customers and their children by name when they walked in the door. I'd suggest eating take out and say call it in before you get there. They made my order fresh so it took about 15 minutes. I'll be back for sure!

The parking is tight and full of potholes, someone actually burst their tire on glass so be aware of that. I went and got the Italian on wheat with Patrick's sauce which is like a...spicy horseradish and honey mustard sauce. everything is freshly sliced and the meat portions are more than satisfactory. The wings are excellent too. Definitely better than any chain place I've been.

If you live in 30318, don't support this restaurant, they allow a fake security guard to stay in their parking lot and he has another agenda, and is even sitting there in his suv on sundays when they are closed, if he was really security he would not be there when they are closed, this stuff brings down the community, so don't patron this place especially if you live in the area. The owner must not care or isn't paying attention.

Food is always great and we take about a 39 min ride just to eat here. Everything is made to order so all head and order your food. Price for food is pretty reasonable and they give you a lot of fries and the are fresh, crispy and a sprinkle of salt.

The food and service at this place is awesome. The inside is definitely dated but the food more than makes up for it. My favorite lunch spot!

Excellent job today! Patrick's Sub Shop isn't the fanciest place, but they're good people, and I can see why they've been in business so long. Called at 1:59 and had my food hot at the door by 2:18!

Had them yesterday a co worker highly recommended them .. I got the Philly ..had them add Mayo and mustard .. I really didn't enjoy it which is unfortunate because I really wanted to but it barely had any meat on it and my bread was hard, definitely wouldn't order that item again

Very good Philly Cheesesteak! Cannot complain. The wheat bread hoagie was awesome and the meat was freshly sliced and cooked to perfection. The prices are also very reasonable! Cannot beat this place for homemade subs.

Drive by every time I go to Piedmont, finally decided to make that move. Thought it was a sub shop and nothing else, but it's cool, they had plenty of other items. I got the Reuben. Size price was okay, and the sandwich itself was okay. Atmosphere was more like a run of the mill BBQ joint. Nothing fancy really or anything that stood out.

Sure it looks like it's seen some things from the outside. The food and the service however are top notch. I usually get some sort of cold cut sandwich and a side of fried rice. They slice the meat right in front of you, and the bread is always fresh. The side of fried rice is more like a family buffet size portion and will usually feed me for 3/4 meals. The interior is always clean and welcoming. The owners seem to know their neighbors and are always friendly with the regulars. Try it out. You'll be happy!

One of my fav chicken philly I have taste . Building makes takes you back to the 70's the staff friendly. The prices are great and portions or just right. Full felling with out feeling fatttttt

This place is a neighborhood gem. Reminds me of some old school spots in NYC. Everything I've ever had has been great. Very friendly staff. Now that you can order online from seamless, even better! Def recommend.

"Well, that's brilliant. Do they still have sandwiches there?" -- Star Trek (2009) Well, it isn't what's on the outside, or even on the inside that counts. This place looks completely sketchy and not any place I would normally walk into comfortably, but my friends all said it was worth a try, so we came here for sammies and it was empty... I mean it. Not a soul inside except for the employees and a very loud TV. The place has been around for generations and, unfortunately, it shows. The place could use a coat of pain and a thorough update, but otherwise it is clean and open and well-lit. It looks like any sandwich shop you would expect. We went through the line (much like you would at Subway) and I decided on the cheesesteak. For some reason, a hot sandwich was calling my name. I chose all the toppings and opted for fries. Yum. We sat down and waited for the food. It took some time (probably since I ordered a hot sandwich and fries), but soon enough we had our trays. This was not the best sandwich I've ever had, nor was it in the top 20. It was a decent cheesesteak. The meat was chewy and hard to bit through, but the flavor was pretty good. The bread was crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. It was gooey and cheesy - definitely got points for that. It could have used more toppings (mushrooms and peppers). The fries were great - they were your typical Ore-Ida crinkle-cut fries, but they were nicely fried. They could have used more seasoning, but I dipped the heck out of them in pepper dip and was a happy camper. I may return as it is close by, but I'm not dying to return.

I don't know how long this Patrick has been in business on Collier Rd. With all the photos of happy customers or old customers to the mom and pop of the children know running, if you are a minority like all the staff, don't expect to be treated in the same regards as customers in the majority. Ok I get it maybe is about making the majority feel comfortable like Seinfeld, Friends, or #Aisle5. But go prove me wrong if you have $ to throw away, or let them have the "space" ... Like Drufuns Space Program with its minority free SiFi on screen play.

We get food delivered or pick up to go orders from here several times a month. I love ordering from them through the Eat24 app. They often beat the time estimated to prepare the food and will call you to let you know it is ready. They have all the bread and topping options in the app as well. Easy to pick up food quickly. Our favorite items are their wings, Philly cheese steak, and chili. Try their Patrick's sauce!

This sub shop is a prime example of why people always say that, " Hole in the walls are the best hidden joints". Accidentally stumbled across this place while exploring my neighborhood one day and decided to stop in. Just for the record, if my trainer sees this - I ate here before my workouts/diet started. When you walk in, you might be a little taken back by the interior (a tad bit outdated and old) but the food gives off a totally different vibe. I tried the chicken philly ($7/8) with fries and it was bomb. The menu is very diverse and literally makes you want to try something new each time. Wait times can be a little long - might want to call ahead to save time. The staff was pretty much the owners, family members and a few others - always very busy since I've been by the first time. I just give it 4 bc the inside could be a little more clean.

Actually pretty tasty. She tried to Argue with me on what comes with the meal even tho I was reading it directly off the menu behind her. Which she referred me to since I was new. Decent wings, decent fried rice. May return for a special because it's cheap food and should be priced as such, even tho it is priced higher.

I got tenders tossed in sauce as a sub for boneless wings. And wow! It was so good. Generous and salty fries and good fountain drinks.

Finally decided to try Patrick's after driving past every single day. Inside is definitely looks like 1973. A cluttered, run down 1973. But the people are friendly and the prices are fair. You just have to kind of overlook the atmosphere. I tried the wings and fries. The mild wings were really good, despite some of wings looks a little weird. I mean they are clearly the misfits of the chicken wing factory. I couldn't eat here all the time because fattening, but every once in a while when I'm craving something bad, I'd stop in again.

Though this place boasts itself being a sub shop, they make one of the best gyros in the Atlanta area, even in comparison to the typical places such as Gyro Bros or Cafe Agora or the other Mediterranean places. The chicken gyro is really mouth-watering and I really think people should try out this sandwich.

My chicken wings smell like it was spoiled this place is overrated and overpriced food is regular and not good

I really wanted to give them a 5 star I read the reviews that said the subs lacked on meat and thought maybe that could be a bit of ann exaggeration but NOT AT ALL. The bread to meat to veggie ratio was absolutely disappointing. I got the 12 inch sub and saved half for later when I went back to it I realized the second half of my sub was almost exclusively peppers and onions. Im giving 3 stars because I have hope that it can be better it just was not as good as I expected.

While it may look like its out of another era, don't be fooled..this place is legit! Their subs are some of the best around as the bread is so fresh and good as is the grilled chicken. I got the chicken soup and set the bar low, but its actually pretty damn good. Def a good spot for lunch if you're in the hood.

Chicken Sandwich was thin hoagie bread...Chicken was rubbery...I ordered delivery and my drink was half full

The b#%ch at the counter is rude as fu^*... HORRIBLE customer service. She always has an attitude and loves to get smart when you question the pricing. How you gone charge me $37.37 for a regular Phill/5 wing combo and a 10 piece combo but get an attitude when I ask for a Itemized receipt. Make it make sense. The place has really went down since the other guy that normally took the orders left. This place has not been the same. I would not recommend eating here because the service sucks and the food is just ok now.

Worst wings I've ever had. I asked for them extra wet and was charged 75c only to receive a plate of watered down (no literally) sauce. Additionally, the flavor of the sauce was pretty much nonexistent. My lemon pepper wings were drenched in a water butter mixture and the hot were bathing in something I can't even find a name for. Sad!

Very disappointed with my experience here. I was told different pricing over the phone in which the lady denied but she was lying to her boss and I ultimately asked for a full refund because of how rude the service was. They tried to deny my refund because they claimed I had received my food already but the food was still cooking in the back!!! The front desk ladies were rude and ultimately I felt like my party was profiled because we we're black and asking for a refund for our terrible service. I had to call the police for them to give me $33 back that I paid in full before even receiving my food. They truly found no problem in not rectifying the issue or providing better customer service. We didn't even want to eat or have nothing to do with this establishment anymore. Very rude and uncanny, My suggestion would be to give your money to another establishment with better customer service and better tasting food.
