Amazing food! Very authentic and full of flavor! The smoked brisket sandwich was outstanding probably the best coleslaw I’ve ever had! The brisket pho was very fresh, filling, and clean!! When I’m back in Jackson, I will definitely coming back to Paul’s kitchen! Tina was so wonderful she gave us her shrimp and pork eggrolls to try, which were very good!!!

We absolutely loved our meal and the service we got! My wife and I had brisket, beans, slaw, roasted potatoes, and summer rolls. The aroma walking into the restaurant was an immediate sign that we were going to have a tasty meal, and that sense proved right. The brisket had great flavor, the potatoes were some of the best I’ve had anywhere, and the summer roll tasted perfectly fresh. We were also offered samples of their Philly cheesesteak egg rolls, which were also really tasty! My wife does not like Philly cheesesteak, yet she loved these. If we’re ever passing through Jackson again, we would enthusiastically come back here! The combination of barbecue and Vietnamese was unique but so worth it. Worth noting too that the whole restaurant felt very clean.

Customer service is amazing. Their Pho I literally eat it everyday or every other day. I love their set-up inside the restaurant contactless payment. Calm atmosphere.

The food was amazing! We ordered pickup (brisket and pork) with some sides. We ate every bite. They were super nice at pick up as well.

We are from out of town, just randomly stopped for dinner before we head home. The customer service is above and beyond what we expected. The place is very clean. Everyone there is so kind. We had Vietnamese noodles, the brisket is so nicely done, the soup was delicious. The owner offered rice with pork belly for us to tried, so yummy!!!! You can tell he really cares for what he cooks! We will definitely come back when we are in the area.

So freakin good! I had the smoked chicken sandwich with sweet & spicy bbq - it was perfectly tender and sauced. Sides were great too. They gave me a free side of roast potatoes and they’re easily the best potato’s I’ve had in years. I don’t live here buts it’s an easy stop off route 40 - I’ll be back!

Excellent food! Had take out this weekend from here - BBQ pork, Brisket, Ribs, and Smoked Chicken - and it's excellent! Best I've had outside of Memphis so far! Thanks, Paul's Kitchen!

Bbq was amazingly flavorful, The sauces were great, we had the chicken, pulled pork, ribs, baked beans, potatoe salad, and in house made egg rolls. If you are in Jackson, you must eat here. The portion sizes are generous, and the service is professional! We will eat here again.

Great food and extremely nice people. Excellent pho, eggrolls, brisket, mac and cheese, and slaw. The homemade fish and peanut sauces are fantastic too. Only complaint is the spareribs were a bit too chewy for our liking. This is definitely more of a takeaway place because everything--even the pho--is served in disposable containers anyway. Eating there felt kind of weird, so we do to-go now. But all in all, this is one of the top five eateries in Jackson right now from both taste and creativity/novelty standpoints. 100% worth checking out!

Best Brisket Pho in town. Large portions. Friendly servers. I have eaten here several times and it never disappoints. If you like spare ribs, this is your place. They are meaty and tender. Best Coleslaw I've had in a while. Give them a try, you can thank me later.

First, let me say this. The owner's of this restaurant are super friendly and customer oriented, but for Black people, they do not have BBQ of any sort, but specifically no BBQ Brisket. I checked with the restaurant, right before Thanksgiving and they assured me that they had BBQ Brisket. Now let me set the stage, I live in Houston and travelled to Jackson, to my daughter's, for the holiday and was expecting what I am accustomed to eating in Texas. Absolutely no comparison. There is nothing in this restaurant that is smoked, grilled or bbq'd. What I received was a brisket cooked in the oven and had very little lean meat but lot's of fat. I had to literally separate the meat from the fat, which I ended up discarding mostly fat. I asked for 2 lbs and received (4) thick slices of oven roasted beef, swimming in grease. Never again! I thought about disputing, with my credit card, but figured this establishment needed the money. There are plenty of authentic BBQ places in Jackson and next time I'm in town, I will be visiting one of them.
