Loved this hotel. Lovely large room, unlike the tiny rooms I had at my previous 2 hotels, immaculate cleanliness and nice staff. Very close to L4 metro, a short walk to the beach and great bars and places to eat withing crawling distance! I intend to return Sam

Great location in a quiet area. The rooms were very clean, and the service was excellent, especially the housekeeping staff. Very polite and professional. Breakfast was varied and tasty, and the overall experience was comfortable.

We chose Paxton to celebrate our honeymoon for a weekend and the staff was exceptional, from the housekeepers to the management. They really do a good job of making sure everything is excellent.||The rooms were very practical, comfortable and elegant with beautiful furnishings. The room amenities were amazing, there are so many extra items you can request such as kettle, bathrobes, sleeping kit, slippers, iron and many more. In the bathroom there were Rituals products. ||The terrace and pool were beautiful. Too bad the bar was not open yet for the summer season.||Housekeeping team was simply amazing, they really do a good job.||The hotel is located in a very nice area outside the center of Barcelona called Poblenou. Very nice atmosphere

This hotel is truly outstanding. Ruben was amazing when we checked in, he organised a room upgrade to overlook the pool and gave us a free voucher for two drinks to celebrate my partners birthday. The room was so clean and included robes/slippers/coffee machine and beautiful toiletries. Attention to detail was fantastic. We used the pool on the terrace which was so peaceful. The lady serving on the terrace was so polite and attentive. She was happy to bring drinks over to the sun loungers. This hotel is stunning. Thank you for making this birthday stay so amazing.

While the rooms are spacious and the location is good, our experience was let down by consistently poor service. Housekeeping entered our room multiple times without knocking, despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being displayed - on one occasion while I was in the shower, which was particularly inappropriate given the shower is visible from the door.||Staff at the pool were unnecessarily rude when we brought our own snacks, and the following day we were not allowed to take hotel towels to the beach. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, which is unacceptable in this day and age, and the stairwells were frequently cluttered with dirty dishes and cutlery from room service that staff failed to clear.||Unfortunately, we wouldn’t stay here again. Similar service is available at much lower prices elsewhere—or for the same cost, you can find far better service and hospitality.

Superb hotel. Staff are amazing. So helpful and kind. The Colombian bartender, she is just lovely and Felix on the front desk. I got an amazing early check in. The rooms are super, clean bright and modern. Only one improvement point the room tech, the TVs need to accommodate streaming. The only English channels are news. It’s a bit odd as everything else in the hotel is really top notch.

We had a wonderfully comfortable stay at the Paxton Hotel. The hotel is bright and contemporary, with a spacious, quiet room featuring a high-quality bed, linens, and pillows. Everything was spotless and cleaned thoroughly each day. The pool and deck area were very inviting and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the restaurant — the pastries, fresh bread, and coffee stood out. Dinner at the restaurant was equally enjoyable, with meals that were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The location was another highlight — tucked away from the city’s hustle, yet only a 5-minute walk to the metro and 15 minutes to the beach. We even walked into the city via the beach and port all the way to La Rambla. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend the Paxton Hotel for your stay in Barcelona.

Rooftop pool and bar area is excellent. Small but equipped gym also. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are very spacious and modern. Lifts were quite slow and no control over going up or down, which was quite annoying. Walls were a little thin, so could hear noise from others rooms/the corridor at points although overall, a quiet hotel.
