It's a cool and modern place at my favorite street. I love Aleksanterinkatu and everything that is connected, but this new cafe is a great spot for hanging out with a friend or just working remotely, and they have quite a fine selection of cakes and other easy food things to have with coffee, and a plenty of coffee options of course. The cake I had was may be not the most amazing one, same for the coffee, but I anyway liked the place a lot and would try something different next time!

Definitely overpriced. But nice location, interior (especially the second floor) and amazing coffee. My beloved drink is superkahvi, which feels like a meal tho :) Raw cakes on the display only look yummy, but don’t be fooled. That was the only time I appreciated the small nature of the pieces there. The coffee flavored cake I paid 7e for tasted like butter and sand. Ice cream was quite nice. Also vegan options available!

Amazing place! Great ambience, perfect for group meetings or just working in silence (especially upstairs). I wont even comment on the quality of their coffee and kindness of the staff because around the Helsinki area there's no other place that can compete with theirs! Hopefully I'll be back for their buffet next time :)

It’s a “place to be” where you get good and tasty coffee and yummy raw cakes and of course breakfast. It is expensive but I think for the quality and especially for Finland standards it is totally fine. I had breakfast on Sunday, where you choose 3 things from the menu and get a fresh orange juice and coffee (you can refill it) included. The atmosphere is stylishly and hip. I also had some raw cakes and the chia pudding. I just can recommend all the food, you wouldn’t be disappointed ;)

Great location and atmosphere 👌 Staff are nice. I tried their coffee since they are roastey; and their cappuccino is ok but no depth of flavor in their coffee but no bitterness neither. Slight acidic. it is just meh for me personally. The atmosphere, design, and location is AWESOME 👌 Price quality ratio is fine. I would definitely come here if I want to chill. Note, what would be great if they have a coffee tasting menu item where you get selection of different filter coffees using different beans.

One of my favourite places to hang out and do work. Staff super friendly, healthy fresh food (a lot of vegan options), raw cakes are the best I’ve tasted, and the breku menu is to die for. I had the best matcha pancakes I’ve ever tasted. Although, it is often crowded.

Good single origin roasts and they seem to know what they’re doing using the v60, but my coffee was luke warm and extremely sour (sour you could debate, but luke warm you can’t). Excellent croissant. Tried to discuss the coffees with the barista (manager?) but he seemed pretty busy, dismissive and not interested in discussing his roasts. It was a letdown after all the hype I’d heard from other baristas around town. He never even asked how I liked the cup. I’ve got no time for that kind of service. If you want to enjoy a great cup and not feel like you’re an interloper, I recommend Johan & Nystrom, Cafe Artisan, Cafetoria, Kaffa Roastery or We Got This.

A fashionable cafe serving a selection of bakery goods including raw cake. Well displayed food allergen info. A bit pricey.
