LOVE THIS place for a nice neighborhood Hawaiian fusion vibe. The decor is spot on for the island culture. We enjoyed the music playing. Also, the food was so flavorful! Both my husband and I got the Loco Moco - Me with Ahi Tuna and He with Shoyu Short Rib. Such a wonderful fusion of flavors. My husband wants to go back just for the Ahi Nachos - a special when we went. This is our second time visiting - it's great for brunch, girls night, date night or a quick bite. We still haven't tried the pizzas yet, but they look amazing as well. My only complaint was that I didn't like the drink options on the Menu - seemed like a seasonal menu- so I asked the waitress if I could just have a simple margarita or another flavor instead of the Guava Margarita menu option and she said no. So evidently the server is not informed on the bar options or didn't care to ask the bartender or the drinks are premade or bar is only stocked to make the few drinks on the menu. It looks like a full bar. That was annoying - I almost got up and went to the bar myself to ask the bartender if I could get what I wanted. When I go to a nice restaurant and have to pay $10-20 for a nice cocktail I expect a fabulous server to know or how to ask the knowledgeable bartender to consider modifications.

The screened in porch with beach-y/ reggae music was a great vibe. We liked the garnish and small touches they did. The coconut shrimp was a tad hard and could use more coconut. The sauce with it was nice. The Kalua pork was so good. Really flavorful and hint of sweet. Poke bowl was fresh. We made a reservation. Busy around 6-7 but quickly died down at 8pm

Google
Service was wonderful and the food even better. The lux burger was one of the best I had, and the Pina colada cheesecake was supreme. The fingerling potatos i would recomend. The only thing I dont support here is the foe gras truffle butter. Its 2025 and we should be past supporting anything of that nature. Pleae take that off your menu

Google
Food was absolutely delicious!! Gave 4 stars because the food took a while to come out. Our waiter was fabulous and was very happy! We had a big group but he didn’t mind us taking our time leaving even after they closed. The place is very spacious and I had no problem getting a reservation for a large group. Will definitely go back and order the poke stack!! Chicken katsu had a very nice crunch but a little too crunchy for my liking.

We were finally able to try this place and I enjoyed it! The best part? I really did like my order. My husband tried the wings and said they were okay. What we both absolutely loved was the corn bread… I’d order just that next time it was so good. Our service was great too. We ended up being the only table at one point so that made it easier to be served quicker. Also, I audibly gasped when we were given our mini origami’s at the end. The cutest thing I’ve ever gotten at a restaurant! The worst part? The food overall was fine and it is on the pricey side. I looked online for what to order and it seems that they may change their menu items because I saw something online that someone had posted and it wasn’t on the menu when we got there. I guess that can be both a good and bad cause then you can have new options every once in a while but you definitely have to see their online menu to get the updated version. Overall, it was good and I’d go back to try new items.

🌺 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Hidden Brunch Gem in the South Metro! 🌺 We came to Pau Hana in Savage on a Sunday for brunch and were shocked that it wasn’t packed! This place is an absolute gem that more people need to know about! We sat outside in the beautiful lanai area, which had a peaceful, tropical vibe that instantly made us feel like we were on vacation. I ordered a Mai Tai and a Paloma, and both were expertly made. Strong, balanced, and super refreshing. For food, my partner had the chicken and waffles, and let me tell you, to die for. Crispy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned chicken paired with light, fluffy waffles. I had the breakfast loco moco with Portuguese sausage, and it legitimately transported me back to Hawaii. Rich, flavorful, and comforting, everything you want in a Hawaiian breakfast. Also pictured is the "ghost bowl" I didnt try it but my buddy said it was amazing. I did however try the ghost aioli, it was good but I wanted it to be spicier. Let that ghost pepper shine!! Yes, it’s a little on the pricier side for brunch, but honestly, it’s worth every penny. The quality, atmosphere, and flavors are all top notch. Highly recommend Pau Hana to anyone looking for something unique and memorable outside the usual brunch spots. We’ll definitely be back!

Chimichurri steak was great. Cornbread is really really good! Had a delicious Gimli (?) cocktail too. Wings are good. Only complaint is tables are really close together

Google
This was my first time here and it was fantastic! The service was great, the decor is also great and the food was so flavorful! I got the moco loco with ahi tuna - delicious! My friend got the bbq pork pizza which I also tried, also amazing!

Yelp
Made a reservation during the fall restaurant week to check out Pau Hana. I order the big eye tuna poke tostada, surf and turf, and pumpkin haupia tart -- all really good! The tostada was super fresh and had the perfect crunch. The surf and turf had a grilled swordfish and Kabayaki pork belly -- each portion of meat was flavorful and cooked nicely. To finish the pumpkin tart was such a nice surprise -- creamy, not too sweet, and full of cozy fall flavor. Service was great and the staff were super attentive! Overall, a great meal, nice atmosphere to get together with others!

Yelp
We sat in the lanai in the back. Inside has an upscale island vibe (definitely not tiki though). It was pretty quiet on a Sunday evening. We tried the wonton chicken pizza, loco moco, and the chimichurri steak. The wonton chicken pizza was good but it tasted like a regular wood-fired pizza. I really wanted to taste the teriyaki chicken but it was lacking in the amount of chicken and the wontons just added extra crunch. We enjoyed our next entrees. The loco moco had a really good curry sauce that paired well with the crunchy shrimp and chicken. The steak was perfectly cooked to order and had a slightly spicy chimichurri. The smashed fingerlings that came with it were so good! I felt that everything was way overpriced here. For the location and vibes, prices could be lower. For the current prices I felt that I should be eating somewhere fancy and upscale.

Yelp
Downtown quality restaurant in the south suburbs! Great place to take a date or impress out of town visitors. The Loco Moco was clearly our table's favorite. While inspired by the Hawaiian dish; it's more of Hawaiian fusion & inspiration than authentic. Fries themselves were basic, but the dips were delicious. Pizza was a crowd pleaser as well, and a good option for pickier eaters who want a "safe" dish

Kathryn K.

Yelp
Good thing we can say about place was staff was great. Seating style made it very loud and could not even hear each other across a small table. Guacamole was brown.

Yelp
Gorgeous Cocktails & Hawaiian Vibes in Savage! If you're looking for a fun, tropical escape without hopping on a plane, Pau Hana is the perfect spot--especially for a girls night out! Yes, it's a bit of a drive out to Savage, but totally worth it once you step inside. My friends and I had a "Muumuus & Mai Tais" themed outing here and had an amazing time! The ambiance gives serious luxury beach resort vibes--think rattan light fixtures, tropical murals, and a warm, welcoming energy. Service was excellent: super friendly, attentive, and helpful with recommendations. Cocktails (A+) Signature Margarita (5/5) - Bright citrusy flavor with a touch of sweetness, plus a gorgeous edible flower on top. Loved it! Mai Tai (5/5) - A perfectly balanced classic with pineapple and rum, garnished with a pineapple leaf. Tropical perfection. Food Highlights Brussels Sprouts (4/5) - Nicely crisped and seasoned with a tasty gochujang glaze. Poke Nachos (4/5) - Wonton chips were great, but the poke tuna was a bit on the chewy side. Hoisin Glazed Ribs (5/5) - So flavorful and tender. Perfect if you're extra hungry and craving something bold. Crab-Crusted Opakapaka (5/5) - Light, slightly sweet, and paired with a nutty white wine broth--beautifully done! Ginger Scallion Tofu (2/5) - Unfortunately too bland for my taste; would've loved a punchier vinaigrette. Ube Panna Cotta (3/5) - Loved the crunchy coconut topping; mango compote was just okay. Passionfruit Semifreddo (4/5) - The rhubarb sauce and chocolate crumb combo really worked. This is a fun, festive spot with a well-curated menu and Instagram-worthy cocktails. Definitely recommend for groups, birthdays, or themed nights out--just be ready for a little road trip to get there!

Yelp
I rated this place a while ago and I have to say they have redeem themselves my son and I had dinner here together and it was just perfect. They had the perfect portion for him as he's a young guy. Servers were sweet and it was really quiet evening perfect for both of us. The food was great. Salmon was amazing.!! So worth checking out again !!

Yelp
Wow! I had tried this restaurant early when it first opened and I don't think at the time I ordered the right thing, but I'm so glad I tried it again. We ordered the hot honey pepperoni pizza and the chicken katsu with the rice, pasta salad and teriyaki chicken, and then for dessert we shared a piece of their chocolate and coconut pie. Oh my gosh!!!! Lights out, hands down a 10! I was so impressed. Everything was absolutely delicious!! I can't believe I was holding out on myself. We will be frequent customers from now on!

Yelp
We have been meaning to try Pau Hana for quite some time and we finally did tonight and it was wonderful. Our server, Andrew, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and made perfect recommendations. I got the Poke Bowl and it was fresh and delicious. My husband got the Loco Moco, savory and also delicious. We sat on the lanai and it was toasty warm even in the dead of winter. Can't wait to return to try other menu items.

Yelp
Atmosphere is great, food is fresh and tasty. A little pricey but the quality is great! The passion fruit dessert is SOOOO GOOD!

Yelp
Attended a Minnesota Rum Club event at Pau Hana. A warm establishment with authentic Hawaiian food, creative cocktails, and friendly bartenders and servers. Enjoyed a drink, an app, and a pizza while sampling some delicious Black Tot rums. The Kona Joe cocktail was delicious; the coffee rum shined. The KFC app of tempura cauliflower with furikake ranch and Gochujang glaze dipping sauces reminded me of dining in Hawaii. Our pizza, the Kai, was high quality and loaded with pepperoni cups, but could have used a lot more pickled fresh jalapeños and charred pineapple. We be back to enjoy more menu items for sure.

Yelp
Great pizza and the kids chicken was a delicious katsu style. We ordered online through Uber Eats and picked up. They got our food fast after we arrived, so pickup service was good. We will be back sometime to eat inside as it looked beautiful with the wood fire pizza oven and Hawaii theme. There was plenty of parking even though they were busy when we went to pick up the food. Highly recommend checking Pau Hana out!
google avatar

Tracee T.

Yelp
Another great restaurant South of the metro! Their wood fired pizza is literally fire! Sooo good! I live for thin crust that's not soggy and not overly crunchy like a cracker. The Katsu Chicken Loco Moco dish was also delicious! If you like curry flavors, you'll enjoy this. It's so nice to have great restaurants like these in the South Metro.

Yelp
The food here is so tasty, and the service has been stellar every time we've gone. It's one of our favorite places to go for dinner.
google avatar

Markeda D.

Yelp
This place was recommended to me by a friend who went here a few times for brunch and dinner. The location was easy to find and there was a large parking lot which was easily accessible. As our party arrived one by one we were greeted and seated. A million thank yous to our waitress who was extra patient with us last night. I loved the origami paper cranes and flower touches in all the little details. I ordered the misoyaki salmon and it was probably one of the best dishes I have had recently. I'm coming back of course, because now I know why this place was so highly recommended
google avatar

Phil G.

Yelp
The guava mimosas were delicious, and any pizza with brined mozzarella adds a beautiful depth of flavor!

Vy T.

Yelp
Food was extremely mediocre. It seems the restaurant is aiming for a cuisine or concept that exceeds their current capabilities. All of the dishes (both appetizers and entrees) that were supposed to be hot were served cold. The service was slow although it didn't seem busy. They also gave my table chopsticks for a poke bowl for some odd reason.
google avatar

Yelp
We stopped at Pau Hana for an early dinner and we were able to get right in. We ordered some drinks and they came quickly. The server was also helpful with recommendations for both food and drinks. For food, we tried a little bit of everything (a pizza, some wings, and a burger). Everything but the fries were good! The fries seemed like classic, out of the bag Sysco fries. Not crispy and pretty flavorless. However, the sauce on the wings and the pizza made up for it! Overall, the food was good and we'll be back if we're in the area.

Yelp
A Debit CC deduction of $8.86.. costs them on average $.34 cents.. rip off If you need to get that 8.86 , add it to the already ridiculous over priced Meals, Average Food Ridiculous prices! It a Priority Lake Ladies-do lunch on the Corporate CC!

Yelp
It's overpriced "Hawaiian" Perkins. We had chicken katsu sandwich; portion was nice but the chicken was extremely tough and not well seasoned, very little sauce, Side was just litteral perkin fries. Was able to eat 3 bites of sandwich before I just couldn't continue. Loco moco was much better, but for $26 the portion was small, and only parts of the dish were good. The best thing on the dish was the small portion of rice with yellow curry sauce and runny egg. Chicken katsu (smaller portion than sandwich) again still tough and not great and shrimp was "fine" The best thing we had was pork skewers app (4 small meatballs) tasted great, but 16 bucks, maybe spring for 2 extra meatballs? At the end they also added hidden fee for using a credit card. I'm fine with this. But put it on your menu and website ahead of time. Im fine paying higher prices for GOOD food. But this isn't that. It's well plated, but poorly executed. Overall, value is extremely poor, food isn't great and experience is disappointing. This is a one-and-done place that prob won't survive
google avatar

Misty A.

Yelp
I drive 45 minutes to eat here and it's well worth the drive. Their brunch menu is amazing and delicious. I love that they offer non alcoholic cocktails. Recommend the Loco Moco and ask for the double coconut shirmp . The curry is so delicious and so well balanced. They know how to pair spices. I always order fries to dip in the remaining curry sauce. It's worth it. For non alcoholic drinks the highball is so good. The last time I was there we both ended up having two. They are refreshingly good.
google avatar

Yelp
There was plenty of parking. We had reservations on the patio and it was nice that it was a covered patio. I had a mai Tai which was delicious. We split the ahi tuna nachos as an app. We also had the loco moco and luxe burger. It's definitely one of the best meals we've had in awhile when going out. The staff were friendly and very attentive. I would recommend going here for date night or meeting up with friends.

Stacy S.

Yelp
Great place for a date night - the ambiance and not overly noisy. Food was fresh and had great taste/flavors. The batter on the shrimp and chicken was light with a nice crunch. Definitely want to come back to try the pizza as everyone that was walked past our table looked delicious. Also, very fun if you have kids to be able to watch the staff make the pizzas. Only reason for 4 stars is our server was slightly forgetful and not very attentive. Never got our beer that we ordered half way through our meal, and never saw her again until it was time to get our check. We had to ask another server for our boxes.
google avatar

Angela K.

Yelp
Our favorite spot in the southern suburbs for Friday/Saturday date night. The cocktails are delicious and we can always grab a spot at the bar. We love the pizzas and ahi poke! Our servers are always attentive and the bartenders are so fun.
google avatar

Sue S.

Yelp
We had an early dinner/happy hour at Pau Hana when I went out to visit my friend in Savage. I'd never heard of the restaurant, but it was a good stop. Since we were there early, it wasn't busy at all. Our server was pretty good, attentive and helpful. Cocktails were super fun, very pretty and really tasty. -We got the poke stack, which was pretty good. When it arrived at the table, it was very pretty with the avocado on the bottom and the poke on the top. I was a bit confused because I remembered the menu saying something about fried wontons but I didn't see any. Turns out they were mixed in with the poke, so they offered a nice texture element. I will say that the lack of crackers or anything like that made it a little tough to share. It was a little awkward. -I had the fish and chips, which was decent. Fish was fine. Fries were very good. -She had the loco moco, which definitely reminded me of loco mocos in Hawaii -We got the chocolate pie and it was good but really sweet. It's a freaking pie you know?
google avatar

Elly P.

Yelp
Pau Hana speaks more to the atmosphere and life on the island than the actual cuisine. This is TRUE! Ambiance and Service is definitely great! Foods are tasty but if you didn't tell me it's Hawaiian (inspired) I wouldn't know Overall experience if you're in the area then by all mean stop by there. But don't expect real Hawaiian foods The foods are great but not memorable. Just like run of the mill "nice restaurants" One thing stood out though. There's a spicy cocktail that is actually spicy but it's good. That one is actually memorable and unique for this place
google avatar

Jason H.

Yelp
Fun stop before a concert at Mystic Lake . Unfortunately we never made reservations but we're able to sit at the bar to enjoy a quick dinner . We both loved our drinks . Both were very refreshing and flavorful. The garnishes were a nice addition. My wife loved the Misoyaki Salmon. The Salmon and rice are cooked perfectly. I enjoyed my poke stack . It was smaller and probably should ordered another appetizer. The Buffalo cauliflower I seen next to use also looked great. The reason for 4 stars was because we kinda felt unwelcome at the bar . Being told to stay out of the way of the servers . Otherwise dinner was fantastic. We'll be back.
google avatar

Rick B.

Yelp
Everything was perfect, appetizers, drinks, dinners, service, and the ambiance. We drove up from Mankato(60 miles in the pouring rain) and it was worth the time and gas. Get a reservation and go to Pan Hana. You will be pleased.

Yelp
Reviewing their Winter 2023 Restaurant Week menu plus other A La carte items. In general, their cocktails are always amazing. Got the spicy margarita for today. First course -tried the miso kabocha soup & seafood dumpling (but was more a seafood panko fried medallion). The soup was tasty and rich but wished there was some protein. Should have tried the pork belly skewers instead. Second course- tried the fish katsu (deep fried fish patty). The fish was fine but the crust was slightly over cooked, wasabi aioli was nice condiment though. Other second course was the pork chop. Tender and not great but not bad either. For some reason the kabocha squash mash side was very good but then the Brussels side was too over cooked. Third course- had both options, tres leches and banana trifle. They were ok. Banana trifle was tad sweet for my preference and the tres leches had a nice guava milk base.

Yelp
It was my first time visiting at Pau Hana in Savage & I had a great experience! Excellent Hawaiian themed drinks, apps and entrees. I ordered one of the house cocktails called the Banzia. It tasted so tropical and was a perfect pairing with the Show You pizza & Loco Moco. 10/10 recommend this restaurant rather it be for date night, girls night, or even family night with the kiddos.
google avatar

Prim I.

Yelp
Pau Hana is a treat to have in Savage. Housed in the former Perkins, the interior remains the same as far was table placement, seating structure but decorated beautifully to give an open, airy, natural island feel with ample lighting. We went on Easter for brunch, promptly seated in a long booth and immediately serviced with water. Staff was attentive. Our group ordered the special- Lobster Roll, Loco Moco, Ghost Bowl and the kid's Cheeseburger. Brunch menu is smaller with offerings from the dinner menu. The star dish of the table was the Loco Moco, there was a nice balance of sweetness and curry where the curry didn't over power the entire dish. For my 4 year old her burger was "better than a Happy Meal and would like to go back." Drinks were delicious.

Brecklyn S.

Yelp
What a lovely surprise! We rarely cross the river for dinner, but during January's Restaurant Week we stumbled across this hidden gem we would have never found otherwise. Pau Hana offers Hawaiian cuisine presented in a variety of formats that I cannot recommend enough! I spent much of my childhood in Hawaii and after my first bite I was instantly transported back. Plus a cocktail that comes with an origami crane, what more could one ask for? Next time we go we are going to have to try one of their many unique pizzas! We munched on: - Vermicelli Seafood Cake - Pork Belly Skewer - Opakapaka Katsu - Glenview Farms Pork Chop - Tres Leches Cake - Banana Trifle

Yelp
Reeeeeeeally good! Went for brunch on a Saturday and had the ghost bowl and loco moco. Delicious and nice change of taste for the area. The inside is really cute and service was quick. Can't wait to go back and try some other things.

Yelp
The wood fire pizzas are amazing! Always have great service. The drinks are really good. I always have enjoyed my time coming here.

Yelp
Shout out to Savage MN had a great hawaiian restaurant! It was worth the drive from the cities, and will tide us over until our next adventure to hawaii. The drinks were delicious and not too sweet. The food was excellent. We ate in the covered outside area, but the inside looked cool as well!
google avatar

Alyana S.

Yelp
I came here on a Monday night and it was not busy! I made a reservation just in case but I love the overall vibe! I loved the Hawaiian theme decorations and the staff was great with providing recommendations! I got the Two by the Sea drink and it was very delicious! It had coconut in it and the overall mix was delicious! Then I got the Show You pizza and it didn't disappoint! I pretty much finished majority of my pizza because I came to this restaurant hungry and that pizza was to die for! Pau Hana is out of the way in the Twin Cities but definitely worth a stop if you're in Savage, MN!

Yelp
Went here for restaurant week and loved it! They have great food and adorable cocktails! Definitely worth checking out for the ambience and the esthetic of the food and drinks! Service was fantastic-- quickly brought food and drinks and everything came out with the proper timing ! Dessert was super yummy too!!! Highly recommend!

Yelp
SPACE: Swung in for a meal on a Friday evening. Had a reservation and was sat within a few minutes. We were out on the patio which was nice and airy but still offered a rooftop covering. Ambience is light and bright; definitely get beachy but not informal vibes. SERVICE: everyone was polite and we were attended to regularly. Nothing over the top or overtly friendly. Would have loved to have a little more welcome and perhaps a couple suggestions on dishes, drinks as it was our first time. FOOD: We started with the tuna poke and avocado tower which was delicious. The spicy mayo mixed with the fish, avo and crisp was a perfectly flavored and textured bite. My husband had the pulled pork for his main and it was decent but missing some flavor or wow factor. We wouldn't get that again. I got the hanger steak and it was so so so good!!! A nice Caribbean flavor, pineapple, cilantro, green onion aioli on top - so good! Well seasoned and the medium rare was nicely cooked. Loved the fried potatoes and carrots on the side too. I will for sure be back for this dish! We enjoyed our experience and plan to stop back in soon!

Cindy W.

Yelp
Worst service ever. Waitress was in a surly mood and she either didn't want to be there or didn't want to be bothered by us being there. I don't usually write reviews, but she completely ruined our experience and considering how much it cost and it was supposed to be a nice evening out together I'm just really miffed. She was kinda short with the couple sitting next to us as well, but we made the mistake of asking her a question about an item on the menu.

Yelp
I've had this restaurant on my Yelp 'try these' collection for some time and I'm so glad I finally made it. I love Hawaii and this was a way to transport your tastebuds to the islands. I chose salmon for my entree (one needs to eat fish when on an island, and husband chose the Kulua pork sandwich (transporting him to a luau). The meals were excellent. Our server suggested medium for my salmon and it had the right amount of crisp and tenderness. The broccolini and rice were perfect compliments. I cleared my plate, which doesn't happen often, and felt like I finished a very healthy meal. I asked our server for a drink suggestion, wanting to try something fun. She suggested the Flora Luna and I loved it. It was light, sweet but not a glass of sugar, and oooo so pretty. The origami bird was an added bonus. Our server was excellent. She was helpful to as as new patrons and helped us make excellent choices. Great experience!

Yelp
Excellent food, attentive service, and a relaxed vibe. We will be back to try the pizza.

Yelp
I have been twice. Once for dinner & once for brunch. Lots of great seating and bar space. Huge parking lot. The wings are big & juicy. They are house-smoked chicken wings tossed in Buffalo sauce & served with buttermilk bleu cheese dressing. You can choose Buffalo, Gochujang, Sweet Soy, or Pele dry rub. The wings were super solid! I will definitely get them again. Ahi Loco Moco! It's made with seared ahi tuna, coconut shrimp, fried egg, furikake sushi rice, & Japanese green curry. It was so yummy! I literally want to order their whole menu & eat everything. Every item sounds so good! Brunch: I love the vibe of the patio for brunch! It was a beautiful morning to enjoy some awesome food & drinks. Ghost Bowl - crispy breakfast potatoes, white american cheese, fried eggs, guacamole, duroc bacon, cherry tomatoes, pickled red onion, & ghost aioli w/ a side of sourdough toast. This was so good! That ghost aioli & crispy breakfast potatoes!!! Oh yeah! What a great brunch dish! Island Sangria- grab this by the glass or in a carafe for the table. Made w/ White wine, peach, pear, grapefruit, creme de fleur, vodka, lemon, & seltzer. Guava Mimosa - guava puree, guava juice, prosecco, & lime. I think guava is the only way I now want a mimosa. So refreshing! Definitely going back again!

Yelp
Great food and service and not just great food but how they prepare it as a unique experience means a lot as well. The cocktails were delicious and the Ambiance was enough to satisfy most hungry eyes I will definitely be back that's for sure

Yelp
The food is very good! The drinks are on the spendy side especially the specialty drinks. Go for the food and hit other bars in area for drinks after.

Yelp
Walking in feels like you've been transported to an island vacation. I love the huge woven basket lights the warm tones and the friendly greeting we received on arriving. We chose to eat on the patio (lanai) the vibe was great and beautiful space. The flies however were a bit of a nuisance (can't really escape bugs when you're eating outside). So if that bothers you I'd suggest sitting inside! Plus the decor is super cute!! The food was gorgeous, bright, colorful fun dishes with great flavors! I loved the drinks too especially the mai tais and the golden curry in the moco loco. The ahi tuna was seasoned really nice and our server gave awesome recommendations steering us toward to most flavorful popular items on the menu! I'm glad for restaurant week for finally getting me down to savage to have this beautiful experience!!

Katie S.

Yelp
Wonderfully polite and happy service! Cooked my salmon to temperature which I very much appreciate. That detail is hard to find. We enjoyed every bit of it. Seated in main dining

Yelp
It's hard to believe this was a Perkins, the inside has been completely transformed. Sure you can notice some of the original bones if you know it was a Perkins, but I still felt this was so far removed from what it used to be. It was cool to see hand tossed pizza crusts flying through the air just outside their wood fired oven. We started our off with some cocktails, all of them were delicious. We followed up with 3 appetitizers(roasted beets, poke stack, and lomi lomi salmon) each one was fabulous. Next up, we shared the pizza special...lights out flavor and exterior crust. The problem and it could be because it came at the same time as the appetizers...the crust in the middle was soggy which almost made it a knife and fork pizza. On to the entrees and more drinks, I got the Luxe burger(a smidge overcooked for my taste, it's not a parlour burger, but it's good) my wife and her friend got the misoyaki salmon(great flavor and perfectly cooked) and her friend's boyfriend got the ahi Loco moco which was awesome(and a large serving). Highly recommend this place!

Yelp
Wow! I am so happy this restaurant came to town. The food is fantastic. Staff is friendly! Decor is awesome. Things I love: - The KFC appetizer is delicious. - The poke stack is amazing - The Kai pizza is great! - The MISOYAKI SALMON entree is one of the best dishes I've had anywhere! - Beautiful decor! -Making reservations online and getting a reminder. Things I like: - Free parking -The Asian slaw salad is pretty good. -The roasted the appetizers pretty good, a little too much on the sweet side. - HAUPIA PIE is good. I shared it with my husband and it's kinda too small to share. Couple things I don't love: - its on the spendy side - Cocktails are tasty but small - MISO CAESAR salad is a pretty average salad. I wouldn't come here for a salad. - It can be tricky to get in - reservations almost mandatory. There are a few seats at the bar though! Overall, this place is a must visit! Try the salmon!!

Yelp
So glad to have a non-chain restaurant in Savage as we are severely lacking in them. The ambience in the main room is bright, fun, and tropical. Definitely brightens up your day if you go during the winter gloom! I enjoy the food but especially love the cocktails. The KFC (Korean friend cauliflower) is fantastic!! I'd say it's a bit pricey for the quality of food overall so deducting one star.
