Disappointing. Place looks great. I've seen it at night and it has a cool vibe but wow. Service was bad. I came in for lunch and just wanted something simple to try the food out. I ordered the Tully burger. Very simple lettuce tomato and onion ($15). I assumed it came with fries but I knew that as soon as the server was taking my menu and he asked if I wanted fries, they were gonna be expensive. ($8!!) For fries that had way too much seasoning and a small ramikkin that wasn't even enough for half of the fries. Not saying there were a lot of fries but if I'm paying 8 bucks for fries, I would think the sauce would be the last thing they chimp out on. The burger was very underwhelming. I literally could have gotten the fast food across the street for the same quality and size for a third of the price. Nothing dampens a first time like overpriced and under quality.... except adding on bad service. Server didn't check on me once and wasn't even anywhere near my table during my entire meal. I literally watched the server avoiding eye contact with me. I didn't get a napkin and was spending the last half of my meal trying to make eye contact with him. I'm not a messy eater but if I'm eating a burger and fries with my hands, it would be nice if the server (where I'm paying 25 bucks for a low grade burger and overly seasoned fries) could possibly think I might need a napkin?? I saw the hostess girl giving silverware and napkins to any new customer being seated and tried to flag her down but she almost seemed to be intentionally avoiding me. So the feeling that I'm not welcome, whether it was intentional or not, was definitely felt. Finally, after I was nibbling on the pile of fry nubs that filled the bottom of the bowl, the server asked if I wanted a refill on my lemonade. Yeah, I probably would have liked that while the wait for my food felt like ages but not as I'm leaving. This again, felt intentional. And when I replied,"not now as I'm leaving," he gave me this condescending smile. I would think with that kind of reply he might be wondering what went wrong but instead he just smiled so that didn't feel right. Did not feel welcome at all. 30 bucks for very underwhelming food and horrible service. I think I'll take my money elsewhere. Hard pass.

My fiance and I went here for the Taste show and got a booth in the back. We loved the decorations and the vibes were awesome. The show was great too! I’m giving service 4 stars only because we had several servers come up and ask how we were doing or if we needed anything which I loved but when we did put an order for a Diet Coke and some waters it took a while to get it perhaps the order got lost but it was not a big deal since it was very busy and there was an event happening so I wanted to give them some grace. The only food we ordered was fries which were super yum! The sauce was incredible. We ordered hookah as well and it smoked super smooth and I posted a picture on instagram stories and tagged Paymon’s and Dutch offered us a free bowl for it! I’m not sure his role here but shoutout to him because that was awesome!!

This place used to be great to come to. They have the worst service, rude, waitresses, Not to mention, the owner has been very rude and disrespectful. I used to perform here as well and never will do it again because of these issues. There are better Middle Eastern restaurants with better service!! In response to the owner‘s wife’s reply, there are many negative reviews. I’m not the only one! PLEASE Read them yourself! We’ve already moved on months ago after the terrible experience we had at your restaurant back in June 2025! As a global artist…we are working in much bigger and better venues that ARE more conducive and they are more respectful and kind to the musicians and staff! Please Get your head out of the clouds. This is my one and only review. This review was posted a while ago. Several attempts?? look at the review date..The bottom line is my review is NOT DEFAMATORY.. IT IS THE TRUTH! I also am a former 10 year federal litigator and your behavior more than Paymon himself is unacceptable and condescending ! This is how we were were treated in June. It shows in your arrogant rude demeanor in your response. From my experience your staff gives terrible service & from what I’ve experienced you have Been rude and disrespectful to the customers as well as myself and my band… . Paymon told me he never pays the bands And if he does, it’s a very nominal amount. no thank you. I’m a global Recording Artist .and have worked with some of the biggest names in the business ! Please learn from this scenario to have some humility instead of arrogance! You need to move on and fix your behavior and your demeanor then maybe your business will get better! Good luck!! TAKE CARE!!

This place is amazing! It was my first time visiting, not only because it’s the talk of the town, but also because the Klique Band was performing. Allan, a longtime friend who feels like family, was awesome, and the sound system was great. I was also introduced to the owner, Raouf Paymon such a down-to-earth, kind, and humble person. Although we didn’t stay long since we had to go elsewhere, I remembered my friend “Mini” inviting and promoting this restaurant with her friends, and I’m glad I finally came. The vibe of the place is very enticing, and I definitely plan to come back and recommend it to others. Since we arrived late, I only had the chance to order the Baklava, but it was delicious. Overall, even though my stay was short, it was a really good experience!

Stopped by last night (6/21) because my friends (Melancholics) were playing a short set. They played here back in December and I loved the intimate setting - there's a small stage on the far end of the dining area - with the furthest table still easily within 50 feet of the stage. But what I wanted to focus this review on was the hospitality and welcoming atmosphere of this establishment and owner. I'm a native (and older) Las Vegan who attended UNLV back in the 90s. There was a Paymon's on the SW corner of Maryland and Flamingo that I used to visit. Fast forward to today and this Sahara establishment: it's the same gentleman (Paymon) who owns and actively runs this location. Throughout the night, I saw him working the floor - serving drinks, ensuring patrons were happy, snapping pics - I could see his passion and love for his work. I point this out because there is a world of difference in any business in which an owner actively works vs one in which they don't. I'm stating this as a former small business owner of a homemade ice cream/coffee shop (15 years in Las Vegas and recognized as both LVRJ's Best of LV and Yelp's Best - yes, this is a minor flex, haha). You can read and see all about this restaurant's other wonderful attributes - incredible food, fun hookah, lively dance floor - from the other reviews/pics but I wanted to praise Paymon. After the show, we were able to catch up for a minute; he excused himself but came back a few moments later with a memento for my daughter. Paymon, thank you for your hospitality and congratulations on your enduring success. I'll be visiting more frequently now that I know this is still your ship. Thank you 🙏🏼

Great spot! Amazing food and solid staff. Had an incident where my group got up to go to the bathroom and they were pretty busy so I guess they thought we left and cleared our table. They probably could’ve communicated better since we didn’t even pay yet but they made it right. My wife and I had half our meals that we were waiting on to go boxes for to take home. They remade our full meals to go and gave us a free round of hookah. Had another delicious meal to eat the next day.

5 Stars – Unforgettable Vegas Experience at Paymon’s Fresh Kitchen! I can’t say enough about this gem in Las Vegas! From the moment I stepped in, I was blown away by the warm welcome and the exceptional attention to detail. The food is absolutely phenomenal—each dish bursting with fresh flavors that celebrate Mediterranean cuisine at its finest. Whether you’re in the mood for a perfectly seasoned gyro or a dish that caters to your vegan cravings, this place never disappoints. But what truly sets this restaurant apart is the owner, Paymon. His genuine passion for hospitality and his hands-on approach make every visit feel like a special occasion. Not only does he ensure that every plate leaves the kitchen as a masterpiece, but he also goes the extra mile by engaging with his customers. I was even surprised when he gifted me one of his awesome T-shirts—a personal touch that speaks volumes about his dedication and pride in his establishment. One of the highlights of my visit was the incredible hookah experience. Paymon’s Fresh Kitchen offers a top-notch hookah setup that perfectly complements the vibrant ambiance. The hookah lounge area is spacious and inviting, creating the ideal spot to relax and enjoy a smooth, flavorful session. Whether you’re winding down after a hearty meal or just in the mood for some laid-back fun, the hookah here is meticulously maintained and provides a truly memorable experience. Paymon’s Fresh Kitchen isn’t just about incredible food; it’s an all-encompassing experience that showcases outstanding service, a welcoming atmosphere, and the kind of personal connection that makes you feel right at home. If you’re in Vegas and looking for a dining experience that exceeds every expectation—complete with a stellar hookah lounge—do yourself a favor and head here. I’m already planning my next visit, and I can’t wait to see what new delights Paymon has in store!

Yelp
This establishment is a remarkable traditional hookah lounge. I truly appreciate the classic charm, artistic elements, and the rich cultural heritage that exude from the Middle Eastern tradition. The level of service provided is truly exceptional, and the culinary offerings are truly outstanding, with a diverse menu that includes delectable options such as calamari and Babaganush. Additionally, the lounge boasts an extensive selection of fine wines and expertly crafted cocktails, although I personally do not partake in alcoholic beverages, the cocktails are so enticing that they almost tempted me. I highly recommend this venue for large gatherings and first dates alike. While it does have televisions available for those interested in watching a game, it should not be mistaken for a sports bar. In fact, the ambiance can be quite enchanting and romantic.

Yelp
I had a terrible experience at a bar and hookah lounge. The place was empty, and the staff kept moving us to different tables throughout the evening. They made us move from a comfortable couch to uncomfortable chairs, even though the place was practically empty. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
