I ordered the chicken Milanese and it was alright. The piece was large, but very thin. It wasn't as filing as I thought, and I'm a smaller woman. The texture was excellent for how thin it was. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the crispy breaded part remained crispy until the last bite. In terms of flavor, it was nothing to brag about. All the flavor came from the bread crumbs, which mainly tasted like salt. Even adding some seasoning - like turmeric, paprika, cumin, black pepper, and Italian seasoning - would make a huge difference. The ketchup on the side of the dish was left untouched. There's no reason for a $40 chicken dish to rely on sugary ketchup for flavor.
I got vegetables as a side to the dish. The eggplant was salt-flavored (inedible). The red bell peppers were somewhat soggy. Cooking it on a higher heat would make a huge difference. The mashed potatoes were okay, and the green beans were limp.
The service was great. The table's order was taken 10 min after sitting, which was perfect. The drinks were brought promptly, and the food was brought to the table soon after.
If you are coming during the colder months, bring a warm coat to wear in the tent. I sat in between 2 heaters, and I still wore my coat because of how cold it was.
