Amazing food! Very authentic and full of flavor! The smoked brisket sandwich was outstanding probably the best coleslaw I’ve ever had! The brisket pho was very fresh, filling, and clean!! When I’m back in Jackson, I will definitely coming back to Paul’s kitchen! Tina was so wonderful she gave us her shrimp and pork eggrolls to try, which were very good!!!

Absolutely amazing. I went and the food was absolutely amazing. I really enjoyed the pulled pork, mac and cheese, and egg rolls! The pourtions were amazing too, this is one of the first times in a while I have left a resturaunt with leftovers in a few years, and the customer service was great. Our server was amazing and super kind.

They did an amazing job very listening and talkative. They need to have a line outside the door wrapped around. Brisket was so good and even got extra! Jackson this is the best food spot by far!

My partner has eaten from here 2 times. They ordered wings both times which they absolutely love because the wings are jumbo wings. I ordered form here for the first time last night. I got the ½ lb brisket combo with Mac & cheese and Cajun rice. The brisket was incredibly tender and moist and the smoky flavor was intense but in a good way. I got it plain with a side of citrus chipotle sauce. Give this small business a chance! You won't be disappointed.

Definitely lives up to the Beyond in their name. After a mix up with the delivery company, we ended up with someone else's order and not ours. The delivery driver refused to go back and get our order. When I called the store he was so apologetic and then later went out of his way to personally drop off our order. Paul's food and customer service is exemplary and one reason we order from them at least once a week.

We absolutely loved our meal and the service we got! My wife and I had brisket, beans, slaw, roasted potatoes, and summer rolls. The aroma walking into the restaurant was an immediate sign that we were going to have a tasty meal, and that sense proved right. The brisket had great flavor, the potatoes were some of the best I’ve had anywhere, and the summer roll tasted perfectly fresh. We were also offered samples of their Philly cheesesteak egg rolls, which were also really tasty! My wife does not like Philly cheesesteak, yet she loved these. If we’re ever passing through Jackson again, we would enthusiastically come back here! The combination of barbecue and Vietnamese was unique but so worth it. Worth noting too that the whole restaurant felt very clean.

I had the spare rib plate, and my wife had the brisket pho. The flavors in both meats were lacking. My rice and egg loaf were good, as well as her soup portion of the pho. The egg rolls, however, were a 10/10, although 3 for 8 bucks is a tad pricey.

The best brisket I had in a long time. The food was fresh and tender the potatoes where great. I highly recommend this restaurant they are friendly, and the food is great and at a fair price.

Great food and extremely nice people. Excellent pho, eggrolls, brisket, mac and cheese, and slaw. The homemade fish and peanut sauces are fantastic too. Only complaint is the spareribs were a bit too chewy for our liking. This is definitely more of a takeaway place because everything--even the pho--is served in disposable containers anyway. Eating there felt kind of weird, so we do to-go now. But all in all, this is one of the top five eateries in Jackson right now from both taste and creativity/novelty standpoints. 100% worth checking out!

Best Brisket Pho in town. Large portions. Friendly servers. I have eaten here several times and it never disappoints. If you like spare ribs, this is your place. They are meaty and tender. Best Coleslaw I've had in a while. Give them a try, you can thank me later.

First, let me say this. The owner's of this restaurant are super friendly and customer oriented, but for Black people, they do not have BBQ of any sort, but specifically no BBQ Brisket. I checked with the restaurant, right before Thanksgiving and they assured me that they had BBQ Brisket. Now let me set the stage, I live in Houston and travelled to Jackson, to my daughter's, for the holiday and was expecting what I am accustomed to eating in Texas. Absolutely no comparison. There is nothing in this restaurant that is smoked, grilled or bbq'd. What I received was a brisket cooked in the oven and had very little lean meat but lot's of fat. I had to literally separate the meat from the fat, which I ended up discarding mostly fat. I asked for 2 lbs and received (4) thick slices of oven roasted beef, swimming in grease. Never again! I thought about disputing, with my credit card, but figured this establishment needed the money. There are plenty of authentic BBQ places in Jackson and next time I'm in town, I will be visiting one of them.
