Paulie's Sweet Scoops Ice Cream Parlor and Bakery

Phenomenal little ice cream and bakery store. They serve delicious homemade ice cream and baked fresh pastries. We had a few different ice cream 🍦 flavors and everything tasted delicious and amazing. We have also tried Dole Whip and it is very tasty and refreshing. Their waffle cones are the best tasting and they are homemade too. We had a great experience. Staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The store is very clean, and beautifully decorated with Las Vegas pictures on the walls. Highly recommended !

The service was great, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is cozy. Ice cream, well my daughter and husband loved theirs! My daughter tried chocolate chip cookie dough, and my husband tried the Dulce de Leche with strawberry cheesecake, and that was very tasty! I tried the snickerdoodle but wasn't a big fan because this ice cream is not a very creamy type. To me, it seems like more water-based. What I loved was that they make the waffle cone as soon as you order it, so it is fresh! We also tried the cheesecake from their bakery, and you get to choose what topping to put on top. We choose raspberry. This was literally one of the best cheesecakes I have ever tasted and a must-try!

Nice quaint ice cream shop that also sells pasties, muffins, and soup. Upon entering, we were greeted. Marcus was friendly. Swiss chocolate ice cream was tasty. If you’re in the mood for ice cream, then stop by. Locally owned. Conveniently located off of Craig Road in North Las Vegas. Easy access to the freeway.

It's a cute little ice cream shop/bakery. The only thing was they had limited flavors of ice cream due to someone being out sick. But the flavors they had were delicious. S'mores and Not your mama's pumpkin pie. Both delicious. The waffle cones are the best I've ever had. Crunchy and sweet, yet sturdy, like a cookie. Definitely will come again.

New and wholesome spot. The owner was accommodating and friendly. He makes everything fresh and from scratch. Unique flavors like Blueberry Merlot, Banana Cream Pie, Coconut Cream Pie etc. We got lucky to score the $5 “Overstock” pints. Also offered pastries and giant cookies.

My first visit. Was looking for dairy free ice cream and lucked up with Paulie's. It's not very big and has a small seating area, but they have a large selection of bakery products. Got the Lavender Cherry dairy free ice cream and it tastes great. Also got the shortcake cupcake 🧁 It was very good. Will be visiting Paulie's again.

Small great place for ice cream and pastry. Good service. Clean place. Everything made from scratch. Have about a handful of vegan items. Roasted banana snicker doodle, pineapple lemon acai, wild cherry lavender.

We tried five different flavors of ice cream. All were good but only the Dulce de Leche was above average. A single scoop is about $6. Two scoops is about $8.
