As the owner of Rolling Suds of Fairfield-Westchester, providing power washing and roof washing services throughout Katonah and Northern Westchester, I’m constantly driving around the area — and Paulie’s Deli has become one of my favorite stops. Whether it’s grabbing a hot breakfast sandwich before a job or picking up lunch between house washes, this place never disappoints. The food is top-notch: fresh, flavorful, and made fast. The bacon, egg, and cheese is a classic done right, and the chicken cutlet sandwiches are always packed and satisfying. They’ve got a great variety of options, from cold subs to daily specials, and the portions are generous. What really sets Paulie’s apart, though, is the atmosphere. It’s a true neighborhood deli — friendly service, local regulars, and a staff that treats everyone like they’ve been coming in for years. It’s the kind of place that makes working in Katonah a little more enjoyable. If you’re in the area and want a quick bite that doesn’t cut corners, Paulie’s Deli is as good as it gets. Highly recommend to locals and anyone passing through.

The sandwiches here are excellent. The sandwiches here are exactly what you think of when you think of a classic north east sandwich shop. Chicken cutlets were perfect, bread was great and the staff was super friendly. My daughter dropped one of the sandwiches on the floor and they just made us a new one without question or additional charge. I can’t recommend this enough.

My new favorite spot to stop on my way to Westchester County airport or while in Katonah! I love this place. Nice clean deli with a nice menu selection and friendly owners! They’re right next to the large commuter parking lot.

Hidden gem of Americana. Not just a deli, but everything it's supposed to be and more. Coffee shop, beer package store, fantastic deli sandwiches, a mini-bar with nice little rotation of fantastic local beers on tap, and top top it off, a patio sitting area to relax for lunch with friends. Its perfect for what it is.

Just come eat here. Got what i wanted good price good food clean environment good service. I even got a chuckle cause the counter girl shorter then the counter lol but its good stuff here need this type of business in lower westchester.

Absolutely incredible deli. Sandwiches are always made to order and I am never disappointed. Always clean and organized inside and they have pretty much everything you’ll want. Can get a little pricey for some things but not crazy especially compared to local places in Katonah and Bedford. Love going here

So overpriced it's absolutely absurd. Went in to grab 2 bags of ice bc where I normally buy from is out. I asked for 2. It was $7. That's fine. I go out & the bags are insanely small. I go back in & ask for 3 more. It totalled $11 more dollars. I came home & dumped all 5 bags in the cooler & I'm about half full. It'd cost me $36 dollars to fill up my cooler. For frozen water. Ridiculous & shameless. Will not return. I'm paying for their kid's college by buying their ice.

Food was delish, I ordered a BEC on a roll and was veryyyyyy happy with it. Paul got a philly cheese steak but regrets not ordering the chopped cheese. We met Paulie and he was quite nice. Overall service great. Ambience on point, standard deli aesthetics and it was very clean. Bathroom very clean! Overall would absolutely return to this establishment :)

The sandwiches were great! I would be a repeat customer except for the fact that after we made our purchase, we saw a sandwich board out in the front of the deli that referenced their political affiliation. It's a shame, but I will not be supporting this business again.

Delicious! This is your good ol' fashioned neighborhood spot where everyone knows each other. Like the corner bodega. Such kind people serving delicious, melted breakfast sandwiches (loved the Just Like Heaven sandwich with eggs and cheese and avocado), perfectly-grilled bread, and even, if you'd like, some ketchup, salt, and pepper on your bacon-egg-and-cheese. Their oatmeal cookie and hazelnut coffee is also delicious. Definitely coming back for more breakfast and lunch sandwiches and coffee. 5 stars!!!!

I'm not sure why so many people gave it such great reviews. We ordered two sandwiches and they were horrible. Both of them were bland and very salty and my husband's stomach has not been right for five hours now. After we left, we went through the town and there was a ton of other restaurants. We wish we would've known about. Avoid it!

This place is so so so good!!! If you're looking for a quality sandwich, this is the place!!! Delicious. From what I could tell, they also have quick breakfast items, coffee, and an ice cream case.

Great local deli, clean, efficient, friendly! I love getting breakfast there, sandwiches are delicious and coffee is very good! Give it a try! PS It is open on Mondays, Mondays are tough in Katonah

Paulie's has been my go-to place for coffee and a bagel every Friday for sometime now. I feel compelled to review now after this past week's deviation from my usual and going with a BLT. Absolutely amazing. Toasted everything bagel with bacon, lettuce, tomato and avocado with a sauce that takes any perception of mayonnaise you might have and turns it on it's earlobe. Paulie's right hand lady is the master of coffee and Double Barrel Roasters does not disappoint. Also very much worth trying is the "For Heaven's Sake" which is a Bacon Egg and Cheese made grill cheese style with texas toast and will satisfy any hunger you might have for some time. No visitor to Katonah should leave without at least stopping in for a taste. Oh, and I think there was something about beer....... :D

Great food and service. Philly cheese, Hulk wrap, fries -- yum. And great selection of beers.

Stumbled on this place by accident. Was headed for another restaurant so glad we did. Great selection. A really wide variety to choose from for lunch. Boars head meat. I had a terrific chicken quesadilla. Tons of selections for drinks as well. Beer garden with lots of selections. Delicious home made food. Very good service and I recommend you try it because it's freshly made and yummy Not much parking for sure really good prices as well

Fantastic Deli! Paul and Margo have created the go-to deli for the entire area, which is evident by the clientele - everyone that is in the know goes there! The breakfast sandwiches are hands down the best (Sausage, Egg, and Cheese on lightly toasted Bagel my favorite). The selections for lunch are fantastic - and having tried most of the menu items, have always been extremely pleased with anything I have chosen. They are always very generous with the amount of lunchmeat on their rolls wedges, and everything is always fresh (including bread). The whole team is always friendly and happy to see you, which adds to the experience in Katonah. Lastly, Paulie's is always immaculate inside, which is exactly what you want for a location that prepares food - floors, counters, kitchen - everything is spotless. My go-to location, even if I am traveling in the opposite direction!

Best chicken cutlet sandwich in Katonah! They probably have more great stuff but the chicken cutlet is the first thing I tried and I keep going back and getting the same thing. It's so good. Paulie's Deli is a much needed addition to Katonah. They keep renovating and upgrading and I can't wait to see what comes next.

Great Deli. Great People. You have to try the 3 cheese grilled cheese. Add some bacon and It's outstanding.

If you are looking for a $20 avocado toast and pieces of lavender in your $8 coffee there is plenty of that down the road. Paulies is a normal place with normal food and a killer beer selection. Thank you for providing locals with an unpretentious deli to get real sandwiches at reasonable prices in an area that tends to produce mediocre restaurants with entitled owners making money off of Katonah branding.

Welcome to Katonah! Love this place. BLAM is great (bacon, lettuce, avocado, yummmmmm) just enough crispy bacon to make the avocado even more delicious. My new lunch spot

Great, unpretentious local spot. It's so convenient next to the train station and you're not paying an arm and a leg. Got the bacon, egg, and cheese and a chicken cutlet. Delish.

Stopped here on the way home from Newark Airport. Great sandwiches and great salades. Very friendly staff. Lots of choice for food, drinks and baked snacks. Definitely recommend!
