PB Shore Club

Overall we enjoyed our experience. I ordered the Waterbar smash burger and it was delicious! It was actually a good amount of burger along with fries. My husband ordered the lobster mac n cheese and he enjoyed it. My husband also wanted to order a Sierra Nevada summer logger that was listed on their menu but they didn’t actually have it anymore. Not a big deal but it is a good idea to remove that from the menu items or add an ‘out of stock sticker’ depending how frequently it comes and goes. Our waitress was friendly however she could have been a tad more attentive with beer and water refills along with checking on when we were finished up. The atmosphere was lovely with large windows overlooking the beach and ocean.

Great spot with amazing ocean views and a fun beach vibe. The food is solid, especially the tacos and burgers, and the portions are generous. Staff is friendly and quick even when it’s busy. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but the atmosphere and location make it worth it. Perfect place to enjoy a sunset meal.

LOVED it! I got veggie tacos and the corn tortillas they came on were super fresh and delicious. I didn’t get any drinks but the people I came with did, and they loved the variety and uniqueness. Also can’t beat the location!!!!

Seating options inside and out. Unobstructed sunset view. Hip music but not too loud. Tacos were flavorful and had a lot of meat on them. Very kind hostess. Very acceptable prices. Dogs welcome (it's SD, after all)

First night in PB and we were tired and hungry due to traveling! Stopped in for a cocktail and dinner and sat on the great rooftop with a massive screen! Gf had the Shore club sandwich and I had the Birria Quesadilla. Growing up in Mexico the flavoring of the Birria brought me right back to my childhood! The shore club was awesome too! Seems like a cool hangout for the 21-28 crowd but don’t knock it it’s very welcoming to all! Can’t wait to be back. Service is rated a 4 cause it was a bit busy so nothing major and atmosphere was a 4 as well cause you can tell some of these college kids can get a little rowdy while your trying to enjoy a meal.

Fun place to hang out, if you want to watch a game or the waves this place is fun. The service was great and the food was good as well. I look forward to going back.

I didn't order food. Had one Mexican Mule and it was made very well! The vibe was alright.Definitely majority of crowd were in their 20s and they looked to be having a good time. I'm a kid at heart in early 50s and still go out dancing and to big events whenever possible (quiet a bit) and this club had me for one drink and then on to explore more in the area. :)

Brunch was great! Service was good and Bloody Mary's did the trick. Would definitely go back

While I don't typically associate sports bars with breakfast, early games force me to broaden my horizons! Thankfully, Shore Club offers a dedicated morning menu, and I was pleasantly surprised with the substantive size of the Berry Bowl (fresh blueberries, vanilla yogurt, bananas, granola, honey, strawberries, blended açaí). Of course I had to add a side of bacon to make it a "balanced" meal. ;) The dive-y nature of this popular place adds to its charm. Beachfront location can't be beat, but service is hit-or-miss - be prepared to flag down anyone whose eye you can catch amidst the hubbub!

Rosie is the best server I have ever been waited on by. She waited on us in perfect timing, brought out the food with a smile and created an atmosphere that we were all happy to be a part of. We will be back!

I usually come out on the weekend nights out but this time my friend had a Sunday brunch here and I was throughly surprised with the food! The service was good as our server came by a few times to check in and see if anyone wanted to place orders. I ordered the breakfast sandwich which was loaded and I got pretty full off it. My other friends enjoyed their dishes too. I would definitely come back for some solid breakfast items and drinks of course.

Omg do not come here if you want a girls dinner. My friends and I were so excited to stop by PB Shore Club to catch up, drink, and eat! TikToks rave about their food, but they don't show or tell the bad service. My friends and I got a drink at the bar first, Sarah who was our bartender and the only highlight of our visit took care of us. She was so nice, attentive, and recommended some sweet shots they have. Afterwards we made our way to a booth since it was open seating. We sat there, we noticed there was two girls either serving or one was and the other was training. My girls and I know this because we work at a restaurant too. About 10 minutes go by, not even a greet, "hi I'll be back to help you guys", or even waters dropped off. We would see them go to their three other tables and check in on them. There was even the booth next to us that got service and we were there before them. Yes, we tried getting their attention - that didn't do anything. I don't know what it was that day? Maybe they assumed we were just drinking but I mean it's always a requirement to check in on tables, did they not want our money? We waited another 10 mins while we finished our drinks and nothing! We kept staring and trying to get their attention they wouldn't even budge to come to our side. The booth is located at the corner near the bathrooms. We even had to ask the security "do you know if there are servers on?" Didn't want to bother him but he nice and said he doesn't know anything really. Overall service was terrible. We pay to get in for reason and that's to have a good time. I've never had to write such a bad review about any place. Like I said the only amazing part of our stay was Sarah who we went back to at the end after waiting 20 minutes for service. She was happy to see us again and was ready to give us round two of drinks. Maybe next summer we'll give PB Shore club a try for food, but for now we'll come dance at night.

The PB Shore Club is a must go when in the area. They have ICONIC redbull slushies that will knock your socks off. The bartenders are always so sweet and helpful. The views of the beach are beautiful! One of my favorite spots in PB.

This is my favorite spot to come to when I visit friends in PB. Fun atmosphere, chill staff, and great vibes. We love checking out the goldfish races and having a good time on those nights. Big place with plenty of room that fills up quick. Definitely recommend checking the place out if you're in the area. Thanks for having us.

They told me it was $5 shots and then preceded to charge me $13 per shot. To say the least I was not happy. The server basically said sorry and told me to go f myself.

When looking up fun PB bars to go bar-hopping, this spot came up as being famous for their Red Bull-vodka plushies, so I immediately added it to the list! Being the first spot of the night, it was a great spot to get the night started. The drink wasn't really strong, I wish there was a bit more alcohol. It definitely gave me a brain freeze a few times as well. Being the weekend before Halloween, this spot was packed. I would recommend this spot if you're looking for somewhere and you're in your early 20s as it was definitely a younger crowd.

Yes... it was more of a brunch but i don't care it was great! They have a lot of specialty alcohol beverages, which I did not get, but they looked cool! Haha. The food was just great, my godfather suggested this place and I'm very glad he did, ambiance also amazing. They have TVs showing sports games as well! I really suggest you come here if you're in the area! If you come tell them Rothyy sent you!

Came to get a drink with a view yesterday on my first day in San Diego. I got some gin drink that was SO SO good!!! It had raspberry's in it and it was just so fresh. I also ordered a side of French fries and got a huge basket. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Would totally come back for a drink and to try more of their menu!

Favorite beach bar around! Shore Club always has cool events to attend. My friends and I joined forces for the Pitch-A-Friend event and had the best time! This bar and restaurant has been around for decades for a reason. Tuesday night trivia, Wednesday night gold fish races, and football (especially Super Bowl and Navy) game days are a MUST! Don't forget to order a tropical redbull slushy.

Oh Shore Club! So many great things & times here. What I enjoy most is the ambiance, it's always so lively, they play great music, & the redbull vodka slushies are a must if you want a little (they're not so little) refreshing pick-me-up! The staff is always so friendly & fun, especially my girly Amber! Thanks for always my experience there great!

I came to visit a friend in San Diego and we came to Shore Club after hanging out at the beach. Beautiful views, fun crowd, and our bartender Sara added the cherry on top! She was super friendly, quick with the drinks, and made us feel right at home. Definitely the kind of bartender who makes you want to stay for 'just one more.' Thanks, Sara!

Came here on a Saturday around 4pm for a friend's bday and we all had a great time! The line was pretty long once we got there but it goes by pretty fast. It was my first time here and I wasn't really sure what the vibes were, but once we got inside it seemed like during the day, it's like a beach bar and once it gets dark, it was more like a "club." The music they played here ranged from old school pop, rap, and maybe even EDM? A little bit of everything for everyone. For drinks I tried the Tropical Red Bull Slushie which was really good and sweet. For those of you that don't like the taste of alcohol, this is a great option. For food, we got the appetizer plate and everything was so delicious and the portions are huge! My favorite thing was the bacon wrapped shrimp, soooo flavorful! The service here is pretty quick too! You can order drinks at the bar or if you're sitting at a table, someone will come by to take orders for drinks and food. I thought this was pretty neat so that we don't have to go back and forth from the bar and lose our spot. Overall, it was a great experience and I'd be down to come back again!

Well to start you can't get a better view. I've been here a dozen times and have always had great service. The food depending on what you get is solid. We had the pretzel and tacos Mahi Mahi and shrimp all 3 were delishes. If your ever in the area its worth the stop

Multiple terrible experiences in our last several visits... Food is mid at best. Drinks are overpriced in comparison to other locations in this area. Add to it the poor customer service and entitlement the team has and it's an absolute NO for us. It's too bad, because this was a great place in the past but it's majorly declined over the years. We're moving on...you may want to avoid having to figure this out on your own. If they want to turn it around, it has to start with the management and the servers. Staff enough people first of all. Consider hiring servers who care or at least show some level of empathy for the guests, especially when they are paying a premium and waiting unattended for long periods of time for food and drinks to be served. If the customer service was at least elevated, people would consider over-paying for the views. But no one wants to feel second rate at top shelf prices. The crowd has changed here too. It's taken on a more rowdy vibe, and may be caused by customers feeling neglected. We witnessed another customer aggressively confront a server this weekend using vulgarity. It wasn't our place to get involved, but it turned into a situation that made our group highly uncomfortable. The waitress unnecessarily provoked the customer, too. It was just ugly. Meanwhile, they have security walking the floor for these situations, but they only stood by watching. IDK. It's just not a fun vibe any longer. Add to it the safety concern nowadays when people can easily blow up and it's a big reason to just move on.

Shore club has a cool vibe especially during the day time it has some great views. The wings are super crispy and delicious and you can't forget to get a good ol Red Bull slushie. But truly the shining star of this place is their bartender/server Rosie. She is funny and always makes you feel welcome and truly has 5 star service. 10/10 come back here for her and the ocean views.

This place was packed on Friday during sunset and after getting through the line, I can understand why. The drinks are on the cheaper side for PB and they have a great view of the beach. The ambiance was giving frat house though. Lol it isn't the cleanest and there isn't a lot of seating but if you're lucky to find one along the beach then take advantage! We were able to find seats near the window and sat with our High Noons for the sunset. They had good music playing and a few tvs showing the baseball games. It's really loud and crowded, so expect to get bumped into and shout over the noise.

Shore Club! Depending on when you're going, either it could be quiet and relaxing or rowdy and crowded! I would not recommend sitting inside, instead enjoy one of the best views of the Pacific Ocean and sit on their sunny patio We've always gone for brunch because the food is delish and there is never a wait. Our Westie also approves!

This place is a vibe! The DJ is everything! We had so much fun. The place was packed. Our server was excellent considering how packed it was. Drinks were good. I had a great time and I will be back.

Amber was a great server and the food was good. We had the chicken nachos (huge portions) and the mahi mahi ceviche. Good views the ocean as well.

Over priced and only good on the weekends for the club. Don't go during the week ! I went for the birthday and charged us 14 dollars per shot of the well tequila lol

I had an awesome breakfast experience here. I give it 4 stars rather than 5 stars because my stomach got upset after the breakfast, and I don't know whether it was due to overstuffing myself or the cooked food. Having said that, I devoured my omelette and potatoes, which were cooked perfectly to my liking.

This happened a long time ago but I'm still not over it. I had sudden cardiac arrest and collapsed at the bottom of the stairs. Apparently it was a big scene. Luckily I survived thanks to the firefighters across the street. I messaged the owner through IG to see if I can see footage since I know theres a camera there and had a conversation going but was eventually constantly left on read. The annoying part was we had a conversation going and they said they would keep me updated. Eventually they just ignored me. I kept messaging and I know they saw every message because there are read receipts on. I'll never see how it all went down now. I just don't understand how you can ignore something like this. I'm not blaming them in any way. Just wanted some closure.

Great food and drinks but even better service! I believe the kind lady behind the bars name was Chrissy, she made us feel so welcome and offered great drink and food suggestions. We went into shore club for a quick bite to eat but ended up staying a couple hours enjoying ourselves and maybe one too many redbull vodka slushies lol... best decision we made our whole trip.

Amber was an amazing hostess! She was fast and efficient. Also knew all the best recommendations. My family and I felt very well taken care of. Will definitely be back to PB Shore Club!

AMBER was awesome. I've had many beers throughout my 28 years of living but the ones served by amber are crispier, colder and hit harder than any other beers on the west side. God bless Amber, god bless shore club

Went in this past Monday for a quick bite. Loved the atmosphere and even though it was busy for a weekday our server Amber was on point and very attentive. She recommended the Cali burrito which was fantastic and huge. I didnt have to eat for the rest of the day. Fantastic place I will definitely be back!

Good place to grab drinks and enjoy the view on the outdoor patio during the day. Good spot to watch a sports game as well! Sometimes there are covers during the day/night depending the day/event. I don't typically like going here at night. Wednesdays are their big college "fish races" nights which draws a very large crowd during the year.

I love this place truly, love Randy love Mo and all the bartenders! HOWEVER, last night July 12th we quickly realized how awful the bouncers are.. we over heard them saying some pretty racist things about their coworker who clearly spoke broken English. They kept saying how bars need to stop hiring "immigrants" and continued saying awful things. I do love this place and most of the people who work here but I am a woman of color and I do not feel comfortable even giving money to people who have employees that see non American people that way.

I went late night on a Friday night and there was a worker Ryan who did an amazing job making sure I was taken care of! He had a great personality and made me feel so welcome! I'll definitely be back!

Listen. You know what you're getting when you sign up to come to a place like this. It's PB. You're not coming here for elegance and class. You're here for a good time and a story to go back home with. Happy hour. TV's. Shoulder to shoulder traffic. A unhoused person outside waiting to share their favorite song with you on their speaker at volume 50. If you go on a popular night expect it to be packers they do have a facial id system to make sure you haven't been put in the ban list for the area. It's busy but people are generally respectful of your space. Whether you're outside or in it will be packed so get there early enough to snag a table to sit at. The food is decent. Fries were bomb and wings were a definite win. Quesadillas were a little skimp and spotty with the meat. Drinks are decent. I have no complaints. It hits the spot and does what it needs to do. The DJ was also pretty fire. Not like I want to twerk my ass off kinda DJ but daaang that's a good mix and I'm vibing kinda place. Lastly, beautiful sunset right in your eyes. Bittersweet. Hopefully all of that captures what to expect when you go here. It's worth checking out but don't be mad if someone knocks your drink out your hand or if you're standing eating your food :)

Such a fun time! Sundays are big here and it's packed! The drinks are reasonably priced and the music is great! I love that you can see the beach so clearly and definitely recommend this for a Sunday night out

Pacific Beach Shore Club never disappoints! The views are amazing, the vibe is always fun, and the drinks are perfect for a beach day. Huge shoutout to Sara behind the bar super friendly, quick, and made sure we had everything we needed even when it was packed. Definitely my go to spot in PB!

Women were average, drinks were good. Ratio was decent. All things considered, this bar is a great time.

This beachfront bar has been a staple for us for 7 years now. Tacos are always clutch, breakfast- from chilaquiles to chorizo plate to the pancakes- are phenomenal. But what truly keeps us coming back is the service. All the severs have been great over the years, but Chrissy in particular has made us feel like a part of the Shore Club family. From the first time she served us on a "taco Thursday" to just a couple weeks ago at the bar on a lazy Sunday morning, Chrissy makes Shore Club feel like home. Oh, and she makes a mean paloma shot too

This place absolutely sucks. You're not allowed in to even get food unless you are 21 or actually have an ID with you. My apologies I don't carry my ID with me expecting to be asked to see my ID even if I'm ORDERING FOOD. IM ORDERING FOOD AND FUCKING LEAVING.

I have lived in PB for years and frequent this spot a lot. I have nothing but good things to say about their staff, especially Chrissy who works at the bar and is always attentive and a great vibe. I come during the day a lot and the view is incredible. Will be back again and again!

The security at this bar is excellent, especially Michael. From the start, he made us feel safe and comfortable. He was friendly and welcoming but also very professional, keeping an eye on everything without making it feel strict. It's clear he really cares about making sure everyone has a good time while staying safe. Knowing Michael was there definitely let us relax and enjoy the night.

Great drinks, great vibes, do yourself a favor and find Chrissy--she's an absolute gem!
