Pattie’s First Avenue Lounge is such a fun spot for a night out. The vibe is chill and not too fancy, just good energy and good drinks. They have pool tables, darts, and even a jukebox, which makes it great for hanging out. The bartenders are friendly and fast, even when it’s busy. Prices are really fair and the drinks are strong. It’s a cool mix of people, and everyone seems to be having a good time. I went with a few friends and we ended up staying way longer than planned. It’s not a fancy bar, but that’s what makes it awesome. Great place to unwind and have fun. I’ll definitely be back!

Never had the food but have had the drinks. They are great and good prices with excellent bartenders and owner. Highly recommend this to anyone living in or visiting the greater Scottsdale area. Also it’s divey yet has a great presence with pool even - wild! Yet never overcrowded, always enough space to feel comfortable.

I wanted to check out this place as I love dive bars, Chris was our bartender and he was incredibly accommodating. He was very personable and made my first experience here one to remember. Will definitely be coming back for the great conversation and great service!

Some people were just born to bartend and Brent is one if them!!!! A great place to hang out for all ages! I disnt rate the food because we didnt eat. We will be back!

Great dive bar in Old Town Scottsdale. Always a great time at Pattie's. During the day they have ping pong tables and other games. The evening gets crowded as it's very popular spot for the younger crowd... but us older people enjoy it too. Highly recommend making a stop at Pattie's while visiting Scottsdale.

It’s a five star Irish classic dimly lit pool table old school bar…if you like these kind of bars! If you want something nice/fancy, then this would not be for you. As dive bars go, it’s a “rough”, or the Scottsdale “diamond” bar scene! VictorB
