Pause Gourmande

Amazing pastries! I visited Compton area with family in early September and decided to stop by Pause Gourmande for pastries. My goodness- best decision ever! All pastries were fresh and really tasty! So much so we had to come back the very next day to buy a few more for our trip back. On top of that, the lady at the counter was so friendly and approachable. She gave us some great tips for places to visit and do in the area, and all of her recommendations were spot on! A big thank you! I'm already looking to book our next family trip in the area, just because we want more of those croissants and chocolatines and cookies! Yummmm!

We ordered a tray of the date squares and brownies as well as baguettes and fruit and nut loaves to serve with cheeses from La Station at our garden party recently. Our guests gave everything rave reviews. I especially loved the pairing of the fruit and nut loaf with the cheeses. All of the ingredients are top quality (pure butter and organic flour) and you can really taste it. I highly recommend this clean and welcoming shop for your next party. We’ll be back soon!

Toujours bien accueilli avec des produits hyper frais de qualité supérieure, croissant chaud et croustillant, dessert décadent, fait dans les règles de l’art, on n’y retourne et on n’est jamais déçu. En plus la proprio est si gentille

Beau petit endroit, j'ai essayé le pain blanc, les croissants et les amandines. Tout était très bien fait! Faut y aller tôt car si les gens du camping dont une razzia, il est possible qu'il manque des choses.
