The Best London Restaurants With the Best London Views | Eater London

"Perched on the edge of the lake in Victoria Park, Pavilion’s domed building slings some of the city’s best pastries, buns and breakfasts. Come the weekend, the benches outside are filled with the hungover and hungry feasting on vegetarian fry-ups, Sri Lankan string hoppers with dahl and stacks of fluffy pancakes. Grab a couple of turmeric buns to go, then walk it off around the park." - James Hansen

London’s Best Summer Restaurants | Where to Eat When It’s Hot in London | Eater London

"Superb Sri Lankan cooking here, at a cafe that is also a reliable standby for pastries and coffee as runners pour past and walkers do the same, just a bit slower. It’ll be busy by the water, but it’ll be lovely too." - James Hansen

Poor hygiene. Bought a bottle of water and they gave me used plastic cups!

Nice place. Reasonably priced.lots of sitting space both inside and out. The staff could improve on FOOD HYGIENE though. Same staff is Handling cash and touching the foods with ungloved hands - very gross.

Went to Village Raw magazine launch party and really enjoyed this great venue on a warm summer evening. We sat on comfy sofas by the French windows overlooking the patio and the green, and had a selection of delicious tapas. The service was friendly, efficient and fairly priced. Really recommend a visit!

An amazing spot for coffee and a catch up with friends or to come with the family. This place has a real community feel and there are so many amazing events that go on here. Highly recommend.
