"PB & J (which stands for pizza, beer, and jukebox) is in the West Loop—a neighborhood that isn’t suffering from a shortage of pizza and/or beer. This place feels more like a bar than a restaurant, but the thin crust pizzas are actually pretty good. They also have things like sliders, wings, and fancy peanut butter and jelly sandwiches (Get it? PB & J). There’s a sidewalk patio full of picnic tables that work well for groups, Happy Hour deals, and lots of weekly specials." - Adrian Kane

Peso Pesto with pepperoni is easily one of the most delicious sandwiches I've ever had. I had it TWICE at gencon because it was just so good I had to come back and get another!!!

Katherine Arnold

Google
Stopped by to grab some sandwiches and they were already closed even though their hours are supposed to be until 6pm. Skosh employees made us feel welcome and we enjoyed our drinks from the coffee side.

Google
Loved this place my kids did too I ordered to different types of peanut butter and jelly’s one was a build your own it had crunchy peanut butter and bananas and caramel drizzle and the apple one I can’t remember the name but it was great most definitely will be back!!!

Google
If you're not going to be open, just say so. I've been by your location at Skosh 3 time over the last month during posted open hours and you weren't present. I was excited to try your food, but this is beyond frustrating that I've taken time out of my day multiple times to come try this place out and it's just closed with no notice on Google maps, your website, or your Facebook page.

Google
Definitely interesting, price is probably fair value given the quantity of fillings/toppings provided. However, this is a ton of sugar/carbs. More of a novelty place to visit once in a while for some comfort food. We shared 2 sandwiches among 6 people and we were all like - ok, I'm done - before finishing the last bite lol. There was only one guy running the place when I went. He put his heart and soul into every sandwich and you could tell - each one looks like a work of art. But that comes at the expense of having to wait like 20 minutes to get what I usually make at home in 3 minutes tops. The shop is in a cool shipping container. I like the whole ambiance of the AMP

Google
Damn son. Didn’t know a pbj could slap the way this one did. Started sweating because I was forgetting to breathe in between bites. Flavor on 10, sandwiches is hefty enough to be a whole meal as well, I’m full to the point of satisfaction. Im visiting from Chicago, but everytime im in Indiana I know where my must go to spot will be.

Google
This place is amazing the guy taking our order was so polite and had amazing customer service, we actually ordered four sandwiches, but we ate one wayyyy to quick, creative twist on a classic sandwich with all the extra toppings to choose from this place is a fat kids dream 🤤

Google
Closed and shuttered , but processing orders through their website as if open. It looks like it’s been closed for months. AMP and PB&J Factory should be ashamed. If your out of business, fully shutdown and remove phone service, website links, and online ordering abilities. That is what good upstanding businesses do! We are trying to get our money back, I doubt we will.

Yelp
They are inside Skosh - the whole concept is a great vibe - Coffee bar on the right, vintage for sale all around, hot sandwiches on the left. Yelp led me here - and it is delicious! I decided savory and had the Pepper Popper. Great balance of garlic, jalapeño and cheese! The bread was lovely too. I'll have to do PB&J next time... I really appreciate the bandanas as towels in the bathroom - fun concept and less waste.

Yelp
What a super concept. I grew up hating PB&J sandwiches, and it took me way too long to try the PB&J Factory. What's cool about the PB & J Factory, is they have an option for every one- including a cookie butter as an alternative to peanut butter. The employee working when I went was great and incredibly patient as my son worked through every ingredient in his head before ordering. The gentleman helping us answered questions very well, helping my son decide which ingredients he wanted on his sandwich. Once my son ordered his custom sandwich, the employee took the orders of those behind us before washing his hands and putting on gloves to make the sandwich. Because these sandwiches are made fresh to order, there was just a bit of a wait, but nothing unreasonable. My son loved the sandwich, and I took a bite and surprised myself by also liking the sandwich! I could taste the quality of the ingredients. Wonderful small, locally owned business and great execution of a unique culinary experience. Highly recommend.

Yelp
I've gone to sweet sandwich heaven and I don't ever want to come back! If you haven't been to PB & J Factory, you are missing out! I've been once for their fluffer nutter sandwich which was an absolute delight! But they've gone ahead and topped themselves with the sandwich I tried on my next visit! Called The Cookie Monster. This sandwich is cookie butter, strawberries, and apricot jam! It is grilled so it comes out warm and gooey and then topped with Caramel. I almost went back for a second sandwich, but these babies are huge! Doesn't mean I won't be making a stop for another very, very soon!

Yelp
Didn't know you could turn a peanut butter and jelly into a gourmet experience but that's what you'll get here. This is something that I will have to avoid because I'll have zero self control you'll want to eat one of these everyday. I wasn't sure what to get, the guy at the register gave me a suggestion the chuck berry add strawberry crunch and cookie butter. That man is onto something because when I tell you, I took that first bite and was in sweet heaven. You would think it would've been overly sweet but it was just right. The jam has fresh berries I wasn't expecting that, such a pleasant surprise. The toast was on the thicker side which was great because the sandwich held together well. I'm confident everything here is good but I'd try the chuck berry with the modifications!

Roger L.

Yelp
Simply awesome peanut butter and jelly sandwiches! Everything you remembered about peanut butter and jelly sandwiches but better! You get to pick from a nice selection of breads, spreads and jellies, then it's hot pressed to perfection. Quick, delightful and nostalgic! I'm not a very adventurous with my sandwiches so I stuck with the staples. I rolled with white bread, almond butter and apple butter. Sam (proprietor) then topped it off with honey after it was pressed. Holy crap it was damn good! They nail it with portions for the spread & the timing of the press, light years better than my George Foreman grilled cheeses in college. Pro-tip: if you like bananas the Elvis special is well reviewed!

Nicole S.

Yelp
That dog dressed like a banana had it right: It's peanut butter jelly time! PB & J Factory delivers the peanut butter and jelly with a baseball bat. Peanut butter and jelly is not just for kids. In case you didn't already know ... now you know. The vibe that emanates from PB & J Factory is that peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are for everyone. Kids and adults alike. Located inside The AMP, PB & J Factory offers sandwich combinations that appeal to kids and kids at heart. PB & J Factory offers sweet and savory sandwiches in clever and comforting combinations. On the menu, you'll find lots of options to customize your pb&j sandwich in almost any way you like. First, choose from three different types of bread: Texas toast, sourdough or whole wheat. Then, pick your spread. On the menu, you'll find the classic peanut butter, but also almond butter, cookie butter, marshmallow fluff, Reece's spread and Nutella. Next, pick your jam. Offerings include grape jelly, strawberry jam, apricot jam, raspberry jam, apple butter and bacon jam. Lastly, pick a topping. Each sandwich includes one topping selection, and extra toppings are $1 each. Sandwich toppings include foods like strawberries, dill pickles, strawberry shortcake crumbles, Reece's Crunch, cinnamon streusel, raisins and more. For those who find too many options to be overwhelming, PB & J Factory has a menu of specialty sandwiches for you to choose from. The Elvis pays homage to the king of rock n' roll with peanut butter, bananas and chocolate syrup. The Jay-Z keeps it classic with peanut butter, grape jelly and honey. The Chuck Berry is a sweet treat with peanut butter, strawberry jam, mixed berry and chocolate syrup. And the Fluffer Nutter is an American classic: peanut butter, bananas, marshmallow fluff and chocolate syrup on thick Texas toast. PB & J Factory is a great place to satisfy the whims of children who have very specific ideas about what a great pb&j sandwich should include. Kids and parents both can get the exact sandwich they want, because customizing is welcome and encouraged here. The hours listed on their website are Wednesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. However, we visited on a Saturday around 4 p.m. and they were not open, and there was a sign that said that they opened at 5. So, I'm not entirely sure of their hours. You might want to check their social media for their hours before heading out to make sure they're open.

Yelp
This place reminds me of the good old days. They serve gourmet design your own peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. The restaurant is located in the new food court called the AMP. It is a walk up restaurant built in a colorful shipping container. There is a paid lot across the street, but there is two hour free parking on the street in front of the food court. Additionally, there is an over flow parking lot around the corner. At this restaurant, you can chose from a few signature sandwiches such as the Jay Z, Elvis and Chuck Berry or you can make your own. To make your own you chose the type of peanut butter (cookie butter, almond butter, peanut butter...), the type of jam (grape, strawberry...), the type of bread (Texas toast, sourdough...) and then your toppings (strawberries, apples, oranges, bananas...). Then make your creation, toast it and there you go. You can get a combo and get chips or a smoothie bowl with your sandwich. I just stuck with the sandwich. I got an almond butter and strawberry jam sandwich with apples and strawberries on Texas toast. The sandwich was delicious, but it went kind of quick and did not fill me up. I should have got two of them. Now I think that the sandwiches are a tad pricey, but you have to pay if you want gourmet. Being located in a food court, there are many tables that you can set up shop and eat. I ate in the food court which was very clean. I recommend checking this place out. They really do have some good PB&Js.

Yelp
I feel terrible leaving a poor review for what I assume is a brand new place with an entrepreneur trying to do the best they can. The problem is they don't really have anything inventive. I was expecting something really off the wall yet delicious. They really need to take a page out of Peanut Butter & Co's (NYC) playbook. That place is a delight with all kinds of wacky ice cream sundaes and a good lunch crowd with innovative sandwiches. Instead, this place has Elvis Presley peanut butter and banana sandwiches drizzled with chocolate. Other than the chocolate, I've made this at home. There's a Jay z sandwich that is basically peanut butter and jelly. My mom used to make Fluffer Nutter sandwiches for me at home. They grill the sandwiches, which is great. Definitely a way to upgrade except then they cut them in half and stand them on end so all of the filling melts down to the bottom of the paper. So you're eating bread that used to have something on it, and then you're scooping up the filling with your finger from the bottom of the paper. It's also impossible to eat neatly, or even vaguely neatly. I got peanut butter jelly bacon cream cheese whatever was in that sandwich all over myself and all over my face which was really not Plan A and which required going through all of the wet wipes in my purse. Honestly, it just wasn't that great. I ate about half and threw the rest away, which is saying something since it was noon and I missed breakfast. For a $10 peanut butter and jelly sandwich I really wanted to like it, I wanted to be eatable, and, in a perfect world, it would be something I haven't already had. The owner responded, pointing out that all of the sandwiches listed the ingredients so if I chose something I didn't like that was on me (and it is----but I was already 30 minutes from home and standing there, so why not order and give it a chance?). I still feel bad.

Yelp
This is a neat concept; a sandwich shop where you can create your own pbj or select a specialty one. I ordered a specialty pbj. These are hearty sandwiches with thick bread and lots of filling. Overall, I enjoyed this sandwich and think it's a unique concept.

Kara M.

Yelp
This is such a fun concept for a business. Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches that you can make the way you want. Picking the type of bread, the type of jelly's, toppings, it really isn't just a peanut butter and jelly sandwich we used to take with us in our school lunch boxes. These are peanut butter and jelly 2.0 the new and improved version. There Instagram drew me in with the fluffernutter pictures. I chose the Texas toast, Reese's peanut butter, marshmallow fluff, and I think they drizzle chocolate on top. Why not right? It's all in the flair! Oh, they aren't done yet though! They then add it to the panini maker so the marshmallow fluff and peanut butter melt and it becomes a match made in heaven!! The side I chose was the strawberry smoothie bowl. Oh, that was so refreshing straight from the blender. It was really good! Give it a try if you're in The AMP! :-)

Donna B.

Yelp
Went in with the preconceived notion that a variation on PB&J would not be impressed! Wrong! The bread options and the multiple combinations blew my mind! I can't recall the bread I had but it was perfect and the cookie batter and raspberry jelly were stellar! Will be back!

Lauren W.

Yelp
I chose to build my own. I went with Texas toast, peanut butter, raspberry jelly and Reese pieces on top! It was a delicious dessert. I loved the addition of the panini press to heat the inside and make the middle gooey and outside crunchy. It is a lot to eat, especially since I got Texas toast, so I would recommend sharing the other piece with someone. Please note, this is for the peanut butter lovers!

Matthias Y.

Yelp
This is conveniently located inside The AMP. At first the menu seems quite large, but really they only have a few set sandwiches. A lot of the other menu options are for "building your own." I did like how the menu cycled through some of the options so you could visualize your potential order. Portions are definitely on the larger side. We ended up getting the Chuck Berry - peanut butter, berry jam, and chocolate sauce. Very impressive for visuals. The chocolate sauce is more for decorative purposes. We thought the jam was too floral tasting, which made the classic peanut butter and jam pairing kind of miss a beat. The bread was, in turn, a little overwhelming with the misaligned filler flavors. Long story short, I would recommend other flavors in the future.

Rebecca M.

Yelp
2nd time I've been her and this time I tried the fluffier nuffler. It's was delicious. Never would have thought to put those flavors together but it works!! If you want a on and j with a twist you need to check it out!!

Valerie C.

Yelp
Omg. The fluffer nuffer instantly transported me to childhood...only better. The toasted Texas toast takes a classic to the next level. The food was gooey and delicious. The chips were a nice side. They do not have large drink cups, but did have water. I will definitely be coming back!

Peres S.

Yelp
This place is fantastic! I love the idea of just buying an upgraded PB&J. Many great options but I went with the Jay-Z. I liked how they grill the sandwich and cut it making it easy to eat. The menu is pretty straightforward. Hopefully they add even MORE toppings in the future.. I would like to try other variations. This is a great spot for lunch.

Ken N.

Yelp
When I first thought of the concept, I was a bit skeptical that this was a viable restaurant. But then I started reading the reviews and decided to give it a try. Sure you can make a good pbj at home, but this place has such variety of PB, some I had never heard of. I decided to go unconventional and really enjoyed my sandwich. My only regret was that they had run out of he jelly flavor that was my first choice. I guess I will have to return. Service was friendly and the wait was short. The sandwiches ran about $7 so be aware the bill willgrow quickly. Review #3978

Donisha R.

Yelp
If you are not a pb&j fan, then this place is not for you! In the event that you are, you're in for a real treat! I love the creativity that was put into this place. It's more than just a typical pb&j sandwich. You have so many choices and you have the option of creating your own sandwich as well. I ordered the "Chuck Berry". It consists of peanut butter, mixed berry jam, strawberry jam, and Hershey's chocolate drizzle. Then they put it on a panini press! It was heaven in between two pieces of Texas toast. Again, if you are not a pb&j fan, this place ain't for you!....but to those who adore this "old school" favorite, you will NOT be disappointed!

Izzy H.

Yelp
Hard place to find grate pb&j kids loved it fun but messy very affordable and Uniquely put together

Yelp
If you are like my husband and I sometimes the best dinner is something simple like cereal, popcorn or peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. So you can imagine our delight when we were out and found this cool spot at The Amp. So it is official that you can have peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for dinner and still be cool! The shop is located inside of a new food court in a container, which provides for ease of menu perusing and kind of a fun atmosphere. Their board was easy to read and had a lot of options. The prices weren't too bad depending on any additions you made to your sandwich. The basic PB and J was around five dollars. The man helping us was super gracious and explained all of the things on their menu as well as told us A bit more about the business and their mission. He also convinced us to get their smoothie which I have to admit was amazing! There are different options of bread as well as different types of spreads from peanut butter to almond butter to other options. You then can decide what type of jelly you want on your sandwich and if you want anything extra like strudel etc. he then took our sandwich put it together and place it in a Panini grill. Yum! I'm not sure it was a good idea to split the sandwich as it was so delicious I could've eaten the whole thing myself. The smoothie was extra rich and the perfect dessert! I can imagine making an excuse to take some children back there with me so that I can try another one of their PB and J sandwiches. Both my husband and I truly enjoyed it and will definitely be returning.

Diane I.

Yelp
Located in the Amp, I couldn't resist coming back for this after the Yelp Event where I sampled these goodies. These are some elevated PB&J sandwiches that are absolutely delicious. Chatted with the owner about his vision for the business and it was a great conversation. Do check them out and spread the word!

Joanna S.

Yelp
Crazy fun concoctions, and the owner is so kind. Whatever you do, eat it while it's warm! That's the best!

Rachel M.

Yelp
The concept of this place is so neat! You choose your bread and your filling, and there are a ton of options to choose from! You can see how yummy and gooey our sandwiches were. My kids ask to go here all the time and I gotta say, I don't blame them!

Mike C.

Yelp
Drove 20 min to get here. They opened at 11, no one was there till 1120. I went to order and guy was on his cellphone with ear pods in for 5 minutes without even saying "hi or saying "I will help you in a second." Just terrible customer service

Steve C.

Yelp
PB & J Factory really takes you back. A new spin on an old treat! Great combinations and variety of choices are a hit! Strawberry jam and cookie butter

Lehua K.

Yelp
I'm a Hawaiian VB coach who now lives in Wisconsin, and I was on a foodie hunt stopping by AMP after visiting 2 farmers markets & downtown. Came to PB&J Factory to check out possible dessert options - always looking for something yummy. "Tay" was a friendly & humble worker who made me a delicious, gooey, creamy, toasted PB&J sandwich. I got Texas Toast, crunchy PB, Nutella, apricot jam, banana, & whipped cream cheese. Ordered my niece a wheat bread, creamy PB, Nutella, apple butter, mixed berries & whipped cream cheese creation (she'll try it after she plays VB). Tay was a deliberate sandwich maker & even posed for a photo for me - thanks brah! Love, love, love that this is a family business with PB&J Factory owner, Tay's uncle, also a community events coordinator and promoter. Let's support our BIPOC entrepreneurs!

Penny R.

Yelp
This place was amazing!!!!! I was in the area to do provide photography for a friends book signing! PB&J factory was giving out samples! There were 2 different kinds and both of them were so tasty! The were sweet and savory and had the perfect balance of PB & J! I ended up getting a full size one! Definitely going back to this hidden gem!

Dustin C.

Yelp
This place is amazing! Have to go with The Hov! Great service. A must in downtown Indy.

Tracie D.

Yelp
I was so looking forward to trying this restaurant! I drove to the AMP from Brownsburg three different time before they were finally open even though the hours show they are open until 8. Once in line to order I requested the fluffer nutter which I was informed could not be made because the sandwich required a banana and they did not have any. Then when I settled on the bacon one, apple one and cookie butter. I was informed that the soda that comes with the sandwich's was not available because they did not want to pay the fee to use the soda machine in the Amp. The individual working explained that he is open till 4 but if he leaves and does not feel like coming back then he doesn't. I was waiting for over an hour for three sandwiches. Another customer was there and requested cereal and the individual stated he did not have milk. The customer said do you not make milkshakes and he said yes but I don't use milk. An additional customer who had celiac requested the gluten free bread which was advertised and they did not have that either. The individual put peanut butter in a bowl with marshmallow fluff and charged the individual the full price for the sandwich. When I finally got my sandwiches I was positive the wait was going to be worth it. But in reality it was just eh! there was no chocolate syrup on any of the sandwiches I ordered. So disappointed!!!!! This business has a really cool concept and if they had the ingredients and the customer service I am sure this would be a favorite. I am not sure that this place will make it if they continue to not be open when the AMP says they are, they do not have what they advertise, it takes too long to get the sandwich and then it is just so-so. Use the money you would have used to get a sandwich here to buy high quality peanut butter and ingredients to make the sandwich yourself it will be more satisfying and will not cost the price or the gas money.

Fallon W.

Yelp
My wife and I was in the city, and we wanted to try something new. We had found this place online. It was an amazing choice we made. The sandwiches were delicious and service was extraordinary! The flying duchess and chuck Barry really hit the spot!
