Revival Food Hall, Hungry Hound partnering on pizza pop-up in the Loop | Eater Chicago

"Tavern-style specialist Pat's Pizza will arrive June 17 to represent the city’s square- and triangle-cut tavern pizzas, but it won't sell pizza by the slice at Revival because those pies are designed as a bar snack where outer pieces offer the crispy crunch the middle pieces lack; instead, Pat's will sell quarter pizzas to better fit the style and the food hall's fast-service environment." - Ashok Selvam

Pat’s Pizza Plus has a cool, almost old-school mob vibe when you walk in definitely gives off those classic Italian-American movie feels with all the posters on the walls. It’s the kind of place that has character and makes you feel like you stepped into a scene from Goodfellas or The Godfather. The atmosphere alone sets it apart from your average pizza spot, and it’s a good experience from the moment you walk in. The pizza itself is solid. I personally wish it had just a little more sauce, but the flavor was still there, and the dough was on point—nice texture, not too thick or thin. Where they really impressed me, though, was with the wings. Easily my favorite part of the meal. They had that perfect crunch on the outside while still being juicy on the inside. I do wish they had more flavor options, especially honey hot, which is my go to, but even without that, the wings were still worth it. Customer service was another highlight of my visit. The cashier I wish I caught his name was super friendly and made sure we felt taken care of. He was attentive and really made the whole experience feel personal. It’s the kind of service that sticks with you and makes you want to come back. Overall, Pat’s Pizza Plus has a lot going for it between the vibe, the wings, and the great service. I’ll definitely be back.

Serving the valley since 1997, this family-owned pizzeria is known for its New York-style thin crust pizza, wings, and my favorite place for meatball subs. They have a daily special for 2 slices and a drink for $7.50, but today I just stopped for a slice of sausage. Pat's pizza is perfectly thin with a good undercarriage and zero flop; you can taste the quality mozzarella and tangy sauce—a perfect New York slice. They are always busy, another good sign. Do yourself a favor and give them a try.

The thin crust pizza was amazing! The Sicilian NY style pizza was great, definitely recommend giving it a try. The wings were great as well! They had the right amount of sauce, it was juicy inside and just the right amount of crispiness. Just a heads up though, they get really busy on the weekends. Overall, the wait for the food was not too long and definitely worth giving it a try for the first time!

I recently stopped here for lunch. I grabbed their spwcial with 2 slices and a drink. The pizza was pretty good. I got 2 cheese slices. The crust was thin and crispy. The sauce was good. Overall 2 good slices. I'll definitely be back.

For the price, I don’t feel that it’s worth it. The pizza is OK and the wings are not good. They have a funny taste. I cannot figure out what the taste of the wings are, but Buffalo is not it. I feel maybe they water it down or something and maybe that’s what I’m tasting, but the wings are not good.

Spent $60 on Friday night on an order of pizza and wings. The whole order was incomplete. There were no jalapenos on the pizza, the wings were burnt and dark and no ranch dressing. Mind you I paid for a 2 topping pizza and extra ranch dressing. Will never come back here, this place used to be good!

I simple authentic Italian pizza. Only eat it the way they make it. Don't order or change anything.

My first time in for lunch. Since I now work in the local area I'm finding places to go to for lunch. This place was awesome. I had the slice of pizza, salad and a drink. The price was excellent for this meal. A big slice that was perfect. It was very tasty, flavorful and crispy - just the way I like it. The salad was good size, very fresh vegetables and some yummy ranch dressing. The drink was not some kid size cup. It was a large cup, self serve fountain drink. Highly recommend this place. I will be back for sure. I'm gonna try more menu items.
