Great poke! We got here right before the lunchtime rush so there were a lot poke still available. The staff are all friendly and kind, if you are not sure what to pick-you are able to have a taste. There is no seating inside. However, outside they do have benches you can sit and enjoy your food. The portions are fairly large for the price. By the time we finished our food-there was already a long line that had formed. So go early for more choices.

Google
We came here during vacation. We ordered the #2 which comes with rice, two choices of protein, and two sides. Very fast and friendly customer service. Located in a warehouse type district area. Parking is available and free. Only downside is there's no outdoor tables, but only benches. Overall this place is amazing. Great quality fish and tastes amazing.

Google
We did the 2 scoop selection: 2 scoops of rice, 2 scoops of poke, 2 sides. Hands down, THE BEST poke I've ever had! The sides were amazing - highly suggest the incredible macaroni salad. Added bonus, the staff were super helpful and nice. The butter mochi was a trip back to my childhood💜

Google
Holy Moly! This here was the winner of our Big Island poke crawl. The seasoning, freshness and sides!!! Loved the spicy tuna and shoyu pokes, the ocean salad and imitation crab sides! But the knockout was the ube rice pudding!!! Not too sweet and tons of flavor! Absolutely wonderful and would highly recommend!

Google
You can't dine in but there are picnic tables at the end of the building available. Food was so fresh and good. It didn't look like a very big serving but it was quite filling.

Google
The poke is excellent. I was recommended the shoyu and the wasabi poke. A great combination together with the seaweed salad and crab salad. Added the abalone as a couple of people in front of me ordered it. It too was very good. For a poke place, it was very clean and the service is most cheerful too. There is also ample parking.

Google
The fish was good but not great. (I had one bad taste fish cube, another one was hard to bite ) Not many fish options, most are just different flavors of Ahi. Seattle have many Hawaii poke stores are better than this. I liked the dessert better.

Google
Our favorite Poke place on Big Island. The poke is so fresh, it did not disappoint of the three times we stopped in during our trip. There were many other poke place we tried on this trip and this ranks #1 for us. Salmon, Ahi combined with the tofu and kimchi… perfection. Add the butter mochi if you have a sweet tooth, you won’t be disappointed!

Yelp
Delicious and great price!!! On top of the delicious poke, you neeeeeed to get the chantilly ube rice pudding from the fridge (courtesy of Shaka Brudda Kine Snacks). This was BOMBBBB! I couldn't stop eating it!!!! I could eat this every day. The texture was unlike any other rice pudding, it was almost like a cake! Our ranking: 1- wasabi ahi - our favorite!!! I don't like wasabi but I like this 2- California roll ahi - actually tastes like a Cali roll! 3- shoyu ahi - good! 4- spicy ahi - Not a lots of kick and was a little overpowered by the mayo. Still good but we liked the other variations much more We liked them almost as much as we liked Da Poke Shack. Overall great place with friendly team!

Yelp
Fresh, fast, and flavorful--this is one of the better poke spots in Kona. The spicy ahi is the standout. It's got a nice kick, creamy texture, and the fish is fresh--not mushy or overly sauced like some other places. The flavor leans bold, so if you're into spice, it's a win. Portions are generous and the pricing is fair for the quality. There's a solid variety of toppings and mix-ins to make your bowl your own, and everything tastes clean and vibrant. It's a no-frills spot, mostly for takeout, but perfect for grabbing a bowl to enjoy by the beach. One star off only because the spicy sauce can sometimes overshadow the fish. Overall, a reliable stop for poke lovers--especially if you're craving something with a little heat.

Yelp
Awesome poke spot, you see them literally cutting the fish it's so fresh. Everything was very fresh and flavorful. Perfect spot near the airport. You can get a bowl or pay by the pound. It's a quick service deli style place.

Yelp
Yumyumyum. Favorite poke spot on the Big Island!! I loved the spicy ahi while my husband loved the garlic ones. I love upgrading to an extra side so I can try more things heh. The kimchi and imitation crab salad!

Yelp
Near the Kona Costco in an industrial area is this tiny shop with the yummiest poke and awesomely moist chocolate chip banana bread!! You can get 1 or 2 scoop meal but my daughter and I had other snacks so we went with Kieki bowl which was 1 scoop of rice (either white or brown) and 1 scoop of poke. Kiddo and I didn't want other sides as we had eyed the banana bread on the counter. We took the food and drinks over across the highway in a national park and enjoyed our food in the air conditioned car while overlooking a great view!! Fresh poke in Hawaii is a must!!

Yelp
** Fresh Poke with generous portions and reasonable prices. Perfect to take togo or enjoy on the spot. On my week long vacation to the Big Island, this was probably my wife and I's favorite spot. We opted for the #2 with different varieties of their ahi such as the spicy ahi, shoyu ahi, chili crunch ahi, etc. For our sides we would go with their seaweed salad and imitation crab. Though I'm usually a big salmon guy, I'd definitely recommend going with the ahi as that seems to be what the local option is. The food comes in togo containers so it's perfect to take to the beach, or enjoy on one of the tables / benches outside the restaurant. Portions are generous - can get away with sharing a #2 or if your hungry can also order your own. We saw them cutting up and preparing the ahi in the back so you know it's fresh!

Yelp
Yummy poke spot!! I was visiting from Oahu in February, and saw great reviews about this poke place. I liked that these bowls come with choices of sides, which some poke spots do not offer. I had the one choice spicy ahi with mac and ocean salad. We went around 1 pm and they were sold out of a few poke options, but were still making more. I had to wait a few mins while they made another batch of the spicy ahi and it came out pretty quickly. There was a bit too much sauce on the spicy ahi than I prefer, but flavor was good and not too spicy. Might've been because of the new batch, in other pictures on yelp the spicy doesn't look like it's drowning in sauce like in mine. Rice was soft and furikake on top was ono. I'll be in Kona again and will definitely be back to try the other poke! The ube rice pudding also looks to die for!

Yelp
Ambiance is grab and go, but you want to eat outside if you aren't in a hurry. The service was very friendly and helped me pick some options since I was being indecisive. The food is fantastic! Some of the best Poke I have had on the island and trust me, I've been eating it almost every day since getting here. The prices are very reasonable too! Try the pickled ginger, you won't regret it.

Yelp
After landing and picking up the rental car, this was my first stop after doing a quick yelp search and it did not disappoint. Parking is mostly side street parking and it's a takeout spot with some benches outside. Ordered two #1 Hapaha with limu ahi and #1 Hapaha with spicy ahi which comes with two sides of your choice. We opted for the ocean salad (seaweed salad) and Mac salad. The ocean salad was good! We were surprised by the amount of potatoes in their Mac salad. The limu ahi was on the lighter and fisher side so we definitely preferred the spicy and creamy spicy ahi. We were a little disappointed with the portion of fish but the fish was very fresh!

Yelp
5 star poke... for Big Island. Just a heads up, this place makes poke bowls like the mainland. The combinations work but it's not like Poke Bowls on Oahu. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. Good spot for grabbing a quick bite to eat.
google avatar

Yelp
One of the first poke stops on our visit to Kona. The place is small compared to other poke shops. However, the poke was fresh and delicious! There were many choices and a variety of fish to choose from. The portions are generous and enough for two people to share. Highly recommend this poke shop for fresh and delicious fish!
google avatar

Rebecca C.

Yelp
Service was quick and wow fish was super fresh! Popped by here for a quick bite and cannot wait to come back again!

Yelp
Super fresh counter poke spot, and my first stop on the big island! The fish is so fresh, you can literally see them cutting it up in the back! The shoyu ahi was my favorite, so fresh and umami! Definitely on the saltier side so eat with rice/Mac salad. Also really liked the kimchi tako. Honestly everything is good here, you can't go wrong! Only thing is they run out of certain fish pretty fast, so go early! No frills spot, takeout only, but some seating outside on benches. There can be a line but it moves pretty quickly.
google avatar

Yelp
Best poke on this side by far. Always fresh. I take all my guests there when they land.
google avatar

Yelp
Perhaps some of the freshest and most delicious poke I have had. You can see them cutting tuna in the back. We ordered the AhiPoke Bowl w/ Spicy Ahi and mac salad, Shoyu Ahi, and Kimchi Tako. The tuna is so fresh and the sauces they were paired with were both delicious. I preferred the Shoyu Ahi more as I feel like the mayo in the Spicy ahi overpowered the tuna a little bit. Everything was so good- no complaints! We came at ~2:00pm on a weekday and there was a bit of a line (15 minutes). It moved quickly though and was well worth the wait! No seating available inside- grab and go counter style. There are some benched outside but no tables. I will definitely be coming back to Pua Hana and highly recommend you give them a visit!
google avatar

Jazzy S.

Yelp
We were excited for some fresh poke. It is like a seafood market, order at the counter. Service was food. The tuna was delicious, fresh, seasoned well. Salmon was also yummy, but I prefer the tuna. Mac salad was okay, kind of bland

Yelp
One of the best poke we've had in the islands. I'm so glad my cousin and I found this place and got to try it out. Service was fast and the workers were friendly. As for seating, they have extra tables on the side of the building. They also have benches in front of the store. The poke was fresh and tasty! I got ahi shoyu and wasabi ahi. I honestly like how we got to choose our own sides. I got seaweed salad and imitation grab.
google avatar

Anna L.

Yelp
Small poké shop loved by locals. There are some benches in front and behind the shop where the food can be enjoyed. I had a small platter which includes one scoop, rice, and two sides. They have a good variety of sides. The salmon was good and fresh but s8nce it was shoyu it was a bit salty. My partner enjoyed his kimchi shrimp.

Yelp
This was my first poke meal in Hawaii and, boy, did it set the bar high for all the other poke I was going to eat during my Hawaii trip. Another place in Kona that meets the expectations of 5-stars on Yelp. By the time my friends and I got there, it was in the afternoon, so there weren't that many choices left. Luckily, as a salmon lover, there was some salmon left. They have a simple ordering menu for their poke bowls. #1 Hapaha - $15.99 - 1 scoop rice + 1 scoop poke + 2 sides #2 Hapalua - $20.99 - 2 scoop rice + 2 scoop poke + 2 sides Omg, every bite was so delicious and fresh. Perfectly seasoned and fish is so fresh in Hawaii. Such great quality. Back home in NJ, our poke bowls are tiny diced fish pieces or mushy pieces that are over-sauced and overpowered with so many other toppings. And the abalone was good, so flavorful and tender. A great way to try abalone for the first time. Tastes like clam. They had so many sides to choose from. I'll share the sides in my pictures section. You'll probably have to zoom in because of the reflections. And, they are so nice and patient there, and, so helpful, too, as you stand there confused and overwhelmed at wanting everything. If you like poke or want to have good poke for your very first time and you are in the area, this place is a must. And, if you don't want to have the fish, there are the many sides to try. Ugh, I wish I lived nearby so that I could go here whenever I want. If I'm ever back in Kona, I am definitely stopping by here! FYI: -It is a purely "order and go" place. There are some seats outside, but limited. -The place is small, so you probably have to wait outside if the line gets long, which we had to do. -Oh! You can ask them for a taste. -They ask you if you want furikake on your rice, which is kind of like the EBTB seasoning but Japanese style with a mixture of seaweed, sesame seeds, fish, fish flavored flakes, sugar, salt, and various seasonings. -BTW, lomi lomi salmon is salted salmon, tomatoes, onions, and green onion, but seems like the majority of the dish is tomatoes.

Yelp
This was one of my favorite poke joints on the big island. I love that they offer a small size portion, which is the perfect quick bite! Service is super fast and there is outdoor seating on the side of the building. Above all fish is really fresh and flavors are immaculate!
google avatar

Chelsea M.

Yelp
This place was busy when we visited for a weekday lunch and I can see why. There are tons of different pokes to try, a variety of salads, and all of it was perfectly seasoned and very fresh. We got their largest platter to share which came with two pokes, two sides and rice. I probably should have gotten two because we enjoyed it so much and ate it all up quickly. The staff were friendly and worked through the line of customers quickly. Many customers were eating their poke on the benches outside. There are no tables inside and no picnic tables outside as this is in a business park so you pretty much need to take it to go somewhere else. I'd return.

Yelp
Delicious poke for a reasonable price. And a wide variety of flavors, types of seafood and side dishes. You can either get an $8 Keiko bowl (one scoop of rice and fish) a $15.99 hapaha (one scoop rice and fish and two sides) or $20.99 hapalua (two scoops of rice and fish and two sides). You can choose brown or white rice and have it topped with furikake. I got the hapaha with brown rice, salmon and the seaweed salad and kimchi as a side. The salmon tasted soooo fresh and had a nice texture. The kimchi and seaweed salad were also well made. Others in my group tried the marlin, tako and ahi and thought they all tasted good. For sides some standouts were the pickled seaweed that had a good flavor and had a nice crunch. The tofu salad was just tofu and furikake but was very refreshing. One thing that wasn't great is that their outdoor seating around the side of the building is FILLED with flies. When we were sitting out there we were constantly swatting them away or trying to cover our food.

Yelp
WOW, just WOW!! Capt Brent from our charter told us about this place and we are SO happy he did!! When you walk in - if you are from the mainland you may be like uh what is this but you quickly adapt to what you need to do! It is definitely a local favorite because the line was out the door (somewhat small space) but the service is quick and you are in/out in no time at all! So don't let the line deter you from stopping! The spicy tuna - the tuna was so fresh it literally melts in your mouth! The flavors our spot on. You don't need extra sauce or other flavoring because once you mix it altogether with the other side you choose and the rice they provide, it really is all you need! The imitation crab salad was fresh and flavorful. Seasoning spot on! My son had the kimchi imitation crab - def going to get that next time. Both very very good! The marinated garlic - could eat pounds of it, total surprise on how delicious that was!!! The garlic is not over powering at all believe it or not! Edamame - perfectly salted and fresh! Don't forget to just say yes to the toppings to the rice when asked!! It is the final touch needed! Must try!!!!!

Yelp
Hole in the wall poke place off the side of the road. Poke and sides are per pound and they have meal options. Very legitimate and they have excellent banana bread. There is no bathroom, so if you need to go, you have to go down the street to the Costco or the Home Depot. There is limited seating in the back. My kids really liked the edamame and the tofu poke
google avatar

Mary N.

Yelp
Smaller counter only service place that sells excellent authentic poke. The best poke we had on this trip (and yes, we had a lot of poke). You can either buy poke by the pound or poke bowls. Come early because when they run out of a particular flavor, that's it for the day for that flavor. The fish was very fresh and the flavors were on point, not overly saucy.
google avatar

Ellen L.

Yelp
The lovely ladies at the counter provided Great service, clean and friendly. Food was fresh and delish. We will return.

Yelp
Overall Experience: 9.4/10 This was the freshest poke on the island, at least according to me. The shop is located close to the costco and was relatively small. There is no indoor seating but some benches and umbrellas to the side of the building to eat. The poke felt so perfect and had a melted in your mouth feeling. The balance in their shoyu poke was incredible. Just the perfect amount of soy sauce and spices. It let the fish shine while giving it a perfect amount of salty, umami, and freshness. The spicy ahi was also as impressive with the same fresh fish. The spicy had a small kick to it and it was a great balance of hot sauce and mayo used. The green onions added an amazing balance to the dish. I got the kimchi cabbage for a side and it was tasty fresh kimchi, and the seaweed salad was delicious as well. The service was nice and friendly. Overall I would highly recommend this shop! Its a great first place to visit for poke and even try poke for the first time!
google avatar

Michael H.

Yelp
I HAD to visit - even if it meant coming in towards the end of the day! Some of the choices were no longer available but I did manage to try the Hawaiian Poke, the Spicy Tuna and the Sea Weed salad. They were outstanding- as was the service. Note: Earlier reviews and photos reference a few tables out front where you could eat your delicious Poke; these are now gone and there are only a couple of benches - so plan on Take Out to enjoy elsewhere....
google avatar

Tiff H.

Yelp
WHEN DO YOU PAU HANA *** There are of course many local options for poke but after much deliberation, we decided upon Pau Hana Poke for lunch. Order at the counter - choose between two poke bowl options - hapaha (1 scoop rice, 1 scoop poke, 2 sides) or the upgraded hapalua (2 scoop rice, 2 scoop poke 2 sides). I ordered the hapalua - I chose the salmon poke and the California Roll tuna poke with two sides - everything tasted fresh and delicious. I also recommend trying the butter mochi for dessert - not too sweet or buttery. We took our food outside to the bright blue benches to eat - limited seating but we didn't have issues securing a seat for our group of 5. Will definitely be back next time I'm back on the Big Island!

Yelp
Fresh fish, a little kick (spice) in all versions. Patient and friendly staff. Either buy by pound or a bowl, either way will satiate your hunger. Don't follow yelp directions, park in front of the building on Kamanu St. furthest away from stop sign.
google avatar

Brooke V.

Yelp
Quality poke, flavors are ono, fast service, locally sourced fish. They have other goodies available as well if you have a sweet tooth. No where to dine in, there are Benches tho. It's the perfect spot to grab some food on the way to the beach.
google avatar

Charnie D.

Yelp
The poke was delicious and very fresh! I wish I tried this place earlier in my trip and not on the last day. The poke bowl was worth it and the sides were delicious! The ube rice pudding hits the spot after the meal and the banana bread for a snack on the airplane ride to Oahu. Customer service was amazing and parking was difficult to find. Would recommend going early or having someone wait in the car while you order. Would recommend 100% to go.
google avatar

Kenneth T.

Yelp
Wow! Just wow. In comparison to the poke from Umekes, this place surpasses it. It's a hole in a wall location where pretty much people order and take out. They have a variety of poke that you can choose from with just a few options of how you want your "bowl" to be. Good selection of sides to go with your poke and the variety of seaweed salad we had was so good that our toddler who has never had seaweed salad just ate a good amount of it. Mind you, we do have a picky eater and if he eats something the first time, it tells you something. What's good about the poke? Besides the poke being kept simple in terms of their dressing (other places overdress their poke which prevents you from tasting the tuna and essentially hiding from you if it's old poke), it was so tender. My first bite reminded me of the poke I had from Suisun Fish Market in Hilo a few years ago (their quality has since changed and it wasn't as good). Already have this place marked as a favorite and we will be back.

Yelp
Loved this poke shop! The fish was very fresh and the spicy mayo flavor was delicious. They give large portions as well.
google avatar

Yelp
Located at a quiet area, this restaurant has no sit in dining. Benches are available outside and tables are set up on the side for eating outside. Very simple menu: 1 scoop rice, 1 scoop poke and 2 sides $15.99 2 scoops rice, 2 scoops poke and 2 sides $20.99 Delicious and fresh poke and sides. There are only 4 staff - cashier, server, dishwasher and the chef. A simple set up, price is reasonable.

Lord F.

Yelp
AMAZING poke! 10/10 best I've had. Loved the cucumbers and mac salad as well. Overall awesome experience- they have cute picnic tables outside to eat at as well.
google avatar

Joyce Z.

Yelp
First meal on island straight out of the airport is what else, but poke bowl. Just 12 min from Kona Airport is Pau Hana Poke where a #2 Hapalua gets you two scoops of poke of choice, ours spicy ahi and Hawaiian style poke, 2 choice of sides, seaweed salad and lomi lomi for us, and 2 scoops of rice with furikake. More than enough for a hearty eater or add another 1/2 lb poke only like salmon poke and perfect for 2. Although nothing fancy, there are a few picnic tables on the side, so you don't have to eat in your car.
google avatar

Maria H.

Yelp
This is my favorite poke ever. The portions are just right and the fish so fresh. We had to go a second time. We have tried the California roll poke, the spicy ahi, the Mac salad, the sea salad, kimchi cucumbers and the kimchi krab sides. Everything is tasty. There are clean picnic tables outside and around the building. They even keep disinfectant wipes there. Great service and prices too.
google avatar

Leila D.

Yelp
Theeee best poke I've had! My goodness tuna was so fresh, tossed with the sauce and seaweed I think. You can order and eat outside. Can order scoop of rice too. Thank you Pau Hana!
google avatar

Yelp
This poke was delicious! The seasoning was refreshing and the fish was so fresh. I love how many choices they have, including hamachi and tako as well. Would love to come back if I'm on the Big Island again.

Yelp
Friends and travel blogs recommended a few poke places on the big island but we ultimately chose this one due to the high rating reviews, the freshness of the fish and the affordable prices. We decided on impulse Friday late afternoon to grab poke as a happy hour snack. It was 4:16 pm and we were worried if they had any food left so I called. A nice gentleman picked up the phone after the first ring and assured us that although they close at 5 pm, there is still poke left so we rushed out and drove to Pau Hana Poke (which was about 17 minutes away from our Airbnb). There is no designated parking lot so only street parking and we were lucky to find a spot right outside the shop. We walked in and it's a small storefront but everything looks clean and organized. There's even a hand sanitizer stand next to the door. We opted for #2 Hapalua which comes with 2 scopes of poke, 2 sides and 2 scoops of rice. The guy taking our order recommended their shoyu ahi (which doesn't have much left, probably their most popular item) and the spicy ahi so we went with that. For the sides, we got the crab salad and the seaweed salad and our 2 scoops of rice came were topped with furikake. There's no tables for dine-in but like others mentioned, they do have some benches on the outside of the store for people to sit and enjoy their poke. We decided to just eat in the car since they were closing in less than 10 minutes after we paid. The poke was amazing. Period. The shoyu ahi was our favorite, the fish was fresh and tender. The spicy ahi was also good but we felt that the spicy sauce masked the freshness and the true taste of the ahi. The sides were equally delicious, seaweed salad was refreshing and the imitation crab salad taste like real crab salad. The rice was hot and it tasted better than usual jasmine rice because of the furikake. Cost was super affordable $20.99 plus tax (sf Bay Area can never match these prices). Too bad the opening hours are limited on Saturday and they are closed Sunday. That means there is more incentive to come back to Kona in the future to get our poke fix.

Yelp
Food is pretty good here, but I think the poke I've had on the Big Island were all pretty decent, not a single place really jumps out above anyone else. Came on a Friday and they were out of the Mochi and Ube ice cream unfortunately. It sounds like they get new shipments on Tuesday each week and if they run out they run out? The parking is kind of sucky. It's street parking but very limited view when you are backing out of the traffic behind you. Also no public restrooms around. We came here pretty late, around 2pm, but still a line of people waiting to get their poke! Popular place. No dine-in table, but off to the side there are a few picnic tables.

Patrycja M.

Yelp
This was our very first stop after picking up our rental car in Hawaii, and it did not disappoint! The poke was incredibly fresh and flavorful. While the bowl was on the smaller side, the quality definitely made up for it. Highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for a delicious, quick, and satisfying meal. There is nowhere to sit inside only some benches outside facing the street so that's the only part I did not like but great to pick up and go.
google avatar

Cindy C.

Yelp
Best Poke on the island hands down. I can see why this place is a local favorite. Fresh, delicious and many many combination choices. We tried couple of local favorites as well as hamachi and octopus. All equally delicious; couldn't decide on a favorite. They even had authentic sour kimchi as an option too. No tables inside, but they offer long benches in front as well as picnic tables on the side of the building. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly highly recommend!!
google avatar

Jocelyn E.

Yelp
The Poke here is the best way to describe sushi. Refreshing ! I've never understood why people would enjoy sushi melting in their mouth but I get it now. The kimchi was full of flavor that wasn't overwhelming but like Goldilocks said it was just right. There's no sit down service but there's picnic tables you can sit at outside.
google avatar

Heike S.

Yelp
Excellent! Lots of variety, and fresh. Staff was super friendly, explained everything, and waited patiently while we decided . Option 1 with Poke and two sides was perfect for lunch. This is in a strip mall, and parking is a little weird.
google avatar

Richard L.

Yelp
Man.... First meal we got in the Kona area and was slightly disappointed. The selection and portion sizes were good and the folks working were really nice. Unfortunately it was just too salty. To be fair it's still better than most poke we've had back at home... but in Hawaii feel like it didn't stand out and there are other options. If you're nearby though it's definitely more than good enough to help satisfy that poke craving.
google avatar

Kaya Z.

Yelp
My favorite poke spot in this area. Every time we stopped by Costco, this place is the next stop. Love everything they have. I had ono poke for the first time the other day, it tasted even better than the shoyo ahi poke(my all time favorite). For side dishes, I recommend ocean salad and kimchi. Staffs were nice. Parking could be challenging sometimes, to-go style, no real dining-in tables. Desserts are locally made, worth to try. I recommend this place for everyone who visit Costco often.
google avatar

Grace L.

Yelp
It's our first time being on the "Big Island." Got off the plane and headed straight to Costco to get food. Got really hungry and found Pau Hana. It's literally a block away. There was parking right in the front. I ordered a poke bowl with 1scoop of Limu Ahi, and two sides: lomi lomi salmon and marinated seaweed. Came with rice. There is definitely a spicy kick to the Ahi even though it's not labeled spicy but still good. The lomi lomi not too salty. My husband ordered by pound and has the shoyu ahi. It's a great stop considering Costco had no Hawaiian specialties at their food court.
