This place is insane. And I mean that in a good way. You may stutter a little when you see the prices at first but once you realize that all of the sausage is made by hand, and the months and years they went into perfecting the recipes… I would go so far as to say, they aren’t charging enough. Mark my words, this place shows up on some sort of Food Network show in the near future. That’s the level at which they are crushing. You are doing yourself a massive disservice if you don’t come here. Top quality food by top quality owners.

Stopped in on our way to the wineries in Lodi and ordered the Italian cold cut combo. It’s served on focaccia bread that’s made fresh daily—and it definitely delivered. The produce was crisp, the portion of cold cuts was generous, and the sandwich was large enough to split. Great value for the price. I plan to come back and try more items from the grab-and-go menu.

Paulo's Sausage Company has the BEST sandwiches around! There is nothing that compares. It's a must try, you will not be disappointed! The ingredients are all fresh and delicious, the presentation is on point! The cute little shop is tucked in a corner with picnic tables outside to enjoy your delicious food! The shop is always super clean and is such a vibe!! The owners are awesome people! You must try this spot!

This place is delicious, and the owners are the best! I had the Hazy Cowboy smash, and my girlfriend had the Mediterranean smash. Both were perfect. Mine had just the right amount of heat without being too much, and hers was delicious and refreshing. The cannoli was also top notch. The shop has a very local, Italian deli feel, with fresh made sausage and meatballs available at the counter. Highly recommend checking out this great local joint!

Paulo’s is the best sausage around. I absolutely love their lasagna. I have stomach issues especially with red sauce ever since a sleeve was done. I never have any GI symptoms when I have any of Paulos food. The service is hands down personal and professional. Jenna is the sweetest. My twins love her cannolis!! They are also at all of the farmers market local and in the surrounding areas. Paulos delivers quality food!

I had a great conversation with the owners at their pop-up event at Oakley Tavern, and knew right away how genuine they were as people. A honest, hard working and passionate family owned business folk. They took a leap to jump fully into the sausage game and have knocked it out of the park so far in my opinion. Cant wait to visit their main store front. Keep it up Paulo’s! Can’t wait to try more of your menu.

Paulo Sausage has the best sausages around!! I have not bought sausages from anywhere else in over a year and a half. They are a staple for my weekly farmer’s markets run! I always have at least 2 packs in my fridge. They are so great and so delicious! I want to get out to their storefront to try their sandwiches and cannolis!

I bought the sausages at the farmers market in Brentwood. They were excellent on the barbecue! We're going to stop by and try their lunch menu.
