Pauline Restaurant was an absolute standout from start to finish. The ambiance is warm, stylish, and inviting—perfect for a relaxed yet elevated dining experience. The staff was attentive and genuinely welcoming, with special recognition to our server May, who went above and beyond to make the night unforgettable. The food was outstanding. The hearts of palm with truffle and mango were perfectly balanced and full of flavor, and the lobster sancocho was rich, comforting, and beautifully executed. And do not leave without trying the cinco conchas—they were absolutely amazing and a must-have. Every dish felt thoughtful and special. Pauline is a must-visit, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

We had a really lovely dinner here. All of the food was fantastic. We honestly couldn’t pick a favorite. The service was great and the drinks were also delicious. We really liked their High Note cocktail. They also have really great vegetarian options (the hearts of palm entree was delicious) which can be hard to find at high end restaurants. Definitely recommend!

We happened upon this gem of a restaurant while walking up and down Collins, trying to find an upscale restaurant to celebrate a 50th birthday. It's tucked away in the hotel, but the scavenger hunt is definitely worth it! The atmosphere was very peaceful. And the food (twists on regular) gave explosions of flavor with every bite!

Pauline was amazing! The service was top notch, our waiter Andy was so attentive and pleasant. The food was delicious! Also try the connected speakeasy, Kenny makes amazing cocktails!

Our dinner at Pauline was phenomenal! Our favourite dinner during our weekend in Miami. Highly recommend the zucchini blossoms and corn small plates. Truly stand out dishes. Service was awesome, very friendly and attentive. We were able to walk in on a Saturday without a reservation, but have a feeling that won’t be the case for long!

Probably one of the best meals I’ve had in the last year. I wish I would have taken more pictures to share. The atmosphere was elevated but not stuffy. The staff was very attentive without being intrusive. I can’t wait to go back when I’m traveling to Miami.

I can’t believe I didn’t know about this hidden gem sooner because I would’ve become a regular instantly. This was easily one of the best and most delicious dining experiences I’ve ever had. My boyfriend and I did the five-course Valentine’s Day special, and every single dish was cooked to perfection.Our waitress and bartender, Stephanie, gave us the best recommendations and made the whole experience even more special. The Florida Keys shrimp, seabass, and key lime pie were our absolute favorites. We’ll definitely be coming back for future date nights!

Beautiful new restaurant with incredible food! We tried this spot for the first time and were blown away. The zucchini flowers were outstanding, and every dish we ordered was just as impressive. The lobster sancocho was especially delicious. The restaurant itself is stunning, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was a little quiet since they just opened a few days ago, but the experience was still fantastic. Definitely a must-try!
