Pav Bhaji and More Santa Clara

Absolutely amazing food! I tried the Pav Bhaji and Dabeli, and both were bursting with authentic flavor. The pav was perfectly buttery and soft, and the bhaji had that rich, street-style taste you only get in Mumbai. The Dabeli was beautifully presented soft bun, crunchy peanuts, sweet-spicy filling, and pomegranate seeds adding a fresh touch.The plating was neat and the portions generous. You can really tell they care about quality and taste. Highly recommend this place if you love real Indian street food done right!

Pav bhaji was really good, and even the sev puri was amazing! Definitely recommend. The service was quick, and we enjoyed everything we ordered. Loved the freshly squeezed orange juice too ♥️ Tried pav bhaji , spdp , masala vada pav , bread pattice.

Good place. Will recommend to a friend. Pav bhaji 7/10: flavor was good but it wasn’t the best I’ve had. SPDP 9/10: very good! Paneer ghotala sandwich: 6/10. It was on the saltier side .

Great place for some excellent and delicious pav bhaji and vada pav. Ordered the pav bhaji, which was great, flavorful with right amount of spiciness. The vada pav was delicious too, definitely will be coming back to explore more and for the pav bhaji craving.

Restaurant Roughly 12 -15 parking spots. No outside tables. Inside 8 tables with 4 seats and 2 tables with 6 seats. On the table water, silverware, salt/pepper and napkins. Two bathrooms and a separate with an hand washing station around the corner. I ordered Pani puri Nothing too special about this. The water could’ve been a tad bit spicer. Puri came stuffed potatoes, I think smashed potatoes, onions and sprinkled masala. Easy to pour and no real mess. ( I kind of like the messy experience haha) I would order it if I was with more people. No sweet chutney and an “extra”puri was filled with potatoes and sev. Veg masala grill sandwich. This was amazing! The blend of spices, chutney, and the butter. 3 pieces of bread stuff with green bell peppers, onions, potatoes, sprinkled masala, potato chips on the side and a lot of shredded cheese on the top. Extra green dipping sauce on the side ( I asked for extra ketchup). Comes with 4 pieces, a bit filling for me. Would definitely order again. Chass This definitely was refreshing! Great balance of spices. Would highly recommend. Amul pav Bhaji + extra spicy pav The bread was made to perfection, even layer of butter on the top of each bread and hints of red spice flakes. Inside even more spices and blend of flavors. The Bhaji, was hot with amul butter and cilantro in the center. You get 1 lime with onions. I definitely needed 2-3 more limes. The Bhaji wasn’t too spicy or salty. I had 1.5 piece of bread left over with all the bhaji finished. Would highly recommend. Overall. Great place, food, customer service. Perfect for introducing your friends/family to Pav Bhaji.

The new location is really nice! The food is great as usual, consistent with other locations but the decor is so well done here! Must try.. we had vadapav, pav bhaji, spdp (dahi puri) and mango lassi. Everything tasted great!

Came here on a Sunday afternoon. Food here is great. The "pavs" are soft, absorbent, and gleaming like a brioche roll, a perfect pairing with the sauce/soup you dip it in or spread it on. I'd definitely recommend getting some extra pavs with your order if you're feeling hungry! I got the mild one with a side of cheese that made it all the more rich and delicious. Place is really clean inside and lots of space to sit down. Service was good, fast casual service at a counter and you go pick it up when it's ready.

Ordered the spicy pav bhaji, thinking the spiciness would be in the bhaji. Nope, the pav was coated in a super messy spice oil/mix. Like others have mentioned the bhaji is very tomato-forward and they do add a generous stick of butter (would be better to make this optional). Personally, I think PBH is better, but this was alright to try. It's possible their other items are better... the "and more" part.

I really enjoyed the pav bhaji here! The bhaji itself comes out piping hot and full of flavor. thick in texture and I loved that it was very potato-forward. The amul butter was a great touch. Ordering is easy at the counter and the seating area is very clean. Good for groups. To share, we also got the SPDP (aka dahi puri). This was delicious! No notes. Loved the pomegranate!

Pav Bhaji and more opened up their first dine in restaurant in Santa Clara. The place is small but the vibe is biiiiiiig!! I love how cozy and warm the ambiance is fo an Indian restaurant. I also love all the dishes we ordered. Although my fav were dahi puri and the paneer grilled sandwich. I'd love to bring my non-Indian friends here due to tasty food and cozy ambiance... Staff was also super friendly

Never had authentic Mumbai pav bhaji in the Bay Area before this, they have the best Mumbai pav bhaji right here! We loved it!!! Paneer ghotala sandwich was also nice. SPDP was good, and the pani puri was good as well! we will be here often now! quick service, nice ambience as well!

The chutneys are good, the Batata vada is hot, but not the best the pav and churmuri are quite bad. There are much better Mumbai street food restaurants around.

***USP : very limited menu but they excel at the few maharastrian snack items they offer. ***Ambiance : not a very large space but seems well put together. There was a strong smell of some chemical/cleaner as soon as we entered. It took some getting used to. ***Service : place an order up front, find a table and they will bring the food upto you. They use glassware and steelware instead of plastic and single use "compostable" stuff. *** Food : there were only 9 reviews when I tried this place but the hype is real!! Food is awesome. *Misal Pav : 5/5 : spicy soupy gravy served with the pav reminded me of the mutton leg soup my mom makes. This is Ofcourse vegetarian but so delicious that it tickled my taste buds and woke up all my senses. Use the pav to soak up the delicious soup and enjoy!! *Vada Pav : 4.5/5 : great take on this iconic dish. They made the vada flatter instead of round to make it more Pav compatible. *Dabeli : 4.5/5 : this was similar to vada Pav but slightly sweeter and coated in sev and served up with some groundnuts. I surprisingly liked it more than the Vada Pav. It was toasted as well making it crispy outside offering an extra layer of texture which the Vada Pav lacked. * Pav Bhaji : 4.5/5: a very tomato forward bhaji. This was delicious as well. *Veggie sandwich: 4.5/5: a wave of nostalgia hit me on the first bite. We used to have a lot of these sandwiches which were simple cucumber and tomato slices served between white bread slices slathered with green mint chutney and butter back during my childhood in India. The version here was ofcourse not as simple, it was a double decker sandwich with potato stuffing on the second layer. It was also toasted and served with grated cheese on top with a side of potato crisps. Overall I loved the place, I will revisit especially for the misal pav.

One of the best Vada Pav in Bay Area ... finally my search has end today .. I ordered Schezwan and Dadar both were just yummmm

Came here third time around after a couple of months and sorry to say but like many other Bay Area new restaurants , when quantity goes up - quality tanks. vada Pav Bombay sandwich SPDP All were below average. Won't repeat since the food quality did not meet expectations.

Great food, reminds me of Jhanjhanit Misal from Mumbai. Vada Pav's are great as well. Cute little place and quick service. Definitely recommend.

I went there with an Indian coworker who confirmed the food was authentic Indian street food. Pav means bread, all dishes are bread related. I found the ambiance welcoming, the premises appeared to be brand new. The menu easy to understand and efficient service. Friendly personnel. Flavorful and filling dishes nicely presented.

Amazing food , hygiene , service with great food presentation !! Best spdp, Bombay sandwich and Dabeli in Bay Area which is hard to find one. Special concentration on cleaning and hygiene !!

The food was delicious. Everything tasted really well and the staff were very friendly. A cute little place with good food.

My fiancee and I were in town for a wedding, and found Pav Bhaji and More on Eater and put it on our list of things to do in San Jose. The owner was incredibly warm and friendly. He gave us the backstory to the restaurant's beginnings and patiently explained the menu to us. The food was delicious. We are definitely coming back next time we're in town.

Delicious and authentic Maharasthtrian food. Loved the misal pav, grilled sandwiches, pav bhaji and chaat. Restaurant is clean and spacious, service warm and friendly.

First impression- very clean restaurant, nice ambiance. We ordered Sandwiches, Vada Pav and Dabeli. Everything was super tasty. I am definitely coming back to try more dishes on the menu.

The customer service was warm and friendly. I only tried the Bombay sandwich, which was flavorful but didn't feel worth the price. The chutney was badly diluted, to the point that it was tasteless. May be Bombay Sandwich is not this place's specialty. I'm curious to try the dishes they're known for, but overall I found it a bit pricey.

Ambiance was nice and service was quick. We got vada pav and dabeli. The were both tasty.

Sev puri was pre made and soggy. Pani puri was ok. Misal was decent. Their food truck is better

Tried out the new spot Pav Bhaji and More and was honestly impressed. We ordered the Vada Pav, Mumbai-style Misal, and Pav Bhaji everything hit the spot, but the Misal and Vada Pav stood out the most. The chai was a nice surprise too, really comforting. Loved the vibe of the place, super clean with great music 5/5 for ambience. Fast service, friendly staff, and fresh food definitely coming back.

The food here is great! I have only had takeout, but the staff is very friendly and I assume the service for dine-in would be great. I've already come twice since the grand opening!
