Google
I really liked it. Wife did NOT like the chicken fried steak, but I'm sure there's other things on the big menu she would have liked. I got a meat combo special, I don't know what it was called but it had longanisa, Portuguese sausage and Spam. It was good for someone like me who likes the Hawaii plate lunch feel. If you don't you don't. I had waffles which are waffles, they are great. If you want breakfast food, it's a good place to go because they keep it moving, fast service lots of free parking.

I went to Patty’s Eggnest on a Saturday morning and had a truly great experience from start to finish. To my surprise, there was no wait at all, which is pretty rare on a weekend for a popular breakfast spot. The atmosphere felt cozy and welcoming a perfect setting for a relaxed breakfast. I ordered the Swedish pancake, and it was so good I ended up ordering extra to take home. Everything I tasted had that delicious, home-cooked flavor, like it was made with love. You can tell the cooks really know what they’re doing — the seasoning was just right on every dish. One cool surprise was that they also have a few Hawaiian-inspired dishes on the menu, which adds a fun twist and more variety. The service was outstanding. The servers were incredibly kind, attentive, and — an extra bonus for me — they spoke Spanish, which made the experience feel even more welcoming and warm. It’s always nice to feel at home in a new place. Prices were very fair for the quality and generous portions. Overall, I highly recommend Patty’s Eggnest if you’re looking for a tasty breakfast, great service, and a place that feels friendly and down-to-earth. I’ll definitely be back!

Google
Good food and came out quick. Made to order and fresh. Loved the omelets and apple French toast. Good portions and prices for the portion sizes.

Google
Stopped in for breakfast and had the chicken fried steak. It was a little on the thin side, but the flavor was solid. The restaurant feels a bit dated, and this was my first time at this location, though I’ve been to others before. Not sure if I’d come back to this one, but it did the job and hit the spot.

Google
I liked they had some great Hawaii specials. I was pleasantly suprised by the flavors and tastiness. I went during a weekday and it was surprisingly busy for a weekday! Food was good, coffee was good and there is a giant menu. The hardest probably will be to pick what you want.

Google
Stopped by for breakfast here, I love that they have a lot of options to choose from. I love the jam they have for toast. Chicken Fried Steak was good.

Google
I visited Patty's Eggnest a couple of years ago and was very impressed with their service and food quality. Sadly this visit will be my last. While the service was very good the food quality and price was not. I had a simple 3 eggs breakfast with hash browns and toast. The eggs were fine but the hash browns were sadly hard and obviously previously cooked and rewarmed. My wife's Belgium waffle was acceptable but not anything to rave about. Their prices seems steep but to be honest what restaurants have not raised their prices due to increase of overhead. What really set the nail in the coffin was $4.50 for a cup of coffee. Not even Starbucks charges that for a drip coffee. Sorry guys but I will not be returning to Patty's Eggnest.

Google
We loved it! Food was delicious and the staff amazing. Wish I lived here so I could come more often.

Yelp
When I was looking for a place to eat near Sea-Tac Airport, I wanted something different, and Patty's Eggnest ended up being a solid choice. It did not disappoint. The portions are huge, and the prices match, but you definitely get your money's worth. The ambiance is simple, a small and cozy spot without feeling cramped. We enjoyed our food with zero complaints. Maybe it helped that it wasn't busy when we came in, and we were starving after the flight, but overall this place delivered. I give it a strong 9/10.

Yelp
Bright corner location! Inside, seating has been pushed to the absolute max, so anyone of size might find getting to and from their table a bit uncomfortable. I ordered the Hot Prime Rib sandwich, being a sucker for prime rib and wanting a Sunday treat. Unfortunately, it wasn't a treat. At $19+ for a sandwich and fries, I expected something solid, hot, and flavorful. Instead, I got a sweaty hoagie roll topped with thinly sliced, dry "food service grade" beef. There was no pink, no juiciness, and little flavor. The jus came with the sandwich, but the soft, moist roll couldn't hold it; dipping made the bread inedible. No horseradish or extras just thin, dry meat on soggy bread. My wife had a California scramble. The flavor and toppings were fine, but the eggs were overcooked and mealy. We swapped plates halfway to help each other along. Prices are rising everywhere, but quality still matters especially at this price point. Sadly, this experience makes it unlikely we'll return, even though the servers were kind and attentive

Yelp
Saw this restaurant as we were driving by. It's located in a little strip mall. The restaurant isn't too big and there were only a few tables taken. Although there was a "please wait to be seated" sign posted, we were waved in to take our own seat. Sitting down we were immediately served water. After a few minutes we asked for menus. 7 minutes after that a server finally came over to take our order. Once we ordered, we waited a full 30 minutes, then finally asked for our food to go because we needed to make an appointment. Our visit was certainly disappointing and by the time we drove 30 minutes to where we could eat, food was soggy and lukewarm. Overall this place looks promising and we will give it another try. Maybe they were having an off day.

Yelp
The food here is always great, yummy, and healthy;) Service is always nice and friendly. The ambience is warm and very welcoming.

Yelp
Food was delicious with generous portion of homemade Devonshire cream on French toast. Omelette was well done with lovely portions of ham, bacon and green bell pepper. Small place and great atmosphere.

Yelp
Now that I no longer live in Seattle, I can share one of my favorite breakfast places in the south sound. Patty's Eggnest is a no BS breakfast dinner with a huge menu to choose from. International delights for everyone. It's a small place that gets really busy on the weekends. The staff is down home friendly, and the food is straight forward good. Nobody is pretending to be something they are not here. Thank you for being real and keep up the good work.

Yelp
A perfectly acceptable breakfast in a perfectly acceptable location with pleasant if non-descript decor at a price that is, frankly, a mite excessive for what it is. I had the pork loin, which was three thin but reasonably sized slices, served with three eggs, hash browns (surprisingly boring), and a single slice of sourdough toast with strawberry freezer jam, which was $17.25 and should have been no more than $14.00. The real surprise, which was really an insult, was the coffee, priced at $3.95 a cup - ridiculous for standard grade food service coffee, even with a couple of refills. Yes, I ate it all and, yes, it was OK. But it really was the server that suffered, as I couldn't bring myself to tip 20% on such an average and overpriced meal; the waitperson got $3.00, which still brought the total to over $26.00 for one person. Ludicrous.

Yelp
What a great fast, easy and made the way you like it diner! Always looking for Breakfast places! The service was super attentive and on it, they were busy but these people had their organization together!

Silvia S.

Yelp
Great place! Offers a hardy plate even their mini breakfast combos can easily be for two people. Service was amazingly kind and hospitable. Loved it.

Xibee M.

Yelp
This was a delivery order. Husband's Denver omelette was "ok", hash browns "ok". My meal wasn't great: My pancakes arrived with NO SYRUP!!??! & were the oddest consistency: super dense, heavy AND rubbery. I ate only a couple bites. Scrambled eggs, very good; bacon very heavy and heavily smoked. Ok, but I could've done with less smoke flavor. The only good thing was scrambled eggs. A high price for inedible stuff. ::sigh::

Yelp
BEST FRESH SQUEEZED ORANGE JUICE!! We stopped here on our last day in Seattle before traveling on vacation down to Oregon (we're from the completely other side of the country!) The staff was very accommodating letting us keep our bags behind us at our table. The food was AMAZING and well worth it for the cost. They offer tons of great menu options. They also have options to accommodate many dietary restrictions. The inside was a classic mom and pop restaurant feel, and quite busy!
google avatar

Yelp
We got take out for brunch. Overall it was fine, but my veggie Benedict didn't come with the avocado I added and was quite soggy, even after travel. The hashbrowns could have been crispier with extra crispy but they were tasty. My partner said his omelette was fine too. We liked the pancakes the best out of everything so I'd probably order those next time instead. Overall I think I'd definitely try it again if I were in the area to dine in but probably wouldn't do take out again.

Yelp
In the heart of Tukwila this breakfast spot was a blessing. The location is small, packed and busy. But what makes up for the physical aspect of the establishment is the quality of dishes they offer. They given generous portions with a short wait despite of the many people there and waiting to get in. It was worth the wait and crowded space.
google avatar

R. M.

Yelp
Diner setting and presentation, but better quality. Big, diverse menu. Everything I've had has been delicious. The service is prompt and attentive. I love brunch and this spot is very high on my "go to" list
google avatar

Debra W.

Yelp
Upon our arrival we were easily 'em seated but after about ten minutes they quickly filled up and soon had a wait. The restaurant is small and the seats are tiny for a plus sized person like myself. The restaurant definitely maximizes their space by fitting as many tables in the space as possible even if that means little space between the tables. The pancakes on the pancake sandwich were definitely much bigger than we anticipated. They were huge. But the pancakes were average. Nothing to brag about. Nobody finished their plate, not even my twelve year old who never leaves a pancake untouched. The pancakes just ran a little dry in our opinion. The menu boasts that their chicken fried steak is what they are known for and hand cut. My over easy eggs were cooked perfectly and the chicken fried steak was seasoned nice. I'd rate a 3/5. Like the pancakes nothing to write home about but it was a solid meal. The gravy was good as well. Seasoned well and not too thick and clumpy. My highlight of the meal was the jam though. It was tart, slightly sweet. A local breakfasts and lunch spot for the neighborhood that is most definitely popular with the community. I see why. The portion and prices are great.
google avatar

Warren D.

Yelp
You're looking for the brunch place in the area? This is it. I've been 3 times in the last 2 months. Lots of options, big portions. Service is fast and friendly. Full on the weekends, but I've never had to wait for a table.
google avatar

Zahariel L.

Yelp
This is definitely a diner loud, crowded, but true to the diner experience. The food here is unique! We had Swedish pancakes and an apple strusel. If you're looking for a bustling diner eating spot with quirky food and excellent service, this is where you should come. Tables *are* a bit small. Definitely not a writing spot.

Kaleb A.

Yelp
After asking whether the pancakes contained eggs and being explicitly told "no" by the waitress, we had a party member with an allergy to eggs have a reaction. The waitress came back around and we asked if it had eggs, and now then she said "a little". Allergies aren't a joke and you should have staff that can speak/understand English if they are going to be interacting with customers. Also they forgot our potatoes.
google avatar

Yelp
I love this spot for breakfast. The chicken fried steak is my go-to dish and it is always yummy! It's kinda cramped inside, especially when there's a lot of people waiting, but there's a reason why they always seem busy. I hope this spot stays open because I heard one of their other locations closed down.

Yelp
was turning around in a parking lot to go to C____er Bakery when I spotted this place. Great spot, prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly and the food is good! It is a smaller place with limited seating but they make the best use of the space. Very high-tech ordering and payment which makes it easy to order and pay. One plus is it in the same lot as a Dollar Store so you can go browse and walk-off your big ol' breakfast.

Alicia T.

Yelp
Food was nothing special..was disappointed with the Potatoes with green peppers and onions you could count the vegetables on one hand. Service was good. Ambience is set for family conversations, tables are set close together

Ryan R.

Yelp
Amazing breakfast all day! Fun and creative menu, with fantastic egg and pancake options. Try the breakfast tacos!!

Yelp
Great food and good service. Great place for breakfast. I've been here many times and I'm never disappointed. Great benedicts. Check out the Portuguese breakfast if your a carnivor.

Yelp
The service here is incredibly great! I am so excited to have breakfast in this great environment. The breakfast is to eat all day. I heavily recommend the Monte Cristo sandwich my favorite and don't forget to tip well. lol

Yelp
TLDR: Food: Middling / Service: Good / Ambiance: Bland - like buttered toast. The menu is varied, and expansive. They have a weekly specials menu as well. I have learned to avoid specials except in the most secure of circumstances so I chose to order off the standard menu. I received the Bavarian breakfast with a side of hollandaise sauce. It was okay, with the exception of the hollandaise sauce which was sweet and chunky, and nothing like hollandaise sauce should be. The potatoes were slightly under seasoned, in a, no matter how much salt I add, this still won't be that good because they didn't salt it well to begin with way. But the eggs were acceptable and the meat was cooked. My friend got the Belgian waffle and she enjoyed it, so maybe it is more of a Waffle House kind of place. With a name that has egg in the title, the eggs were just so-so. The service was good, the server checked in on us several times and kept the coffee coming! The ambiance attempts homey, which is a tall order in a corner strip mall shop. They were playing Christian music at a low volume and the table was a bit crowded with all the things that you might ask for normally being there already. The art on the walls looked like it was purchased from Hobby lobby but other than being somewhat within the same color spectrum, was disparate and felt like a bad mishmash. They have a slight bird theme, but not in a cute way, but more lackluster much like the "art" on the walls, it feels like almost an after-thought. So to sum up, it serves breakfast, soup, burgers and sandwiches. The food is marginally good on some fronts. Overall, I wouldn't go back. Try it, maybe they were having an off day or maybe mid-tier breakfast is your thing.

Yelp
Large Portions , Great food, and will definitely get you full didn't expect to like it as much as I did especially as a Ohioan

Dejahnaye A.

Yelp
The customer service definitely was not it. Not once did a waiter come to my table to ask if i needed water or anything. They assumed I was taking to go and walked by my table the whole time I sat here saying nothing to me. There was two ladies back on their phone and the others standing around yet I didn't receive no acknowledgment while sitting in their establishment. The food was mid and the best thing going was the mango mimosa!

Yelp
No no no don't go I have been to different patty's eggs and thought they were good after eating here never again will I eat at patty's anywhere. The food was cold eggs were not good, not cooked all the way. No refills on drinks, nope never again.
google avatar

Yelp
Service was good. Food was just ok. I hadn't been to a Patty's Eggnest in over a decade and this was my Husband's first time. Though this was my first time at this location, I vaguely remember the food being really good. This was food I could have made at home and not really what I remembered. I got the Ono breakfast and it was ok, nothing special about it. My husband got the ham And cheese omelet and he said it was pretty over cooked.
google avatar

Yelp
I visited from Montana and this was the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had 10/10 would recommend again
google avatar

Yelp
Delicious!!!!!! Wonderful service too! You gotta go here! This place is AWESOME! Delicious food, wonderful service and enormous portions! Mom had the ham and eggs. We had to split it in half because it was so ginormous! (See picture) The ham was juicy, tasty and had a slight Smokey flavor. The huevos rancheros my brother loved! The tortillas and beans made this dish so tasty! I had the Ono Grill Special. Came with three eggs, rice, spam, bacon, Portuguese Sausage, a Filipino sweet sausage and two Hawaiian sweet rolls. It was a lot to eat!! This place has great food, wonderful service, a comfortable atmosphere and Ginormous Portions! Awesome place!!! We will be back!!

Yelp
Amazing breakfast... had the Hawaiian side of their breakfast features. So good if you're in the Tukwila area for breakfast.

Yelp
Fave brunch spot! My favorite is the Banana French toast, you can pick banana bread or challah bread both are so good but I prefer the challah. The eggs Benedict look good too I need to try next time iSweet, caring servers & quick service.

Yelp
Went there while my boyfriend and I were visiting and knowing my boyfriend likes his eggs Benedict. Was weary about wait time reviews but we went while they were busy and was sat right away.

Yelp
Food was delicious and staff was very friendly. I didn't not have to wait to be seated which was great on a Saturday morning.

Charles C.

Yelp
Great breakfast spot. Easy parking, country fried steak with gravy was outstanding, nice portion without being too big. Hash browns and eggs prepared to order, well done and over easy. Wife's waffle was perfect and they will provide warm syrup if you ask. Bacon was excellent. Service was outstanding and food arrived very promptly. This was a wonderful find in Southcenter/Tukwila.

Jonathan O.

Yelp
Pretty decently priced for good food and big portions. Customer service left much to be desired.

Yelp
Service needs to improve. I am from out of town traveled across the country to meet up with the rest of my family who also traveled from out of town. There was 10 of us, I called ahead to the restaurant asked if they took reservations (they said no, but they could accommodate our walk in). This was around 1pm (an hour before closing). I am aware of the kitchen closing etc...(reason for the call ahead). Long story short we arrived and my wife was given the we cannot accommodate you. Hence we made our way a few doors down to The Corner Bakery.... ***Never again.... If you can't accommodate, just say that over the phone do not give ppl hope that they can go somewhere to eat only to be denied food. And yes we are POC...so that makes us wonder if that's the issue here.... By the way our party of 10 consisted of 5 adults, 5 kids....

Yelp
We finally got to try this spot after a few years of debating where to get brunch. This spot definitely gets busy & we finally understood why, it's a must-try like everyone else says! I came here with my husband and kids for a really early breakfast after an appointment and I'm glad we did. My husband ordered the country fried steak and it was cooked to perfection. It wasn't dry & it didn't lack any flavor. I got the eggs benedict (which I always order at any breakfast/brunch spots) the sauce tasted amazing & the eggs were cooked perfectly! The kids got pancakes & the breakfast plate and they both devoured it. It definitely gets busy & packed inside but servers are great at catering to all the customers at each tables. Food was served pretty quick which the kitchen cooks & servers working hard & are extremely attentive to customer needs. Will definitely come back! :)

Dale W W.

Yelp
Food and service are great.... But very noisy.. hard to hold a conversation with anyone at your table....

Yelp
We were in the hunt for some breakfast where we stumbled on this small corner spot. The food was nicely portioned and yummy. Our server was semi attentive we just didn't get our menus a few minutes after we sat and we had to remind our server our hot water. Overall the food was great and those pancakes were nice smooth. eggs and Turkey bacon were cool to perfection. I asked for well done crispy hash browns it wasn't crispy but regular. My wife and I left happy after the meal. Lots of Parking in front.

Yelp
Patty's Eggnest in Northgate was by go-to spot when I was in college. So I was excited to try the Tukwila location. Maan have they gone downhill. This location is just one open room with a bunch of tables. I felt like we got no privacy and got stared at when we walked in. The server was friendly but she was the only one working and took a bit of time to get our orders taken. Coffee was meh. Meals were meh. I felt my daughter's kids pancake meal was overpriced at $7 for just one pancake and bacon. Not even eggs were included. I got the gyro omelette w/fresh fruit and toast. It was just okay.. nothing special about it and that costed $16. I prefer other breakfast spots before this place. I probably won't come back.

Yelp
We're visitors to Seattle Washington: This was the first time my wife and I went to Patty's Eggnest and we thought the food was really good. We had the ham, bacon and cheese omelette and it was delicious. I will be back when I'm back in Washington. The only "problem" would be that this place seems to be really popular that you'll need to get there early. My wife and I just missed the breakfast rush and the line was all out the door. We lucked out by arriving when we did. The restaurant is small, but cozy which is why you should get there early to avoid the line. Also, I want to give a shout out to our server. Even though they were super busy, they were very attentive to my wife and me and kept refilling the coffee every time it got a little low. Staff was absolutely on point!

Leea J.

Yelp
Have been coming to this place for years. Mainly the location in Bothell. Came to this tukwilla location for the first time Sunday December 15th and ordered the California Scramble with a pancake on the side as well as this Santa Fe scramble. When i heated up my pancake later on in the day to eat it, i found so many egg shells in it. I chopped it up to an accident because that can even happen at home. My boyfriend and i really enjoyed our scrambles so on his way home today December 20th, i asked him to pick me up a Santa Fe scramble. I ate one whole piece of toast before realizing they gave me moldy toast. I will NEVER go back to this place as one mistake happens but giving out visually moldy and furry bread is NOT okay. I will be calling as soon as they open the next day for a refund as this food isn't edible and I'm too scared to even attempt to eat the rest of the food.

Yelp
After getting home from our flight we decided to stop and get breakfast. Found this place via Yelp. We decided to take home because we were so tired. We ordered the basic breakfast. Sausage, eggs, French toast, bacon, hash browns. Everything was bland. Totally needs seasoning. I don't mind supporting local businesses, and driving 25 minutes away if they're good. But I can find plenty of greasy spoon, Mom and pop breakfast locations 10 mins away from where I live. Sometimes I fly to different States just to get good breakfast. So I guess I'm picky because everyone else seem to like this place.

Yelp
I decided to try this place out after I picked up my friend at the airport. This was one of few places that serve breakfast very early in the weekend nearby the airport - I feel it was a good choice. We ordered a chicken fried steak and a French toast with 2 bacons. The chicken fried steak was less crunchy than I wanted but the gravy was just right. We shared a side of the French toast as we were so craving something lightly sweetened but it was average, nothing special. The bacon was a bit dried. The staff was friendly and constantly making rounds to fill coffee and water. The place was packed by the time when we almost finished our breakfast. It seems like they get a lot of regulars. All in all, I would not say I would make an actual effort to come back anytime soon, but I appreciated our server's good hospitality.

Yelp
Today was my 2nd visit to Patty's and it was as good as the first! My husband bought me here, and I have been so impressed. I am originally from England, and we don't have anywhere near the breakfast choices that Patty's offer. At my 1st visit, I had Chicken Fried Steak. It was absolutely delicious. I'm a stickler for food being served hot, and this fulfilled everything I could want in a breakfast. I had NEVER had this before, and I was absolutely delighted with my choice! I had it again on my second visit. The menu at Patty's is extensive and so, so interesting. However, the most important thing is the staff. They are so sweet and kind. Nothing is too much trouble, and the kitchen staff will 'adapt' a recipe on the menu in an instant. I couldn't recommend this restaurant enough.

Yelp
Amazing service, staff was friendly from the moment we walked in. I got the Swedish pancakes with bacon & my dad got the French toast with sausage links. When they brought out my order I didn't notice it wasn't the right one bc I had order bacon not links, until the nice waitress asked "you ordered bacon right?" I said yes and she immediately went to the kitchen to tell them to make the links. I thought she was gonna take my whole plate away since it's "wrong" but she let me kept the bacon AND brought me the links. Gave them to my dad since I realize the sausage was much better lol. But I'm glad she caught the mistake since I didn't even notice. Food was bomb. The pancake was super soft and links were flavorful/ savory. Bacon was soft yet crunchy they were also good but doesn't go well with the pancakes imo. Dad liked the French toast, so I'll take his word for it. The portions are huge as most already mentioned, which I don't mind cause you can take them togo. Food's awesome overall if you're craving for an American breakfast, and the customer service is amazing too! Worth the visit ^^

Yelp
Love this place! It's becoming my new breakfast/brunch spot, big portions and great service!
