Mario Pattis Restaurant Feinekost & Feinkost Kantine is simply extraordinary! Mario is not just a great chef; he is a true artist and a genius in the kitchen. Every detail here is perfection, but what truly elevated my Sunday morning to a whole new level were Mario's benedict eggs.
Prepared with meticulous care using sous vide, the eggs were sublime—silky, rich, and cooked to absolute perfection. The final touch? A sprinkle of tartufo nero that added an irresistible depth and aroma. These are not just the best benedict eggs in Dresden; they may very well be the best I’ve ever had anywhere!
