A New ‘Crochet Cafe’ Is Coming to Capitol Hill This Summer - Eater Seattle

"Mioposto is opening its fifth location at the base of the Liza apartment building on Eastlake Avenue, across the street from Rogers Playground. Founded in 2006 in Mount Baker, Mioposto is known for its breakfast pizzas topped with bacon and eggs. The restaurant should open early next year." - Harry Cheadle

What a great pizza! It was a nice location and atmosphere inside, but the food was exceptional! The dough and toppings were delicious. It was great fresh, and as well when we had leftovers, it still tasted amazing.

Sleeper neighborhood hit. Caesar salad was really great with excellent homemade dressing and the Hawaiian pizza was top notch. Very reasonably priced and quality beats out much pricier spots. We will absolutely be back!

Pazzo’s is an Eastlake institution. Consistency is a key here. Pizzas, salads, calzones and a full bar. During my most recent trip, I had the DaVinci calzone. Roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, fresh spinach, fresh basil, roasted garlic and red sauce with ricotta, mozzarella and goat cheeses. Crunchy exterior and robust red sauce and full of cheese. It comes with a small side salad, which was also very fresh and tasty. During summer I’d recommend eating out on the patio and enjoying a cold Roger’s Pilsner. Dog lovers are welcome to bring their pups to the patio.

I used to live here. I came into town for 5 hours. I had one choice of where to eat out of every place in Seattle that I love, before it was time to go. So this was the pick. And it taste exactly like it did when I frequented the place fifteen years ago. Do the math.

Fantastic food and service. Yesterday as I was walking from my car to my friend’s house I was chased by a homeless man who was throwing objects at me and yelling at me. Someone from the restaurant came out to help me and brought me in. Eventually the man threw something from outside and broke the storefront window I was standing in front of. I was terrified and crying. They let me stay there as long as I needed and served me an entire pizza for free. The staff consoled me and helped pick the glass out of my hair and clothes. I will never forget the kindness I experienced here. Thank you & sorry about your window.

I had an artichoke pizza and really enjoyed it! Wasn’t expecting much from a quick dinner, but I’d come back with friends to enjoy the bar.

The neighborhood place in Eastlake! Always seeing friends. None of that "My name is ___ and I'll be your server" because there isn't much turnover of wait staff. Pizzas are excellent, prices are reasonable, atmosphere is comfortable for all. Kids are welcome and rarely bratty. My kid celebrated his first legal drink there. Every neighborhood should have a Pazzos!

Friendly local pub and pizza, calazones, sandwiches and more. Good selection of draft beer as well as well drinks and some wine. We have been coming here since 1990. The place is not much to look at but the food makes up for it. One big negative is parking. Kid friendly place too.
